Ultra Light Paperweight/Phone
Advantages: choose own message tones, call are easy, texting is easy
Disadvantages: Battery life, touch buttons
...as I don't like selling phones when I know they have a bad battery life.
Though someone gave me one of these recently (the up button doesn't work anymore) and I kept it as it's not bad as a MP3 player for the house and it downloads my music faster onto my memory card than it does with my D900i but I'd never use it again as a phone.

Size Zero of Mobile Phones has arrived.
Advantages: Excellent features. top camera, slimmer than posh spice
Disadvantages: Poor battery life, touch sensitive buttons may put off novices
...Sexy, Stunning, Marvelous, WOW, Cool, Slim, Slender, Sleek, Fabulous, Sexy.Wait a minute, I've said that twice now. Describing the ultra slim 10.9 Millimeter U600 can take all day, visually its the best Samsung phone I've seen ever. But does the "personality" match the looks?
The box itself is so small, so slim, so compact that it gives you a taste of things to come. When you open the sleek blue box, you get the handset, the battery, the charger, a pair of headphones, a USB cable,CD software, User Guide booklet and other random leaflets. These are all the bog standard accessories that you would expect to get from a phone.
When you take out the phone from its packaging you can't help but think WOW. It is very nice looking phone indeed.
Slip open the battery and insert your SIM card and power the beauty up and you will be...

Samsung Tocco Ultra edition
Advantages: looks great , AMOLED screen , 8MP camera
Disadvantages: No WI-FI , dodgy texting
...This was the phone I was initially planning on getting until I actually got a chance to play with someone else's.
Don't get me wrong it's a good phone , and it looks stunning , but then it gets that inevitable comparison to the iphone and suddenly certain aspects of it don't seem quite so good...
Starting with the good points though the tocco ultra come's with an impressive 8MP camera complete with all the trimmings including editing software and a share pix faciltiy which lets you upload picture's to a variety of site's. It uses a LED light which although not as good as the xenon flash is still more than adequate and the clarity of the picture's taken is brilliant , if anyone's got shaky hands it's also worth noting that samsung have added anti-shake software to counter any wobbling and things such as smile shot(taking a photo...

Samsung U600 Fairly Good Phone, Poor Battery Time.
Advantages: Very stylish, simple to understand menu, Great camera, Good value for money.
Disadvantages: Poor battery life, weak screen, easy to catch touch buttons.
...I bought this phone about a year ago and its been going fairly good, had a few problems along the way, the screen has cracked twice now but i have been able to replace them i feel the screen is quite weak and a small bang can crack it all the way through to the lcd.
I also feel that the Battery life is very poor, such as if i'm texting during the day it only lasts about 7-8 hours and even if i dont use it i have to charge it up every night or it will be dead by dinner time the next day...i think this is because of the touch buttons which i also found a bit difficult to get use to, even now its easy to accidently ring someone like the other day i was using the light as a torch and rang someone at 5.30am...ooops... :)......and also if you are nearly to the end of a long text message its very fustrating when you catch the cancel button...

Thin, Stylish Samsung U600 phone
Advantages: Stylish, 3.2 mega pixel camera, very thin
Disadvantages: Touch sensitive screen, delicate
...I decided I wanted a new mobile phone. I checked the internet to see what was on the market and what other people considered to be a good phone.
I decided on the Samsung U600. What I liked about it was, it's very stylish, I liked the slide feature and the fact it was a very slim phone, it only about 10.9mm thin.
The features on this stylish phone are endless. The camera is a 3.2 mega pixel camera. It has an FM radio and a music player and you are able to connect to the internet.
Some of the features:
Call log, phonebook, music player, browser, messages, my files, calendar, camera, applications, alarms, bluetooth, games and settings.
One of the things I didn't like was how delicate the phone was as it is touch sensitive, it starts to connect and ring people who you haven't phoned or deletes a message which has taken you...

Best phone in years!
Advantages: great music player
Disadvantages: none that i can think of
...orange.
Ok so lets start to talk about the phone itself
The Samsung U600 is from the Ultra Edition II range, the U900 is slimmer and very lightweight than the D900/D900i . the slide-open is really smooth, in the past the slide opening has been far from smooth with a clunky feeling to it and with one drop the slider had broken.
The shimmering casing is very attractive and elegant, the large colour display screen dominates the front while the phone is closed, when the phone opens the key pad is large and easy to see.
The touch screen does need a bit of getting use to if you have not used a touch screen phone before, at first I would accidentally touch one of the call buttons and I call the last person I had called 20 mins ago by mistake, but the trick is not to be heavy handed with! Now I find it works perfectly with out any mishaps...

Samsung U600
Advantages: Looks good, easy to use
Disadvantages: Scratches easily, turns itself off randomly
...I got this phone about 11 months ago on an upgrade with T Mobile. I had no idea what phone I wanted but when I explained the functions that I needed, the Samsung U600 was suggested to me.
It is a nice looking phone, grey, small and thin, you can carry it in your pocket without it being too bulky. It is a slide phone with a large screen. The number buttons are under the screen and are displayed when you slide the phone down. The menu and call and hang up buttons are touch screen.
To describe some of the features that the phone has-
Camera- It has a 3.2 mega pixel camera which is very good quaility, however it annoys me how it takes a while for the camera to capture the picture before it actually takes it. You have to have a steady hand and be patient! It does however have a digital zoom and flash which is handy. The video...

Ultra Slim And Sexy
Advantages: Easy to use, Reasonable price, Great features
Disadvantages: buttons can be sensative
...I've only had this phone for two days and i'm already in love with it!
I chose this phone because i really do like the Samsung phones I think they are very easy to use, stylish and have many features that all phones should include.
Price, Packaging and Phone
I bought my U600 for 150 pound, It was brand new and came in a orange box although it is open to all networks, in the box it included, ear phones, USB cable and CD installion aswel as the manuals and a charger.
The phone itself is a stylish ultra slim greyish blue phone with touch sensitive menu buttons and answer buttons. The navigator is raised and not touch sensitive as this prevents it going back to the phones menu like it does with the E900. The phone is a sliding phone and when slid up it opens up the keypad which is a flat smooth keypad.
The Features
The menu...

Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition - far too complicated!
Advantages: Stylish looks, good camera, nice colourful screen
Disadvantages: Touch screen largely un-responsive, gadgets on the phone confusing, interface is awkward
...When the time came that I wanted to get a new phone contract, the first place I decided to look was the Orange website. The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition really stood out, the specifications list seemed fantastic and so I decided this was the phone to go for. Waited eagerly for its arrival...
On getting the phone I was very impressed with how it looked, very sleek and stylish. Quite a large phone, but also thin so that made up for it. Easily fit in my back jeans pocket. On turning the phone on I was pleasantly surprised at how crystal clear the screen was, the colours were astounding.
However actually using the phone was a bit of a mission... the touch screen was unresponsive a lot of the time, it sometimes took me 10 attempts just to open a text message! Writing a text was another feat altogether, yet you could do this on the buttons...
