Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Lightweight, easy to use, USB ports, useful for travelling
Disadvantages: Uses Windows, slow even with 2gig upgrade

...I had heard good things about Netbook computers - basic, lightweight laptops running starter versions of Windows 7. So I researched the possibilities, advised by my son who was, at first, rather sceptical. He told me it would be slow, and that Windows 7 would be difficult to use (since my main computer is a Mac). But after much discussion, I decided to go ahead and buy the Samsung N145 JP02...

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 - Tablet of the year in my book.

Advantages: Excellent Manufacturer, Screen size and HD Quality, Portability, Productivity, Range of free wares
Disadvantages: Battery Life - Terabyte of built in storage would be nice - Price may be a little steep for some.

Advantages: Lightweight, excellent battery life, fast processor
Disadvantages: Touchpad could be a little more user friendly - it's a bit small and awkward to use
