...I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! Samsung but smaller

Advantages: Very compact and lightweight, excellent value for money, great design with brilliant screen
Disadvantages: No dvd drive but this is to save on weight and you can pick up an external one for reasonable

...Having previously had a laptop my wife recently decided to buy a new computer for herself as she felt she was not taking her laptop with her due to size and weight and so decided to opt to pick up the Samsung NC10 netbook. Samsung's Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Good performance, Good connectivity options, Good webcam, 160GB HDD, Upgradeable

...I don't actually own this product but borrowed one of the cameras for my unversity course to do a review, and when I was there I took some pictures using this camera and while I was using it I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. One of the main features on the camera was that it was a 10 mega pixel camera which means the pictures will be very clear. I use a 5mega pixel camera for just going out and about (The one on my phone) and I think that this is enough so I was very impressed that it was a 10 mega pixel. Sometimes I find that cameras can be quite hard to use but the buttons were clear and visible even to people who have bad sight. I loved using this product and was reluctant to give it back. All of the camera's I saw when I was looking around to buy one were priced around teh £80.00 mark which is good value I feel...

My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Advantages: sturdy, reliable, quite nippy for a netbook, relativley cheap

Samsung L700 Digital Camera

Advantages: Looks good, good battery life, good quality photos
Disadvantages: Have to buy memory card and have to use specific battery

...I have recently brought the Samsung L700 Digital Camera and have so far been very pleased with it. I brought it before a night out and only got the charge the battery for a short time before using it for the first time and the battery didn't even go low all night - which i was very impressed about as many camera batterys do not last long. In the instruction manual it says for still photos the battery life is 85minutes and 70minutes for movies, but I had it on alot longer than that and also used it for 2 days after without the battery still going low. One problem with the battery is that it is a special camera battery rather than using rechargable batteries, so if there is a problem with the battery or it runs out while you are not with the charger you cant go and buy any batteries to go into it.
