Sainsbury's Online - Highly Recommended
Advantages: Very easy to order, good customer service
Disadvantages: None really
...I have a Sainsbury's store less than 2 minutes walk from my home but I've been using sainsburys.co.uk (which is listed here as sainsburys.com for some reason - it's the same site by the way) for grocery shopping for about 12 months now. Why order online when there's a store so close, you might ask? Well that's because basically about once a month I order items for the office such as can drinks, tea, coffee, cereals, fruit, dishwasher supplies, cleaning products, etc. When I'm ordering 20 boxes of cereal and 100s of can of soft drinks and tea and coffee in bulk, I'm certainly not going to be able to carry all that myself when we can have it delivered straight to our office kitchen!
THE SITE
The site itself is very ORANGE obviously to go with their Sainsbury's logo which itself is orange, I try not to concentrate...

Sainsburys
Advantages: prompt delivery
Disadvantages: Website is slow, substitutions are not specified accurately on the receipt check list
...The site loads quickly and is regularly updated. Sainsbury?s website uses the traditional white background and orange colours. The site appears bright, clear and inviting. Before you decide to register with the website, you should check whether Sainsbury?s online will deliver to your area by entering your postcode. If they do, then you can proceed to shop.
Unlike many other websites, the information required isn't intrusive. You do need to supply a phone number which is useful if deliveries are delayed, or the driver is having difficulty in finding your house. On the occasions that I have ordered my food drivers have called for directions, whilst letting me know that they are delivering early!!
When you have completed the registration process, a message will state that you can start home shopping with the standard delivery charge...

TU at sainsburys
Advantages: nice clothes in a variety of sizes.
Disadvantages: None.
...I don't normally tend to shop in Sainsbury's which you'll know if you've read my reviews because almost everything I review I seem to get from ASDA, but that's only because it's very local and has low prices. I pop into Sainsbury's when I'm local and I do realy like their clothing range.
The womens sections sports lots of different styles and has clothes for plus sized ladies or petites. The clothes are modern and fashionable and You can buy everything really from tights, socks, knickers and bras to t shirts, jeans, skirts and footwear. Tu also sell a different accessories like hair clips and cheaper jewelery which I think is nice to wear at work when you don't want to wear your best. All of the items are affordable and I think everything is worth it's cost there to be honest.
The mens section has trousers, jackets etc, but being single...

SAINSBURY'S FOR SALE
Advantages: wide range of stock
Disadvantages: prices are higher
...One of the things that is annoying about living in this Suffolk town is the lack of shopping facilities. Yes we have the obligatory woman?s fashion shop and we can even push to a Burtons and Woolworths. But when it comes to food shopping the town severely lacks (along with health care, leisure facilities etc).
Indeed when it comes to shopping for food, you have the following choices: Aldi, which is okay but you can hardly ever get the same thing two weeks on the row, and some of there items really do lack any quality. Next up is Co-op, which is run by a prat and that shows throughout the way the store operates. However, Co-op does offer some good deals, and shouldn?t be dismissed out of hand. And finally we have my favourite ? Sainsbury?s!
Sainsbury?s in my opinion is a great store, they generally offer good quality items...

DOES GOOD FOOD REALLY COST LESS IN SAINSBURY'S?
Advantages: Good Quality Produce. Fewer Check Out Queues. Good Electrical Bargains. The Best Trolleys
Disadvantages: Limited Clothes Range. Some Items Still Expensive.
...WHO ARE THEY?
Sainsbury's are the UK's third largest, following Tesco and ASDA, supermarket chain. They have a long and illustrious history in this market, starting much like their competitors from very humble beginnings.
Sainsbury's was founded in 1869 by John James and Mary Ann Sainsbury, who opened a dairy shop at 173 Drury Lane in London. At that time it was one of the poorest areas of the capital which had a population, then, of around 3.5 million.
The partnership was successful and their shop gained a reputation for selling top quality produce at good prices. By 1882 there were four London branches - they then opened a much more up-market store in posh, more rural Croydon, this too proved a quick success.
By the turn of the twentieth century they had 48 shops, employing 950 staff. Remarkably in appearance, they...

Sainsbury's - my favourite supermarket
Advantages: Good offers, good quality
Disadvantages: None
...Out of all the supermarket 'Big Boys' - Sainsbury's is my favourite! There are a number of reasons for this. One reason is that Sainsbury's is very close to the town shopping centre where I live. I can park on Sainsbury's, do my shopping in town and then get my groceries.
I really like the layout of the Sainsbury's store. I can find everything easily. It is not too big, nor too small. The decor and the lighting are attractive (I find Tesco's floor pattern not very appealing!). Overall I find it a very pleasurable shopping experience.
I also feel that the quality of the fruit and vegetables, meat and bakery products in Sainsbury's are first class. There is a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, including organic and Fairtrade items.
There are always a good range of offers in store, particularly in the meat section...

Sainsbury service in a different name
Advantages: quality service from a trusted name
Disadvantages: delivery options
...advantage of the special offers some suppliers were offering I placed my order in early January. After much mouse clicking and linking to other sites I finally found 6 companies that had the appliances I wanted, with availability and at a competitive price. So from these how do you select a winner; on price, reputation, service? They all came in around £20 difference on price and all had stock of the items.
In the end I chose Sainsbury's as they had all the items, offered 10 day delivery (although I did not require them until mid February) the delivery charge was £19.99 per delivery and I was on for 1600 nectar points which meant I got nearly half the delivery charge back anyway.
So onto the website and order the appliances? Well that's where we find out who we a really dealing with.
Sainsbury's Home Appliances is run on their behalf by...

A reliable and affordable nappy Sainsbury's Little Ones Dry 4+
Advantages: Good quality for affordable price
Disadvantages: none
...As I have two little boys, we are big nappy consumers. We tried Pampers nappies as well but the elder one had nappy rash, so we changed immediately. I tried Sainsbury's Little Ones dry nappies and I am absolutely content with it.
I am lucky that my younger son is such a big baby that I can buy the same size for both of them (there is 19 month difference between them). Now we use the 4+ size.
¤¤¤Packing¤¤¤
There are 4 types of Sainsbury's nappies. The eco is one of them - we haven't tried it yet. The other is the explore category wrapped in purple wrapper. It is okay. In red wrapper you find the pull-ons. And finally our favourites have a turquoise wrapper. According to my experience in the market of nappies as the size of the nappies grows the number of nappies in the pack diminishes. It has a practical wrapper you can hold easily...

Hello Sainsburys..... Goodbye Asda !
Advantages: Top banana!
Disadvantages: Strange shaped Veg'
...... you know this!) always makes you buy more, and don't they know it, as, ?the cafe has dried up food that has been under the heat lamps too long, but is edible and extremely cheap, as I've tried it, and soon feel full and buy less ha, suckers!
Most of the ingredients are from the "no frills" section of the store, so no Egon Ronay awards here.
Bland food & painful gums, being the special of the day!
This has been my Sunday afternoon drudge for too long now.
but one week, I thought I need to try somewhere else, If I've got to do this, then I want a different set up, a change, something different? enter,? Sainsburys, in Swindon.
Here we have 3 of them.
1) The town centre one that is old and boring, expensive and has no incentive to go there.
2) The massive Hyper, superdooper, cheapo wonder, that is on the outskirts of town? mmmm...

Sainsburys
Advantages: lots of organic stuff!!!
Disadvantages: quite expensive
...I recently visited Sainsburys for the first time ever and i was very impressed. I tend to try and eat everything organic if i can and this is the first supermarket i've come across that offers such a wide range of organic goods. It's not only organic stuff: the Good For You range is also very varied and great for those watching what they're eating.
The supermarket is in a typical arrangement, with fruit and veg at the front and so on. The fruit and veg on offer is varied and of very good quality. Some good bargains can be found in the reduced area. These aren't rotten at all-they are usually out of date on the day of purchase and will keep for a good few days.
The dairy section was excellent with every type of milk possible (organic included!!!). The same is for cheese and yoghurts.
I was very impressed with the speciality range...
