Advantages: Sales guy patient and informative (good service and efficiency)
Disadvantages: Finance guy a real pain (poor service and efficiency)

...Thre things that might prevent me returning to Sanderson: - The addition of a final extra charge of £45 for indemnity or something after all the price negotions had been completed - The two price offer on the car dependent on whether you took the finance offer or not (this is in fact illegal) - The finance guys assertive incredulity when I did not want to take up his finance offer ("Surely you would rather borrow the money and have it in your bank?" Answer: "I can find someone cheaper to borrow from, namely my own savings") Not impressed with their probity However the actual sales guy was very good And the car was okay (but so it should be as it was a pre-reg with only 25 miles on the clock)...

Funkiest hotel in London?

Advantages: Very modern, trendy, full of stars
Disadvantages: Prententious City and very expensive !!

..."Sanderson Hotel" 50 Berners Street London W1T 3NG Telephone - 0207 300 1400 Fax - 0207 300 1401 Firstly, I really am not sure whether I am going to find enough superlatives to accurately describe this hotel, but we'll see how we go? ~~~~~~~ Location ~~~~~~~ The hotel is located on the northern tip of Soho on Berners Street, just off Oxford Street. The nearest tube station would be Oxford Circus, but Tottenham Court Road would not be too much farther to walk. Generally, because of where I park my car when I travel to London, Oxford Circus is an easier tube stop for me to get to this particular hotel. As you walk up Berners Street, with Oxford Street to your rear, then the hotel is located approximately 200 yards on the left hand side, beyond The Berners hotel, that you may note on the right hand side...

Painfully Hip

Advantages: clean, central, beautifully decorated
Disadvantages: expensive and soulless

...I'm not sure where to start with this review. I was so looking forward to staying a night in the Sanderson Hotel but was left really disappointed. I will try to write this as objectively as possible but if my acid wit gets in the way, I apologise in advance. The 5 star Sanderson describes itself as an "Urban Spa" in the heart of London. Just off Oxford Street it supposedly serves as a retreat from the bustle of the city. From the outside it looks like a dreary 1950s office block with plenty pebble dash thrown in for good measure. The only hint that this is a hotel are dwarf fir trees by the entrance and two very smartly dressed European doorman. They were incredibly polite and greeted us with a smile, though I have to say they looked like they 'd be more at home jumping in to break up a fight than helping you with your luggage...

down to earth geordie girl who deserves her success

Advantages: Provides real view on fame and how tough Cheryl has had it
Disadvantages: that it ended!!

...I recieved this book as a christmas gift, and although i love Cheryl Cole, im not a major reader, so it took me a while to pick it up and read it. However, i decided to give it a go, as i do love Cheryl, and watched her in Concert with Girls Aloud the other week, and it tempted me to read. And im so glad i did! This book, written by Gerard sanderson, focused on Cheryls life from the beginning, explaining how she grew up in a council estate in Newcastle with her family, a life far from what she has become accustomed to today. I wont go into a lot of information that the book contains (there is loads!) as i would truly recommend it. As previously mentioned, i dont normally read, and i read this book in a week!! Absolute record. It had that influence that i just wanted to continue reading. What was so refreshing about the book, is...

Advantages: Dreamy and surreal
Disadvantages: Seriously expensive

...Step into Sanderson and you will feel like stepping into another world. Welcome to the dreamy all white and surreal Philippe Starck design. Once inside you will find a pair of red lips (it is actually a sofa), a chair with fake fur covering it , a load of grey stones tied up (it is actually made of foam and is too soft to sit on it). There are also other surreal stuff like chair hanging in the air and an egg. And there are TV screens at the front desk. What about the rooms?I have stayed in both a standard double room and a deluxe king's bedroom. The deluxe room is bigger in size and the bed is slight larger , but apart from that both rooms are nto so indifferent and in my opinion I actually prefer the smaller room. You will find a see-through bathroom as the main focus in the room with glass washing basin and a free standing bath...

Witchcraft at its best

The monk who sold his Ferrari gives us another training

Advantages: Tells several good morals about life, very intresting character of Julian Mantle.
Disadvantages: The story is quite hackneyed.

Disadvantages: anoying presenter , routine repeated too often

...Funk Fit stars the girls from corantion street - Tina O'Brien (sarah platt), Nikki sanderson ( candice) and Lucy Jo Hudson ( Katie) The workout is made up of urban dance routines. The workout is led by Troy Dureh. This video was released in 2004.The running time of funk fit is approx 59 minutes. When I heard that one of the girls is a trained dancer I immediately thought it was Nikki because she seems such a natural , so I was suprised to learn that Lucy Jo had trained as a dancer for 16 years! Tina looks as though she's concentrating too hard to get the moves right rather than enjoying it. The girls have great figures and i'm sure the workout wasnt the cause of it! The presenter is anoying and the routines are repeated too often for my liking! But other wise than that , the moves are cool and easy to follow!...

Puts a spell on you!

Disadvantages: none, though perhaps the 'virgin' theme not appropriate for children

...Directed by Kenny Ortega, this charming Walt Disney film is perfect for all the family - I actually didn't buy it, my father did, as its one of his favourite films. The beginning of the film shows the tale of the Sanderson sisters, when it happened, and how the black cat, Binks, that guards the old Sanderson house came to be. Switching to modern day, the plot starts as Max Dennison and his little sister Dani move to Salem, Massachusetts with their parents. The tale is told of the three witches sentenced to death 300 years ago, for bewitching, capturing and sucking the life out of children.
