...I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! Samsung but smaller

Advantages: Very compact and lightweight, excellent value for money, great design with brilliant screen
Disadvantages: No dvd drive but this is to save on weight and you can pick up an external one for reasonable

...Having previously had a laptop my wife recently decided to buy a new computer for herself as she felt she was not taking her laptop with her due to size and weight and so decided to opt to pick up the Samsung NC10 netbook. Advantages: Good battery life, nice screen, near enough a full size keyboard

...I recieved this netbook for christmas and all i can say is 'wow'! My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Therefore i was a little dubious about some of the things such as keyboard size, processing power and battery life. Samsung's Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Good performance, Good connectivity options, Good webcam, 160GB HDD, Upgradeable
Disadvantages: Not very good accessories, Picks up Fingerprints, Weird button under touchpad

...(although I do still have the cloth from my Eee PC). USING The NC10 has a 1.6GHz Atom processor and 1GB of RAM, which doesn't sound like much but it is very nippy for a low cost notebook. Music and videos play smoothly as they would on a full size laptop. The memory is even upgradable as the 1GB memory can be swapped with a 2GB one for even more performance. Also, 160GB storage for something that was meant to just be for surfing the net is pretty good and would allow for a lot of downloading. I would prefer this over a Linux netbook with a Solid State Drive with limited storage. Battery life seems to last about 5 hours although they quote 7 hours (probably only if you have it with the lowest brightness and leave it idle). In fact the main idea was to have a first hand experience of Samsung range of cameras and I thought it prudent to try the cheapest possible available in Samsung array of cameras. Well the experience is very close to disaster. Design: Probably its only positive point is its price, that probably is about all. If you look at the design it does look cheap, drab and dumb to say the least. Samsung hits the netbook world for 6

Advantages: sturdy, reliable, quite nippy for a netbook, relativley cheap
Disadvantages: sound, no ssd option, still can't beat the aspire one

...10 is very slightly nippier than some other netbooks such as the msi wind. The screen is also the standard 10.2" 1024x600 too, but it is a very good quality screen, and puts most other netbooks to shame. The deciding factor in the netbook market is the quality of the netbook, and the samsung comes with quality to the hilt. The solid build of the netbook combined with it's spacious (by netbook standards) keyboard helps to make using such small devices less of a pain, and everything just feels right with it. the ports and connectivity are good too, with 3 USB ports, a VGA out port (for hooking up to an external monitor) and a 10/100 ethernet port.vBattery life is pretty standard, generally speaking the netbook will last 3-4 hours before dying. overall there isn't much to criticise this netbook for, sure it could come with a SSD drive...

Samsung NC10 Black netbook a lightweight and excellent netbook

...I bought my NC10 to replace my laptop which was just too heavy to be carrying to and from work everyday. I purchased my NC10 on a promotion weekend from a high street store beating online prices significantly. I was trying to avoid big bulky items to carry as I was on crutches at the time. Not recommended but straight out of box into my rucksack in the shop from which it was purchased. Didn't notice much weight difference in my bag at all. The Samsung NC10 has served me dilligently now being used more and more instead of my normal laptop as battery life is excellent. I use the NC10 round the house for coursework, work and even during my work lunch. Samsung PS50B451

Advantages: Brillaint TV

...This netbook has to be one of my favourites, boasting a solid case, 10' screen and a fast bootup to Windows XP. Having played around with a few netbooks recently all boasting similar specifications, I can honestly say that I was not disappointed with this offering from Samsung. There are some negatives that let this review down slightly, so I will get these out of the way first. 1. The "\" key is located on the right side of the keyboard next to the "/" key. This takes some getting used to when swapping from a normal keyboard and you tend to select this by accident instead of the shift key. 2. There is no mobile broadband sim socket, so you have to buy one of the mobile broadband usb sticks which is fine but it would have been neater to simply keep a sim permanently in the netbook. 3.
