...At first I was very impressed with this product and everything was working fine until it began pausing/freezing for a split second at first and then gradually stopping for a longer period. It is the only fault with this Samsung DVD recorder but it is very annoying and when I rang up the helpline about it all they said was to make sure the disk was not dusty or scratched and to blow the insides to make sure it was clean. Surprisingly this did not fix the fault. It is a real shame as apart from this very annoying fault it has so much going for it with some great features and everything you would expect from a top of the line DVD Recorder. It records and functions well otherwise and is simple and easy to use with very understandable instructions. I will include the specifications just in case you are still interested in buying... ...work of copying CD's and copying a DVD I'd recorded on my domestic DVD Recorder wasn't a slouch either. Equally, it will handle and burn stuff already on my hard drive pretty fast too. So far, I've had no coasters or any other problem. And the Lightscribe facilty is pretty good too, although it takes around 25 mins to draw a label on the 'best' setting, using Sure Thing Label Maker, So yep, I'm well please with the thing. As a sort of postscript, about a week later, I installed the Nero suite and other bundled software and fiddled about with it for a few days. I still don't like the basic Nero burning suite, but a handy little program on there was the Live Update of the firmware facilty, where you can go online, and download the latest frimware update, direct from Samsung's website and sit back while it upgrades automatically (shades... Advantages: Sweet Little Program - Still Great For Kids After All These Years!

..., but they got up to allsorts of stuff in that time! The cartoon has stood the test of time and is still as enjoyable now, as it was nearly 18years ago. The DVD is packed with extras, not only do we get all 26 episodes, but we get an Interview with James Driscoll (Creator) and Justin Haywards Original Theme Demo, Original Sketches and Story Boards as well!! ...While the fridge freezer is a good looker and is practicable, while priced competitively, reliability has been a problem and the notorious Samsung customer service has been extremely frustrating. The fridge keeps frosting up and customer service from Samsung is unsatisfactory. Their staff don't know what they are talking about, they use an 0870 number and keep you hanging on. We received contradictory advice from different staff and wasted a lot of time doing something we were asked to do, which a staff member then could not deal with. There appoears to be a policy to keep you on the telephone line. A friend has had a similar problem with her recently purchased Samsung Widescreen TV. So while we like the fridge freezer, we would definitely not purchase another one and would certainly not purchase another Samsung product.... Read review

...the samsung SGH-E900 is touch sensitive but if you are writing a text message and accidentally press the exit button you have to start again, or even playing a game. this phone started off as 180 pound on vodafone and is now down to 80 pound. i wouldnt recommend this phone with anyone with little patience. sometimes i feel like throwing the phone out of the phone out of the window as it is so annoying. samsung made the E900 to look stylish but didnt think much about touch sensitive part. it was meant to be an upgrade of earlier phones they made. but the camera is poorer than the one on earlier phones made by samsung. the camera is also very sensitive. also if you want to listen to music but your battery is too low you couldnt listen to the music while it was charging.... ...The Samsung E700 is a very stylish and sleek mobile. Since i have changed from Nokia to Samsung i haven't been disappointed. Some of the main advantages are: good quality pictures, real music tones available to download, easy to use. Once you get used to this phone it is very simple to use and has some good features such as money converter and diary! The disadvantages that i have found personally are: No key lock so the phone takes pictures in your pocket very annoying, if like me you have changed from nokia to samsung it can be a little annoying getting used to the functions such as text messages! Other than that i have been very pleased with this phone and will definately upgrade to the next samsung when my contract is ready!... Read review

...this samsung d500 is the phone that i own which i bought from ebay for £115.60 in a excellent condition. it is great value for money and is just as good as all the new phones that are being released recently, this is because: new phones and the samsung d500 both have: bluetooth mp3 player good memory java games excellent camera strong design excellent looks good colour screen and the samsung d500 also has a sos flashlight in case you get lost in the jungle somewhere!! i advise that if you are after a new phone but dont want to pay £300 - £400 then you should get yourself on ebay which i also highly rate a purchase a samsung d500 for anywhere in between £80 - £120 thanks for everyones ratings and good look getting your phone...
