...I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! Samsung but smaller

Advantages: Very compact and lightweight, excellent value for money, great design with brilliant screen
Disadvantages: No dvd drive but this is to save on weight and you can pick up an external one for reasonable

...Having previously had a laptop my wife recently decided to buy a new computer for herself as she felt she was not taking her laptop with her due to size and weight and so decided to opt to pick up the Samsung NC10 netbook. Top machine!

Advantages: Brilliant quality and duplex printing as standard
Disadvantages: Quite noisy

...We have had a Samsung CLP-500 colour laser printer at work for about 6 months now and it has been great. It has seperate toners for different colours so you can replace each one as it runs out rather than having to waste toner because only one colour has run out. The print quality is fantastic even for photos, we print brochures on ours and they look professional. It does take a bit of time to prepare itself for a print, so I would say if you want a printer just to print the odd document off then this is not for you, but if you need to print off 20 copies of something then this machine will do the job very well even with large amounts of colour on the page. On the downside the CLP-500 is a little bit noisy so in a tiny office it may get a bit much but we don't have a problem in a 3 person office. The optional extra paper...

Samsung's Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Good performance, Good connectivity options, Good webcam, 160GB HDD, Upgradeable

...I recieved this netbook for christmas and all i can say is 'wow'! My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Therefore i was a little dubious about some of the things such as keyboard size, processing power and battery life. I was looking for a laptop which is very small in physical size while packing a punch so it could still carry out multiple tasks. Buying a full size (15.4") laptop seemed a bit pointlesss as i have two tower pc's which are my main machines, so this was just to be about casual surfing/ reading emails/ browsing while on the move. Samsung hits the netbook world for 6

Advantages: sturdy, reliable, quite nippy for a netbook, relativley cheap
Disadvantages: sound, no ssd option, still can't beat the aspire one

...With the netbook market already saturated to the point of that resembling a cat's fur when thrown into a bath (with almost as much fur flying between the competitors), it would seem that we don't need yet another standard netbook joining the ranks. However the samsung NC10 has proven to be a great addition to the market, and managed to undercut nearly all of their major competitors, even if it can't beat the acer aspire one. The NC10 is the usual netbook affair with regards to specs, it is fitted with the defacto standard intel atom, 160GB HDD and 1GB memory, this provides decent performance for all your web application needs and some circa 1999 gaming (no-one buys one for gaming anyway, but you've always got to at least try). Samsung NC10 Black netbook a lightweight and excellent netbook

...I bought my NC10 to replace my laptop which was just too heavy to be carrying to and from work everyday. I purchased my NC10 on a promotion weekend from a high street store beating online prices significantly. I was trying to avoid big bulky items to carry as I was on crutches at the time. Not recommended but straight out of box into my rucksack in the shop from which it was purchased. Didn't notice much weight difference in my bag at all. The Samsung NC10 has served me dilligently now being used more and more instead of my normal laptop as battery life is excellent. I use the NC10 round the house for coursework, work and even during my work lunch. ...If I remember correctly of all the cameras that I have reviewed here, this possibly is the cheapest so far. In fact the main idea was to have a first hand experience of Samsung range of cameras and I thought it prudent to try the cheapest possible available in Samsung array of cameras. Well the experience is very close to disaster. Design: Probably its only positive point is its price, that probably is about all. If you look at the design it does look cheap, drab and dumb to say the least. In fact the ES55 looks just that better with its very quaggy aluminium casing, this one comes with a forlorn drab plastic wrapping which probably will make the least fashionables talk about fashion. ...This netbook has to be one of my favourites, boasting a solid case, 10' screen and a fast bootup to Windows XP. Having played around with a few netbooks recently all boasting similar specifications, I can honestly say that I was not disappointed with this offering from Samsung. There are some negatives that let this review down slightly, so I will get these out of the way first. 1. The "\" key is located on the right side of the keyboard next to the "/" key. This takes some getting used to when swapping from a normal keyboard and you tend to select this by accident instead of the shift key. 2. There is no mobile broadband sim socket, so you have to buy one of the mobile broadband usb sticks which is fine but it would have been neater to simply keep a sim permanently in the netbook. 3. The BIOS on my netbook was out of date...

Colour Laser

...I started this review ages ago and totally forgot about it. So much time has past that at least one newer model the clp-510 has been released. I thought this might be useful for anyone considering buying second hand. I have always extolled the virtue of Laser printers over ink jets they are in the main cheaper to run and much faster and give a quality finish for text and the sort of business printing I do (charts, code, non photographic images). A few years ago I would never believe I would own a colour laser but at £200 from ebuyer.com this was too much of a tempting bargain to resist.
