The 4GB capacity is large compared to the size and functions of this mp3 player (Its small but still has a lot of functions) which makes it all worth buyig for. You may see the speakers and think its large and capable of playing loud music, well it isnt loud at all, its just average. The MP3 player is quite fragile, because it can fold out into speakers. It is quite difficult to navigate through menus and tracks unless you are used to touch pads and sensitive buttons Obviously their is a headphone jack. Disadvantages: Playlists cannot be edited on the MP3 but only via the computer

...I had decided to buy a new MP3 player as my iPod was constantly corrupting and costing me a fortune in repairs. I am fairly vain and so I wanted a stylish MP3 player that had both a large range of features, exceeding good looks, but one that was also affordable. Advantages: big memory which stores up to1000 of songs,can delete music via the mp3 player,
Disadvantages: the navigation round the mp3 could be hard, depends on your technological level though.

It is quite slim and has a nice shiny black colour and it has a glass usb cover which has a light in so when you are listening to music it will flash blue which is really cool . When i bought this it was in argos for about £30 but he picture in the argos catalog didnt look as nice as it really looks in good life . It is one of those things that doesnt look really good in pictures byt looks good in real life . The price This mp3 player is not that new anymore so it will probarly be for about £20 which is really good value for your money as it is a really good product . ...When I first bought this product it was very new to the market, and I had numerous problems installing the Samsung software on my computer. Eventually it installed, but I found the Samsung music organiser not as convenient or easy to use as Windows Media Player, so I still use that to syncronise my music to the player. Since buying it, I am regularly shown new downloads to update the player, which I have found easy to install. On the whole I have actually noticed that these updates have made a visible improvement to the features of the player. The screen is clear and menus are easy to use to find what file you're looking for, whether you're browsing by artist, genre or playlist, etc. However, if you have a long list of things, for example a list of album titles, you can't scroll through the list quickly to find one a long way down...

...The Samsung YP K5 mp3 player is immediately striking. Its sleek design and black finish would seamlessly fit into Batman's arsenal of gadgets. When I first bought the product it was immediately noticed by friends and strangers and as an aid to 'street rep' it works wonders. I was at first dubious of the sound of the speakers - I bought it over the internet and so had no way of trying out the player to check the sound capacity. However, my worries were proved relatively unfounded. Of course the player's speakers are not as loud as those of a hi-fi, but for personal use, they excel, and, in my case, provide a much needed substitute for tinny mobile phone speakers. Advantages: Sleek, modern design. loads of memory, ultra-thin

...i have had, they provide excellent sound quality and look good just like the MP3 itself. The only thing you must be wary of when purchasing the K3 is that your computer must run on Windows XP or higher which is something i found out about a little to late as my computer that has all my music on is currently running Windows ME so i had to transfer all my music through my laptop. This brings me onto the transferring software, you have to you Samsung media studio which is provided with the unit, it is extremely easy to use, you just import you music or photos from the folders on your computer onto the media studio library and then its speedily transfers to the MP3, i transferred around 400 songs in about 5 minutes. If you transfer photos, the media studio automatically resizes them before transferring them onto the MP3 once again saving...

...I purchased a white version of the Samsung YP-U3 1GB mp3 for my technophobe friend a couple of weels ago and must say it is an extremely cool bit of kit. It arrived in a small plastic box which was extremely well presented and fit through my letter box perfectly. There is no seperate USB cable as the USB attachment is built into the player which slots out easily to connect to the pc. Synchronising music on the player is also a piece of cake and after an hour or so I had the device pre-loaded with all my friend's favourite music. It also has a built in FM tuner which works fairly well in picking up stations.
