...Having only ever owned a Samsung phone throughout the many phones I have owned in my life, I decided to carry on the tradition by buying the Samsung G600. It has served me well and has a number of really good features. One of the best little features I found with this phone was that there are a number of nice backgrounds preloaded onto the phone that can be changed in the settings menu. I currently have the puma background that shows up in the main menu behind all the features on the phone like messages. I also like the espresso theme but I find the puma background the nicest. Between the phones memory and the sim card, 1000 contacts can be stored in your phonebook, and 200 messages in total can be stored in the text message folder. To be honest I really dislike the fact that you can only store 200 messages, as I will never fill up...

...I recently decided to change from a pay as you talk to a contract pay as you go tariff. Looking at the phones available, i saw the G600 and was impressed by the look of the phone, so i risked it knowing not a lot about it and the risk paid off. Physically, the phone is very classy and sleek. It is a very smart phone and i have received numerous complimnts about the phone from people at work and in my family. My brother liked it that much that he decided to buy one. The screen is quite big so the menu and other features are easily read, but it doesnt look to big. It isnt bulky or big like i thought it may look. The camera is the most amazing feature about the phone. The 5megapixel photos are truly phenomenal, i didnt even bother taking a camera on a night out as the picture quality is of such a high standard that it was unnecessary...

...I've always liked Samsung phones - first was my trusty V200, then my E900 so I fell in love with this phone as soon as I saw it. Unfortunately, despite it's sleek looks and ease of use I'm really disappointed with it. Maybe I've got one from a dodgy batch but despite returning it (twice) I'm still plagued with niggly problems. 1. The backlight on the keypad (and sometimes on the screen) dip out and/or dim making texting in low light highly frustating. 2. The predictive text feature keeps turning itself off which is so annoying especially when you're half way through writing a text and realise that it's all gibberish. 3. The dictionary forgets new words all of a sudden - for example XXX at the end of a text, you can be using it quite happily yet on next text you send it's forgotten it. And where is the dictionary hidden? I want to...

...i got this phone at the start of october this year, it had only been out for a few day\'s when i received it, i got it as an up-grade on my contract, i did have the d600, so when they told me this phone was new i was so excited. i received it and i only had it on charge for about an hour because i wanted to play with it, well that was me for the rest of the day!! i took a little getting used to but oh my goodness it is fab!! the 5 megapixel camera is great, i have a young child who is always on the go and when i want to take a picture i use my phone and it gets the image perfectly!! it is so very easy to use and the zoom on it is so clear and close for the really important parts!! it also has lots of different ways of taking your picture, black and white, landscape, portrait, and the list goes on!!...i love my music so an mp3 player...

...I just got a free upgrade from Orange and went for the Samsung G600. It's a great bundle, unlike most other phones it comes free with a 1GB Micro SD card, which normally retails at around £10) It also comes with a Samsung Bluetooth headset, Software for the PC Studio, headphones (with the radio pickup), USB lead and power lead. The G600 phone is 102 mm in height and 14.9 mm wide and weighs just 104g so it's light yet feels well made and is a perfect size for my lady hands It's a nice metallic ebony black with an aluminium metal mount in front. It looks very stylish with it's 16M colours TFT screen and a great resolution with 240 x 320 pixels Menu The menu is clear and easy to navigate, I will not bore you with all the features you can read about those on the Samsung website but i will mention a few that I love about this...

Samsung G600 Pink - Good phone would recommend

Advantages: Looks good, good video and photo quality for a mobile, good battery life

...a very good strong vibrate that you could feel in your pocket and even hear, however I do not think the vibrate on the G600 is as good as the others. I can have it in my jeans pocket and not feel it ringing. The g600 is great for phone calls, the earpiece is loud so it is easy to hear what the person on the other end is saying. Texting isn't as great as it could be. The way you hold the phone to text it is extremely easy to catch the camera button on the side of the phone, and when you do everything you try to type in the text doesnt work, so you end up with missing letters, or you pressed the button enough times for an 'S' and you got a 'Q', which I find very frustrating, as Im used to being able to text without looking. One of the only problem I really have with this phone is it turns off on its own and has done since the day I had it...

Samsung SGH G600 is Fab

Advantages: Sleek ,easy to use, good and obviosly the great 5 Mega pixel camera
Disadvantages: No 3G

...thrown it several times and dropped it in the toilet once, and after drying it out , it still works fine no problems at all, really robust phone . It comes with 1GB microSD card, head phones and wireless ear piece in the box. Samsung may a wise choice in getting rid of the touch sensitive buttons of the U600 and replaced with some easy to use buttons. I would defiantly buy another Samsung and recommend it as a great phone....
