Advantages: ASR, Optical zoom, 8MP, Face recognition, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Slow shutter time

Samsung, Sleek and Shiny

Advantages: Good images (which is what you need, really)
Disadvantages: Not intuitive to use

...Time to be dragged into the digital age and get a digital camera, so I recently purchased this baby (handily in time for my trip to Slovenia). It's worth pointing out it is also available in silver and black, although I have the red as pictured. What can I say, it's pretty and shiny. And it is pretty, compact, well-proportioned and sleek, with Samsung's usual appealing design. With regard to digital cameras - I was very reluctant to buy one for years as I liked having the physical pictures, but I haven't missed them! I now actually prefer being able to delete the shots that come out badly, or just where I've taken ten shots of the same thing (yes, I do that. I must be a frustrated photographer). i paid £112.00 for my camera on the Pixmania website, which seems to be a good price. The camera's own memory is pretty pathetic...

Snappy happy with the Samsung Digimax Duo camera
