Samsung Style and Quality

Advantages: Looks brilliant, good picture quality,no effort to use
Disadvantages: minor burn in issues,collects a lot of dust,average sound quality

...I purchased this TV about two months ago and so far it has been nothing but a pleasure to use. I had originally decided to buy the PS42Q97 model but was told by that particular retailer that it was an end of line model and out of stock as a result. They then offered to sell me the PS42A457 for the same price and after discovering that the specification was actually slightly better I decided to go for it. The TV itself looks very slick with its black glossy finish, took minutes to setup and after some minor tinkering with the colour and contrast settings provided an excellent picture quality and there are many other features you can use to customise the picture quality further. I compared it with a Friends PS50Q97( which is the older,slightly bigger model) and can't find any real differences in terms of picture quality, sure...

Snap Happy Samsung!

Advantages: Great camera at a great price.
Disadvantages: None at the price, you get a great item for what you pay!

...up to A1/A2 size, I would not notice the difference compared to a cheaper model with slightly less megapixels. Thus, I was directed towards the 10MP Samsung ES55. I had wanted something with excellent picture quality that I could use in low light conditions, taking pictures in clubs and indoors. I would also use the camera to take pictures for my business. But, more poignantly, I needed something cheap! I'm pretty broke and I had expected to fork out quite a lot for a quality camera to meet my requirements. I'm also quite interested in art, so as a hobby, had intended on taking up a bit of photography. When buying a camera, it would be helpful to make a list of your primary needs and budget and see what falls into your category. I was told this would be the Samsung. Samsung's Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Good performance, Good connectivity options, Good webcam, 160GB HDD, Upgradeable
Disadvantages: Not very good accessories, Picks up Fingerprints, Weird button under touchpad

Samsung but smaller

Advantages: Very compact and lightweight, excellent value for money, great design with brilliant screen
Disadvantages: No dvd drive but this is to save on weight and you can pick up an external one for reasonable

...Having previously had a laptop my wife recently decided to buy a new computer for herself as she felt she was not taking her laptop with her due to size and weight and so decided to opt to pick up the Samsung NC10 netbook. So you may have noticed that this is a netbook and be wondering what this exactly means...a netbook is a smaller, lighter weight laptop that is simply designed to handle internet browsing, e-mail and office software. The question I was asked by my wife before she picked this little gadget up was would this be able to play games? The answer is yes but of a limited variety as this is not designed with the same level of specs in as a normal pc or laptop (you would also need to purchase a cd or dvd drive for if you are looking at playing games that use a cd). Up The Bracket: Everyone Should Own It...

Advantages: A truly stunning album, with a definite swagger and personality. Melodic, very energetic.
Disadvantages: Preconceptions will mean that some people miss out. Ignore them.

...opinion, it's too long, and it's a pity this acoustic track was chosen, since the band would prove on their second album that they could expertly pull off that style of song - the hidden track on their second album, 'France', is stunning. Despite the dip in quality here, the album wouldn't be the same without this track. It breaks up the two halves of adrenaline, and prevents monotony setting in. A very necessary 6/10. 7) Up The Bracket - To the title track, the second half of the album, and a return of the energy from before. A roaring, relentless anthem, perfectly suited to Doherty's vocal style. Every aspect of this song is superb, from guitars, to drums, to singer. The low key, garage-y production is ideal here. ...If I remember correctly of all the cameras that I have reviewed here, this possibly is the cheapest so far. In fact the main idea was to have a first hand experience of Samsung range of cameras and I thought it prudent to try the cheapest possible available in Samsung array of cameras. Well the experience is very close to disaster. Design: Probably its only positive point is its price, that probably is about all. If you look at the design it does look cheap, drab and dumb to say the least. In fact the ES55 looks just that better with its very quaggy aluminium casing, this one comes with a forlorn drab plastic wrapping which probably will make the least fashionables talk about fashion. Samsung hits the netbook world for 6

Advantages: sturdy, reliable, quite nippy for a netbook, relativley cheap
Disadvantages: sound, no ssd option, still can't beat the aspire one

...With the netbook market already saturated to the point of that resembling a cat's fur when thrown into a bath (with almost as much fur flying between the competitors), it would seem that we don't need yet another standard netbook joining the ranks. However the samsung NC10 has proven to be a great addition to the market, and managed to undercut nearly all of their major competitors, even if it can't beat the acer aspire one. Punk-poets first release, Up the Bracket, defined a genre.

Advantages: Uplifting, great value for money, inspiring.
Disadvantages: Parental Guidance for Lyrical Content

...Up The Bracket was the debut album from The Libertines- a four piece post-punk revival band from London. They made their name playing in various bars around London, most noticeably Filthy Macnasty's Whiskey Cafe in Islington. The album is definitely my favourite of all time and is awash with clever lyrics, distorted guitar riffs, screaming and shouting. The opening track, Vertigo, is a mixture of all of this and throws you right in the mood for the rest of the album. The sound is hectic and fierce but never unprofessional. There is definitely an element of The Clash in the sound and this isn't surprising due to the fact it was produced by Mick Jones. At 39 minutes long, it is a relatively short album but even if it were an hour long, I think it would still seem too short. In my opinion the highlight of the album is Time For Heroes. It...

I am in love with this song for all eternity. 10/10. Radio America - Acoustic guitars?!?!?!? A tune for the people who love Sundays. I think this is a geography lesson as it mentions New Brighton (a place around Liverpool isn't it?), Tokyo, America (obviously) and Mexico... Sounds like it has been done at 3am on the comedown from a fix of heroin. A bit strange, I don't really dig it but others probably would. 7/10. Up The Bracket - Here we go again, punk, punk, punk, PUNK! It sounds ordered here (for once!) but live it will be rag-tag.
