I have a rare, original 50ml 1990's bottle in my collection together with a new 8ml pen edition of the fragrance and a one I'm using occasionally. Although not well known, Laguna has been around since its 1991 launch and in my opinion, proved to be a timeless, unusual fragrance that hadn't probably earned as much respect as it deserved. I've recently found a couple of vials of Rubylips, a 2004 addition to the Dali fragrance arsenal. Parfums Salvador Dali, the perfume house isn't widely known outside France I'd say, it was created and signed by Dali in 1982 to allow worldwide licensing of his works of fragrances and bottles designed by himself in the 1950-60s. The bottle The Rubylips Eau de Toilette is recogniseable by their distinctive lip motive and is a representation of Dali's Ruby Lips brooch created in 1949 from ruby coloured crystals and faux pearls. Review of Salvador Dali Rubylips Perfume

Very Salvador Dali

...I was most intrigued by the design of this bottle, it is reminiscent of Salvalor Dali and I wonder if this was to catch the wearer/user unaware. I like the shape, like the Dali Noe/Lips theme the is Shoulders. The perfume is a pleasant fragrance with subtle hints of citrus and overnotes of saldalwood. A heady perfume with musky overtones, quite fruity with hints of lemon in it I received a sample of this fragrance as a give-away with another Lancome product. I was amazed by the response of my friends and colleagues who felt the fragrance suited me. This normally retails around £20.00 for 30ml but shop around as there are often special offers on and also some of the shops give freebies when you buy two items or more. Advantages: Fascinating
Disadvantages: Tiring

...Everyone has seen Dali's quirky but incredible skillful paintings. The Dali Universe shows an awful lot more. The entrance is littered with his quotes. Many suggest strongly that he is not in the slightest bit insane but simply portraying a calculated image to set him apart from other artists. Dali certainly succeeded with that. Supposedly, approximately one hour is the average time it takes to stroll around this fascinating collection. How anyone can devote only one hour is beyond me. I could spend this gazing at the many statues present by themselves while ignoring completely all of the watercolours and collages. These would take at least another hour or two. Be prepared for an entralling afternoon Be warned that it will also be tiring as there were only three chairs on route. Unfortunately, there is such a poor excuse...

The Heart of Bath

Advantages: Successful, exciting and great fan support
Disadvantages: Prices of tickets to see them

...Bath Rugby- was introduced to me by my mum, about 4 years ago. My Grampy used to watch them all the time and bath was his favourite team. This has passed down and my mum and her sisters are huge fans and now me, my sister and younger brother follow them as well. Even though I am not a Season ticket holder, (bit expensive really), I go to most of the home games and an away match each season with my mum or family. Warm summer nights......

...My first smell of Salvador Dali was as a free sample from a womens magazine. It was only a tiny vial and I was hooked from the first sniff. It has a spicy yet sweet smell which evokes memories of warm summer nights sitting in the garden at dusk, listening to nature's sounds. This unique aroma would be well suited to a slightly more mature woman and the design of the bottle looks wonderful on the dressing table!! It can usualy be bought in airport shops but I can't seem to find it quite so easily in the high street. There are other fragrances in the range so, as I am going on holiday soon, I intend to treat myself!...
