FREE DVDs
Advantages: Free trial, large choice, post included, new realeases
Disadvantages: see review
...I like movies and I like freebies, so when you get offered both in one swoop you?re bound to accept! I used my two week free trial with this company and remained with them for a couple of monthsbefore moving on to try many other companies free trials (and winning a new DVD player on Tesco DVD rental site on their free trial offer). I then had an email from DVDs 365 asking me to go back, and offering me a free DVD if I did so. I had just left Tesco (with my new DVD player) so I chose to go back with them.
∆◊◊ THE SERVICE THEY OFFER ∆◊◊
Basically it?s like going to a video shop and hiring films on DVD, except you don?t pay for each film you chose ? rather a monthly fee for which you can watch as many movies as you can fit in, for us this is usually around 8 a month (2 a week usually weekends...

Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54
Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.
...At first I wasn't convinced by up-scaling DVD player technology but was persuaded after reading an article in "What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision" magazine. Unable to afford a Blu-Ray player my sister and I bought the Panasonic DVD-S54 to match our parents brand new Panasonic TX-32LZD80 LCD television as their Christmas 2008 present. Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about Ģ100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied.
On Christmas day when opened we found a relatively small box tightly packed with the player in polystyrene packaging. All the components such as cables, remote and manuals were well presented in their own protective plastic bags, to keep them protected. The player...

Samantha
Advantages: Loveable companions
Disadvantages: Hard work
...A Siamese has thin lines, striking colour contrast, fine carved aristocratic heads, striking blue almond eyes, and short soft coats make them living art. A Siamese cat is really something to behold. They are calm in temperament though sometimes they find their way to being viscious. The Siamese breed has been alive for many centuries. They make good household pets and are strong companions.
=
Years ago we had a Siamese cat she was our first cat that we ever had. Her name was Samantha and she was the most loving cat that you can ever imagine.
Samantha was an old fashioned Siamese cat and she was very loving without any visciousness within her. She would sit under my pram and guard me from stranger's. I would wrap her up in a blanket and pillow...

Samantha Mumba, the Irish R and B Sensation
Advantages: Great Music, Great Dance Routines, and "that voice!"
Disadvantages: May spend much of her time in USA on film roles
...Samantha Mumba, the Irish Rhythm and Blues sensation, is sure to be a major star of the 21st century. With her distinctive pop approach to R&B she promises to appeal to a wide range of music fans, and has the all the star qualities to be a big success - she can sing, dance and co-writes her material.
Samantha Mumba's music already shows surprising maturity, and includes a vast range of styles such as her jazzy cover of David Bowie's 'Ashes to Ashes', the heavier, almost aggressive, "Baby Come Over" and the slower, relaxing "Isn't it Strange". "Gotta Tell You", the title song from her "Gotta Tell You" album, was her debut single, and no-one was surprised when it was an immediate hit. The album "Gotta Tell You" will surely yield many more hits, and will ensure instant success for the Irish singer / songwriter. Body II Body was...

WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO SAMANTHA
Advantages: Good storyline
Disadvantages: second best to Sixth Sense
...and expresses his wish to be more 'open-minded'. This wish is duely granted and by the time he is completely out of reality Lisa even manages to put i safety pin through his hand without it bleeding, as previously fabled in the conversation.
When he wakes from the hypnosis he is white as a ghost, out of breath and really thirsty and runs to grab a drink.
Everyone else in the room laughs at him because of the fact that he said he couldn't be hypnotised and he clearly was, he was one of the lucky 8% (as Lisa says).
As he is exhasted, he decides to call it a night and go back home with his wife. During the night he keeps getting visions while he is asleep, with blood and screaming.
There is one instance where he is sitting on his sofa and when he looks by his side he sees the ghost of Samantha, a girl who went missing from the neighbourhood...

Will Coyote Save The Day Again?
Advantages: A good read
Disadvantages: gets boring at times
...Now before you start reading this review please read the other review I have done and that review was on Demon - Samantha Lee, as it is the first book. Although in my opinion that story was by far better than this one although this one did capture you but not as good as the other one. It felt to me as if it was a quick story that came to mind and she just decided to make a second one and also it felt rushed, though then again maybe if I hadn't have read the first one maybe, just maybe I would have liked this story a bit better but I'll guess I'll never know whether I would have or not.
Now before I begin, may I just say that I am a huge fan of Point Horror, as you will see due to other point horror books I have or will review, I have a few more to read, but I haven't got all of them though I wish I did.
The Author of this book is...

FREE DVDS
Advantages: up to date dvds, four weeks free hire with 3 dvds at a time,
Disadvantages: see review
...My recent quest for FREE DVD hire I visited and many DVD web sites that offered a free trial. Now call me tight (no that wasn?t an invite), but I like bargains and freebies and am not ashamed to say so.
My quest took me to enough sites to hire DVDs for about four months so far (with plenty to come too). My latest free DVD site also happens to be the best I have tried for several reasons (see rest of op); the site in question is Blockbuster.co.uk.
Other sites that I have had free rentals from and then cancelled have all been similar, two weeks free trial with two DVD?s per time ? which in effect gives you about four free DVD?s. With Blockbuster?s things are different slightly ? which add a great deal of benefit to us the customer. Firstly, you get FOUR whole weeks free rental, which equates to at double the length of time most...

The Samantha and Colin Sell Fan Club
Advantages: It's just so funny
Disadvantages: The seasons are very short
...the chairman, renowned jazz musician Humphrey Lyttleton. The original panellists were Graeme Garden, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Barry Cryer and William Rushton. Since the passing of Willy Rushton there have been a number of guest panellists, the most notable of whom have been Jeremy Hardy, Paul Merton, Sandi Toksvig, Mike Harding and Stephen Fry. I am sure that many people would feel that Willy Rushton was insurpassable, but these other people do have a good try.
'Humph', as he is known to his friends, is ably 'assisted' by two people. Firstly there is a man who is subject to continual criticism and abuse. Colin Sell plays the piano and does it fine, but it adds to the comedic atmosphere that his piano playing is continually derided.
The other person is known only as 'Samantha'. Samantha is a woman who is subject to continual sexual innuendo, but I...

Sex; Nudity; Samantha & Superman...
Advantages: A very good plot, and it's enjoyable.
Disadvantages: No passion between the actors.
...Being a big fan of Sex and the City, I love to see any of the stars in a film pre the programme. So, when I saw that BBC1 was airing a film made for television almost ten years ago, starring a younger Kim Cattral, I stayed up until 1am to watch it!
When the credits began, it looked extremely cheap and second-rate. Considering it was a thriller, I was expecting some dark classical music to play with the credits, but in actual fact it was some silly jazz music.
Thankfully, the rest of the film was better, and it was a pretty good thriller. It was one that felt it had more than one story, and you didn’t know where it was going to end. And Kim Cattral was just like Samantha!
Christopher Reeve, tow years after filming, fell off a horse and were paralysed in real life. A lot of people think it’s a coincidence he played...
