Excellent coffee - accept manufacturing default

...This was our first Saeco espresso machine purchase about three years ago. The first 8 months were a dream until it started to develop problems, which I'll detail below. But first how it all works. Why Automatic? This is an automatic espresso machine, what sold us was the fact that any body can use the thing, it's compact, and creates less mess than manual machines. We were also sold this version 'Rapid Steam' as it has two boilers as opposed to one in the straight Incanto machine. The idea behind this is that one boiler is dedicated to the temperature of the water for the coffee shot, the other to the steam for frothing the milk. Therefore you don't have to wait the 30 seconds or so for the machine to heat up/cool down between functions. How it works There's a tank at the back to fill fresh water and a bean hopper...

Summery scent

I liked how this was a roll on one so you can just rub it on your wrist. The only thing i would say about the roll on version as the label looks quite cheap as apposed to the bigger bottle which is quite nice and floral looking.The bigger bottle is really colourful and attractive to look at. ...On Saturday I went shopping, I felt a bit down so I spent a fortune to cheer myself up, on of my numerous buys was this absolutely stunning perfume. Salvatore Ferragamo, who until Saturday I had never heard of, makes the perfume. After looking the name up on the Internet I have discovered that there are various other perfumes made by the designer already available. Whilst I was wandering up and down the perfume counter in Boots I noticed how pretty this perfume looked. It's very eye catching and is pleasant and easy on the eye. It's a very girly type of bottle and looks very sweet and innocent. Saco Talea Touch

Advantages: professional brewing; great results; easy to use

...I have had the Talea Touch for about one month. Previously I have had three other Saeco models, so I am used to how they work. The coffee quality is much better with this new model. Friends say it tastes more like the coffee from a cafe' shop. Great crema . Everything is easy to use. It has a milk island which is an optional extra. It produces a dense frothed milk, much like the style everyone is after today not the light super fluffy type, but you can still produce this by steaming the milk with the steam wand. The only problem I have is that the temperature is not hot enough unless you prewarm your cups with hot water. the warming tray ontop is a bit small and could be hotter. There is a two year warranty and my machine has just started to leak water a little so I hope this is the only problem I have. I will get it checked out, same...

Advantages: Fast, top quality espressos quickly, childs play!

Something odd about Gocoffee

Advantages: Website shows every machine under the sun, and promises normal web experience

...This company's motto must be "Always play for time!". I ordered a Saeco Talea on June 10th - THEY DEBITED MY CARD (£545) STRAIGHTAWAY even though when I phoned 2 weeks later because of non-arrival, they said it was out of stock but coming 'next week'. I phoned every week, it was always 'next week'. On July 26th, I said enough, cancel the order, and they passed it to 'Accounts', someone called Mark (MD Mark Odley probably, the only person authorised to make reimbursements). I phoned again, but Mark had gone on holiday. When he came back, I spoke to him, and he explained that he would process a credit to my card, in the next 2 days. A week later, I made a claim under Money Claim Online. Mark's gone for the 28 days delay option, of course, I can only think the whole operation is a sham....

...I purchased a Saeco Talea Touch coffee machine in April 2007. The price from Rebelio was excellent compared to a lot of online stores (approximately £100 cheaper). BUT! The delivery of they coffee machine was supposed to be next day. It came the next week. I found it extremely hard to contact Rebelio as they do not provide a phone number, only an email address or live chat with a person who can’t make any real decisions and has to ask a manager who responds via email the next day. Very frustrating. Once I received my new coffee machine I set it up as per the instructions. The coffee it produced was fantastic, the reason I had bought the machine. BUT!! The machine has an electronic drip tray and not until I used it to raise it for a smaller cup that I realised it was damaged. The damage did not allow the raised drip tray to sit...
