30CDi - Superb Condensing Combi
Advantages: Great Service/Warranty Package; easy to use
Disadvantages: Nothing yet.
...We had the Worcester / Bosch Combi Boiler Greenstar 30CDi installed in May this year, having recently moved into a house with a pre-historic back boiler. Having had over 8 heating engineers round to quote for the job and provide advice on their preference of boiler for our 3-bed semi, and then having reviewed the various boiler recommended (Valiant etc) we opted for the Worcester / Bosch Combi Boiler Greenstar 30CDi primarily on family recommendations, the fact that it came with 2 year warranty (3 years if installed by a Worcester installation engineer - as ours was) but the winning factor - that Worcester provided an extended warranty to 5 years, with the inclusion of a yearly service for 5 years for only £230 approx. You pay more than that in servicing alone for 3 years - let alone servicing by an approved technician for 5 years...

Best combi bolier for a two beds property
Advantages: Cheap,powerful,easy to use
Disadvantages: NONE
...I had a Worchester Bosch gas combi boiler installed about 4 months ago. I waited so long for writing a review on it because I wanted to make sure that I am writing a review after I test it.
So, me and my wife moved into a two bed split level flat in London, which was in a very poor condition, having an old warm air heating system and a separate hot water heater which smelled gas when fired up ! I wanted to change all this and I decided to go for a combi boiler to save space - you know that the flats in London are pretty small, actually But which combi boiler to choose?
I read a lot of literature about combi boliers and after about two weeks of reading and asking people, I decided to go for the most expensinve make, Worcester Bosch, because I wanted real quality and everybody told me: "Bosch is the best, but is...

Worcester / Bosch Combi Boiler Greenstar 30CDi
Advantages: Excellent energy efficiency and money savings over older versions
Disadvantages: Time lag to generate hot water on economy mode
...My wife & I decided to research our required product before going ahead with the installation. We spent a while doing this to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and more to the point what we required for the house we had just purchased. After looking at many manufactures websites and reviews on this and other sites and in conultation with the Corgi registered plumber, who we had chosen to do the installation, we decided on the Worcester / Bosch Greenstar Condensing combi 30CDi.
The Actual installation took two days but his also included having all our radiators fitted with Thermostatic valves for even better efficiency, the removal of the old hot water storage sytem and also the removal of the cold water stoarge sytem from the loft space. The house was empty due to the fact we were not due to move in for a couple more days so this...

Dash to buy the Combi Dash Pushchair
Advantages: Easy to store and collapse.
Disadvantages: Bar going through the storage basket
...Having had problems with our first purchase, Bruin Sprinter Stroller, we found the Combi Dash Pushchair listed on the internet for a special offer of less than £60. We had previously seen the lime green version in Big W in Edinburgh. Suffice to say, the Doll Pink was a much better choice for our little one. There are a variety of colours available, but with a wee girl, Doll Pink is really the only option.
PLUS POINTS
The pushchair has a double folding system that is very easy to collapse and open. It also means that it takes up very little room for storage or in the boot of a car. One of the reasons that we needed a smaller pushchair was that our Graco one did not leave much room in the boot for any shopping and with a little un to get things for, you need plenty of boot space.
The pushchair can easily be folded up and the carry...

Saab 9-3 Sport Combi...a hoot to drive !
Advantages: Very roomy in the back
Disadvantages: Could do with a more compatible in-car phone system
...transfer information back to the driver that made me feel connected to the vehicle. The other thing I like is the fact that although it doesn't make the most power in its class, the Saab's turbo charged powerplant, has the ability to make alot of power in real world rpm ranges, so your not winding up the engine really high or going at snailpace across the car-park. The other thing I liked is that it does handle very well in bad weather..even though it doesn't have 4 wheel drive..remember these cars come from Sweden where it snows "helluva" alot. The thing I don't like about this vehicle, and I have to tell you it drives me absolutely nuts, because the Saab 9-3 Combi..is under the GM umbrella, it has the on-star phone system which few other manufacturers use, which means they don't have blue-tooth...
There's one thing for sure when your...

Excellent coffee - accept manufacturing default
Advantages: Compact for it's functions, easy to use
Disadvantages: Had major problems with it leaking
...This was our first Saeco espresso machine purchase about three years ago. The first 8 months were a dream until it started to develop problems, which I'll detail below. But first how it all works.
Why Automatic?
This is an automatic espresso machine, what sold us was the fact that any body can use the thing, it's compact, and creates less mess than manual machines. We were also sold this version 'Rapid Steam' as it has two boilers as opposed to one in the straight Incanto machine. The idea behind this is that one boiler is dedicated to the temperature of the water for the coffee shot, the other to the steam for frothing the milk. Therefore you don't have to wait the 30 seconds or so for the machine to heat up/cool down between functions.
How it works
There's a tank at the back to fill fresh water and a bean hopper...

Saco Talea Touch
Advantages: professional brewing; great results; easy to use
Disadvantages: coffee temperature could be a bit hotter. Warming tray size too small
...I have had the Talea Touch for about one month. Previously I have had three other Saeco models, so I am used to how they work. The coffee quality is much better with this new model. Friends say it tastes more like the coffee from a cafe' shop. Great crema . Everything is easy to use. It has a milk island which is an optional extra. It produces a dense frothed milk, much like the style everyone is after today not the light super fluffy type, but you can still produce this by steaming the milk with the steam wand. The only problem I have is that the temperature is not hot enough unless you prewarm your cups with hot water. the warming tray ontop is a bit small and could be hotter. There is a two year warranty and my machine has just started to leak water a little so I hope this is the only problem I have. I will get it checked out, same...

DVD Combi without the DVD !!
Advantages: Cheap and good picture quality
Disadvantages: Infuriating Remote Control and a DVD player that doesn't function
...We purchased this 14" TV and DVD Combi in February 2005 for use as an extra TV in our bedroom. We had been looking to purchase one for a while, in silver, but had been put off a little bit by the cost because typically these were selling for upwards of £150. However, when I saw the Technosonic DTR 110 on special offer in Boots for £59.00, and in silver, I couldn't hesitate to buy the product, even though I didn't know the make of the product from Adam. However, I reassured myself that the product came with a 12 month guarantee, and for the price, what was there to lose ?
So who are Technosonic?
That is a very good question, and one I'm still not sure of the answer to. I have tried searching on the Internet, and as far as I can establish they are a Canadian company, based in Ontario. However, when you access their website, it...
