So many uses

Advantages: use on a variety of materials, easy to use,cheap

...This is a multi purpose liquid that is used to repell water from brick,stone,wood and concrete. Being clear it can be safely applied to any base without staining, although does sometimes leave the base slightly darker. I've used it on areas of brickwork that are exposed to driving rain, tops of fenceposts, worn roof tiles, insides of terracotta tubs and patio slabs. This liquid is not a replacement for remedial building work that needs to be done, it will not fix damage that has already been done. It is a very usefull safeguard to take where weathering is likely on all building materials....

...Beware this company operate a questionable operation where once they capture your credit/debit card details they apply a continuous payment mandate (CPMs') - which you cannot stop , this takes money from you account for VPrewards from £9.95 to £11.95 monthly. They give you some small print note about this and opt you in before you know it . Do not trade with this company unless you can obtain safeguards. The cards themselves were ok and quickly sent but also have the website you the back so you end up promoting them ! I set this up on a dormant account and was shocekd to find that for 2 years they have taken money out ! They are not UK based so it is difficutlt to get money back from them. But you should check your account and contact your bank /creidt card supplier . CPMs should be avoided at all costs other companies use...

Accessing files is also easy - a use the drive to store videos and music - it handles them both well. The device is no bigger than a hand and looks great. The neon blue light on the top indicates that the device is active. It is as simple as plug-n-play. There is no requirement to close/shutdown the device when finished - just unplug. Additional file storage space is useful - especially to laptop owners - laptops not generally having huge storage capacities. ...After trying cappucino of the instant variety, I wanted the real thing to compare it to, and decided to buy myself a frother. The Salter CRXR frother comes in a very sturdy white background box, with colour pictures of the machine and scrummy cappucino and milk shake on the front, pics and blurb on sides, and on the back just 5 points written out in various languages. Opening the box you find the machine securely seated inside because of the cardboard protection about it, alongside is the user guide in 8 languages. It is clearly and well written, starts with safeguards and precautions, battery installation, usage instructions and cleaning with the gaurantee at the end of the sheet, How did it fare? I found it difficult to put the battery cover back in place, and started to get quite annoyed, had to give it up and try...

...I'd like to pass on my positive comments to all with regards to the Woolwich Buy to Let mortgage scheme. Whilst most buy to let lenders just want to look at multiples of income:expenditure ratios and base the lending decision simply on maths, the Woolwich will actually work with you to safeguard your interests (and ultimately theirs!) in a logical step by step approach. I have found that they also provide the best customer service and their staff are very knowledgable about the product range. There are a number of schemes available, fixed, capped and discounted tracker and each option can be discussed in depth at time of application. Lending muliples can also be flexed by varying the rates by those under different schemes. The ultimate bonus is that the mortgage is portable - spmething that a lot of lenders do not offer...

...Napster needs to do something PDQ to stay afloat, without being scuppered by the US courts. Reading the Q&A from their front page, it seems that they will continue to fight the corner of "free music for all" whilst putting together a subscription service. People, even supporters, have been tolling the death knell of Napster for months, after all , you can't expect the Record Industry to sit back and see revenues plummet, the poor dears - it must be awful for them. Of course, if records weren't so expensive........but that can be the subject of another "Opinion" I guess what we'll see, is some sort of pay-per-listen/download service emerging like a phoenix from the flames, rather like an on-line juke box of every track going. However, it will still need safeguards. After all, I'm not going to be too happy if Freeserve cut me off in...
