Samsung CLP 300 - not worth buying
Advantages: Small laser printer
Disadvantages: Unreliable
...I always had and ink jet printer. But at work I used laser printers and I loved them. Unfortunately they have been far too big for home use. I am not sure why but I always have been convinced that a laser printer is somehow better- the speed, the quality, just everything. How wrong I was!!!
A couple of months ago I saw the Samsung CLP-300 on a website and it looked brilliant. Well, everything looks brilliant if someone wants to sell it. Anyhow, for me it looked good enough. But I did not want to pay £150 for a new printer. So, I had a look in ebay. And there it was my Samsung CLP-300 for £100. Well, I bid on and got it for £112 in the end.
The CLP-300 claims to be the world's smallest and lightest colour laser printer. Well, at least at that time. It?s measurements are 390 x 344 x 265 mm, which is pretty small for a laser...

Colour That Doesnt Run
Advantages: Good Price, Small Package
Disadvantages: Small paper tray and no manual feed
...I have had a colour ink jet printer for years, and this has serviced me well, however I always used to get annoyed with the smudging that can occur whilst the ink is drying. Also when using a printed envelope the address would run if it was raining when the postman was delivering or on the way to the post box.
I had always wanted a colour laser printer but they had always been put off by the price of the printers and the ongoing cost of consumables. However I was in my local PC World one weekend and spotted the Samsung CLP-300 for what I considered a reasonable price £150, so I picked one up.
-----------The Specification-----------
The CLP-300 claims to be the world's smallest and lightest colour laser printer! I am not sure if this claim is correct but the printer does come in a small package measuring in at 390 x 344 x 265...

I say yes
Advantages: Speed, cost and quality
Disadvantages: Nothing I can think off at the moment
...This is a great printer. Beware that there are two types: The CLP 300 and the CLP 300N. The 300N is for networking. This means you can print to this printer from more than one PC if you have more than one PC in your house or office. For home use it is a waste of money because I do not print that often to justify networking.
The quality is great and really amazing and the speed is mind blowing. If you need REAL photo quality printing, this is not for you because on closer inspection you will notice defects - Especially if you are a photo printing connoisseur. There is only one button - The on-off button, nothing else! Easy to use for the "not so computer literate", but could be disappointing for those who likes to tinker a bit.
I also own an inkjet photo printer which is great when it comes to quality. The advantage of the laser...

Pleasantly Surprised
Advantages: Price, Simple change of toners
Disadvantages: Relatively slow print speeds, Toner costs
...Normally I am not the greatest Samsung fan after my little episode with its <a href="http://www.ciao.co.uk/SamsungP10XTD1600FingerprintReview5680459">P10 laptop</a>, but here is my story for this.
Being a graphic design student, I needed a printer that would print out designs on just about any sort of paper quickly and beautifully. I'm glad that CLP-300 didn't disappoint me...not yet anyway.
Being the world's smallest colour laser printer, and winning the reddot design award in 2006, I really had hoped for something not to disappoint.
Initially, it was definitely the price that caught my attention to this printer; as cheap as around £130 or so and you can already get CLP-300, this machine looks very simple and built from ground to make this printer so low-cost. Not to mention other attractions such as OSX-compatibility (woohoo...

Snap Happy Samsung!
Advantages: Great camera at a great price.
Disadvantages: None at the price, you get a great item for what you pay!
...I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! This certainly does not making chosing easy!
Well, thanks to the advice of the very helpful assistant in ASDA, I was able to finally decide on the Samsung ES55 and have no regrets! Ok, so how do you chose the right camera for you? It's all about accepting there is SO much variety but making sure you know what you want, that way you can really trim down the choice. Also, pick a reliable brand and as I have been informed, Samsung are one of the best. I had...

Samsung SGH-P300
Advantages: It's tiny !
Disadvantages: Could do with an "OK" button in the middle of the nav-pad...
...Well, having seen this about on t'internet for a while, when my O2 contract was up for renewal last week, this was the one I had to have !
Having once been a dedicated "Nokia only" man, my mind is definitely opening having recently owned and used a Samsung E710 & D500 so I was certainly optomistic about this one.
It arrived on Friday afternoon in a lovely box containing the following items:
- SGH-P300 phone itself
- Leather flip case / additional battery
- Stereo hands free headset
- Wall power charger
- USB connnector cable
- User manual
- Software CD
The phone is absolutely tiny, the same size as a credit card at just 86mm x 54mm and only a little bit thicker at 8.9 mm. Being this thin means, I guess, that carrying it around in my back pocket (oh so tempting) is really not a good idea just in case I sit down and snap...

Stylish SAMSUNG 300
Advantages: FLIP PHONE COMPACT
Disadvantages: No games
...MY MOBILE SAMSUNG A300E.
Well its beautiful, its small, its compact and very reliable.
I cannot begin to go into all the detail that has already been described on this dainty little phone,
And my reasons for writing this review, is just to express my own feelings about it.
I wouldn?t be with out it; I obviously take it everywhere with me.
I never go to bed without it, because if I did I would never get up for work every day.
I use its alarm feature to wake me at 06.03 am every morning, for work
With the job I do I often need reminders to do certain things. This I do in the TO DO LIST on my phone.
I also need the calendar, which is another feature of this phone.
Giving out medications in my job the phone has also got the time and date permanently in view on its front screen.

C300 - What's it all about?
Advantages: Cheap, sleek
Disadvantages: No good features
...it did not have bluetooth or a camera. In fact, it does not have much! It does come complete with alarm, calendar and calculator, as well as a few unneccesary features as well such a To Do, and World Time.
**Ringtones**
The tones that come with the phone are your usual, cheesy polyphinic sounds, ten of them in total. I am stuck with a really mellow song just now, but I think you can send songs from other phones.
**Memory**
The phone memory on this is not that great. There is little room for picture messages etc. You can store up to 220 messages, and around 300 contacts.
***Weight***
The C300 is not too heavy for a phone, but for its small size, it weighs a little but it's not to heavy to handle.
***BatteryLife***
The shops say charge this phone for six hours, but I had it in for no more than an hour, and on screen was a message saying...

Samsung A300 - Silver tongued devil
Advantages: Looks great with dual screen.
Disadvantages: Low battery life.
...looming...
Three days after Christmas, my other half and I were discussing the fact that all of our friends were with Vodafone and we were on BT Cellnet, making arranging social gatherings particularly expensive. We decided that changing networks would be a good move and, after all, we'd had our 3310s for a year, now and we've always changed phones fairly regularly.
We shopped around and pointed at handsets that looked good and ran away from stiff young men in suits who asked "can I help you" in a manner that made it sound like "could you empty your pockets, please." We found ourselves in the Vodafone shop and we settled on the Samsung A300. We were going to go for a pay-as-you-go type affair, but decided against it after seeing how much the handset was on this deal. I was very much taken with the appearance of the phone, so small and...
