...***INTRO*** I met my sister for a free lunch time jazz concert in central London recently, during the concert we ordered a light lunch consisting of tuna and onion sandwich and flavoured crisps, they gave us chips by a company called Tyrell's, they call them chips. Would you like salt and pepper?

Advantages: Crunchy crisps with a pleasant natural flavour

...We’ve surely all seen the Walkers Sensations “posh crisps” by now. It all started with those fairly cringe worthy adverts with the queen of posh herself showing us that these were a better class of crisp and I have to admit that I have gone from seeing these as a cheap marketing ploy to get us to pay more for our crisps, to thinking that actually these really are superior crisps! Walkers have no doubt spent a lot of money building up this brand and for the sceptics amongst us, yes these really are different to the good old fashioned Walkers crisps that we have all grown up with. They are thicker cut (think kettle chips, but slightly less greasy), crunchier rather than crispy as is the case with the standard version and with stronger flavours with posher names! Take the Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper flavour...

...something posh to make me feel my usual shiny self. I considered my snacking options. I have never been a fan of kettle chips- to me they taste like burnt grease. Not appealing to my palette I'm afraid- although I'm not one to judge. I noticed the Sensations range from Walkers, and I thought they were worth a crack. So I paid my approximaltely 40p for my 40g bag and left the smelly newsagents. Sitting on a bench by a duckpond; I dug in. The expected potato taste was underlying a pepper explosion with salt undertones. The crisps are thicker than your average- and therefore less greasy. So the taste healthier even if they're not. Lo Salt - High taste!

...I started buying Lo Salt quite a few years ago and quickly got used to the product and never changed back to normal salt. I did not have a specific reason to support my change, I simply wanted to lead a healthier life and seeing my dad always over-using salt when he cooks really made me think I did not want to follow the same pattern in my day to day living. I certainly do not enjoy bland food but I got so much used to not using much salt that for example if I boil veggies or potatoes I do not mind having any salt in them, I woud mind though having to eat pasta without it especially as you cannot add it once this has been cooked, you can only add it while you are in the process of boiling it otherwise you are absolutely ruined!! Advantages: Lovelt taste, lovely smell, big crunch! nice packet, you get what you paid for!

...What can I say about the most classic and yummy crisps ever!? I bought these crisps in my local supermarket some day last week in a multipack of 6- each bag weighing in at 25g. I regularly buy these crisps as although they are slightly more expensive than other brands/supermarket own brand, they are SOO much more tasty! The crisps themselves are deliciously crunchy and avoid being too thin/thick like some other brands of salted crisps I've tried- these gives a great crunch to them when you are eating them! They have a great salty taste which although gives them a nice flavour, does not go overexcessively salty (like the nasty taste you can get sometimes when you have put the whole sachet of salt in the walkers 'Salt n Shake' crisps) The pack claims to have 3% of my saturates for the day and a whopping 8.5g (12%) of fat overall which...
