Brilliant infant car seat
Advantages: Excellent for safety, comfort and totally practical
Disadvantages: no negatives for this product
...I used this for my daughter and used it from birth right through to the upper weight limit which is actually higher than most other car seats in this category. She always seemed so content in it and happily napped when travelling. The sun canopy is excellent, great for protecting the baby when driving and carrying about. Sun canopy also stores away easily when not in use, remaining attatched but out for the way. I also bought the easybase which made loading and unloading baby from car very quick and easy - especially when its raining which it so often does here. Also purchased mosquito net & Raincover both excellent purchases and in the UK I certainly needed them. I liked the fact that there were internal pads that could be removed as she grew to enable more comfort and space for her within the seat. Covers are easily removed for washing...

An amazing car seat
Advantages: safe, cosy
Disadvantages: none
...Where to buy:
This car seat is readily available. You can buy it from all the shops you'd expect to be able to buy them from including Halfords, mothercare, john lewis', toys r us etc.
What do they cost:
prices vary depending up on offers and stores but usually this car seat retails at £100.
How do they attach?
This car seat is different to many of the others on the market. It clips onto a base which is attached to your car, This makes it easy to get the car seat in and out of the car without waking up the baby. The car seat base is attached by the seat belt securing it in place and a metal leg which keeps it stable.
Are they comfortable?
This car seat is very padded and so a nice cosy seat for your baby. It comes with a head hugger which makes it cosy and safe for a newborn. This headhugger can be removed revealing much...

great car seat
Advantages: see rview
Disadvantages: expense, heavy
...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough.
This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months.
The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable.
The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Stylish safety
Advantages: Nice looking, secure seat
Disadvantages: Can roll if not fitted correctly
...Despite having a perfectly good condition first stage car seat, left over from my son, when my daughter was born my family decided as a surprise to buy me a new seat, we knew that I was having a girl and when my husband came to pick me up on the morning after I had given birth he produced a gorgeous, brand new pink car seat just for our little girl.
The Minnie Flower Carry Tot Car Seat-
Coming in a vivid pink design the Minnie Flower is suitable for babies in group 0+, or up to approximately 13kg (28.66lb) Advice varies on what cars seats to use for what size, age group etc?. the general idea is that a first stage seat is suitable until 9-12 months of age, as the babies spine cannot handle the force from a crash in a forward facing car seat and naturally a rear facing seat is best until they are at least 12 months old, however if...

Safety 1st bath seat... OK for a wriggly baby!
Advantages: Cheap, compact, allows baby to sit up straight
Disadvantages: Pointless toy, suckers not strong
...Bathing a baby can be difficult! Once they have outgrown a baby bath, then a baby bath chair.. what next? Now our son is at the crawling and standing up stage, bathing was a nightmare so our next investment was the Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat.
What is it??
The seat is blue and sturdy with suckers on the base and a coloured toy on the front. My son has never played with the toy, and in my opinion is very boring. The seat also swivels round so this is a plus for nosy babies! The seat is circular and smooth so no risk of accidents.
Price
This bath seat is a lot cheaper than other seats on the market aimed at 6 months +. It can be found for around £9.99, which I found to be very cheap so full marks for pricing. I got it at this price from Babies R us - which is situated inside Toys R us, or online.
Advantages...

Maxi Cosi cabrio car seat
Advantages: Stylish, simple to use and slim design so light weight
Disadvantages: none
...This is a fantastic car seat for up to a year old baby. It is very user friendly with easy instructions if you can't work out certain things. It is a slim design so it is quite light and easy to carry, the seat belt is a stylish and simple design where you have to interlock the arm straps then fasten between the legs. The handle can be placed in three positions:
1. behind the seat on the floor to stop seat rocking
2. behind the baby's head so it can rock
3. In place for you to be able to carry it.
The seat also comes standard with a fabric cover which attaches to the handle to protect the baby from bright sunlight, and when not in use sits snuggly back in its pouch. Personally we have it up all the time as its always to bright for the baby.
Other accessories that come with it are padding for a new born baby which is used till...

Bumbo Baby Seat
Advantages: Great for babies ..
Disadvantages: .. if they like it!
...The Bumbo baby seat was given to last Christmas as a present for my little boy. He was nearly 3 months old at the time, and after being recommended one by a friend, I suggested it to a family member who eventually got one for me.
The Bumbo baby seat is designed to comfortably support and help a baby to sit in an upright position. The seat is helpful in gifting your young ones with their first experience as sitting up, like their Mami and Dadi. The Bumbo seat itself is made from a soft, lightweight spongy rubber material, and is very durable. The seat can be squeezed, stretched or dropped from a height, and it will always return to it's original shape, and without any marks. The texture of the Bumbo means that it is very easy to clean up any stains that it picks up.
The Bumbo is recommended for babies from around 3 months up to 14...

In a Big Country Dreams Stay with You
Advantages: It's Big Country - Live and at their very best
Disadvantages: It's less than an hour long
...Big Country - Without The Aid of a Safety Net
Big Country was the first band I ever saw live. It took a lot of cajoling and persuasion before my parents allowed me to head down to Ingleston, just outside Edinburgh with my then-boyfriend and two friends. I was sixteen and I still vividly remember that adventure.
And the gig itself. I was totally blown away. Live music was where it was at, I suddenly realised; the noise, the heat of the crowd, the pogo-ing...Trust my luck I lived in Inverness where there were no decent venues for live bands at that time!
I saw Big Country live on several subsequent occasions, and each time I was just as impressed as that very first time. I remember seeing them play at Legends, a small nightclub in Dingwall, north of Inverness, when the support band cancelled...

An Advanced Seat for Advanced Safety!
Advantages: Nice look and colours, easy to use, suitable for a big age range
Disadvantages: Seat belts are short, not suitable for 9 month olds because of no recline
...Until I had Harry, I had no idea exactly what having children entailed in terms of what they needed and when. So for me, it's a case of learning on the job, and obviously I have a great family who are willing to depart advice when (and even when it's not!) required. However, car seats is one thing I've always gone to the experts for as its a serious safety issue, and it was no different when we went to get Harry's third car seat (and hopefully last!) a few weeks ago. After a bit of research, we decided on the Advance SP car seat from baby retailer Mothercare, and have so far been very pleased with our purchase.
Car seats are a tricky business, but something every parent needs to know about. Your child will need to be in a car seat until they are 12 years old, or at least 4' 2'' tall. When you buy a car seat, I would suggest that you...

Slipping out of the net - streamline.net
Advantages: was a good job
Disadvantages: Company sold out staff suffer
...I just thought I would point out some facts which are probably not known about streamline. net.
Originally it was a very small company started by the owner , Andrew Dollermore in his father's barn in Derbyshire. It grew rapidly and was doing very well - over about 8 years I believe. Towards the end of the time - Oct 2008 There were about 12 web support staff who covered this service hroughout the day and night every day of the year. They were a nice close-knit group and enjoyed their job in this small family company.
In April 2008 Streamline.net was sold for a huge sum - several millions - to Fasthost based down in Gloucestershire. All the staff were told that their jobs were guaranteed for a year. If they then had to move to Glouceter then there would be a removal package to help with tansfer to Gloucester.
In September...
