...I have had my Samsung for 5 months now and I love it! The stylish design and the easy to use main menu. The phone has alot of feature 5 mega pix camera, video, completely touch screen, Bluetooth, internet browser,3G calling, 8gb memory card ect. In my opinion when I first brought the phone I was shocked at how much this item was, but when I started to use this phone and took advantage of all its features I didn?t mind paying that extra. I salesman said the best thing to do is charge it over night so I can get the most out of the battery, he was right I only have to charge my phone 3 times a week. Advantages: It is an all in one 'phone, looks very good, is simple to use

...I bought this mobile on the basis that it was shiny and new primarily (yes I know I am shallow) but I have since been very impressed with the features, ease of use and quality. I normally use a mobile to only telephone people with and the Samsung SGH U600 does that with ease. Reception coverage has been flawless everywhere from Southend up to Derby. However I have found myself using the other features more and more. I like the simple way it handles text messaging ( I don't bother with grammer/punctuation but do spell words correctly). I work away from home a lot and have found that the radio function is really useful with excellent reception everywhere I have found myself. It saves having to take another gadget with me as well. Advantages: GOOD LOOKING , EASY INTERFACE, SAMSUNG DESIGN
Disadvantages: MINOR SOFTWARE GLITCHES

...brilliant in time scale and customer service.....wel done Samsung.!! I only had one reason too sell and that is I work on a Quarry so the phone was getting dusty and abused which was a shame for such a nice mobile. Be aware of getting one on T-mobile if its on "pay as you go" because you will not be able too use its video call facility as T-mobile do not offer this without a contract. There are now better full screen mobiles out there if your budget can stretch like the Samsung Omnia (with Wi-Fi) or even the i-phone but if you are looking for a new wave phone that can do mst things well then this is for you....

The phone is a PDA style phone and often gets mistaken for a Blackberry, which is famous for the QWERTY keyboard.
