Disadvantages: Loud, lack of colour options, burning smell if constantly used for a few mins

When I told my mum she was horrified and said that the blenders marketed as baby food blenders are a rip off and that hand blenders are just as good and she picked me one up from Sainsbury's (bless her!) Sainsburys Hand Held Blender...

Advantages: Easy to use and hold, good value for money, helps speed up the cooking process
Disadvantages: Not so good on bulkier foods or cuts of meat
