My Sandisk Ultra II 4GB
Review of Sandisk Ultra II SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by
Ikillrocknroll
Advantages: Fast, Cheap
Disadvantages: Lack of backwards compatability
...reader so I had to connect the camera to my computer via a USB cable, not too practical. Now however, Sandisk included with the card, a MicroMate card reader, which I can keep in my USB port (Extremely handy). Not only is its functionality superb, but the card reader itself looks very stylish.
The one downfall of the card, and infact, any SDHC card, is backwards compatability - they aren't compatible with most older devices that took SD cards, so it is important to check around first if your device is compatible.
The card, overall is excellent value, and having won many awards (EISA, TIPA, American Photo, CHIP Magazine, Readers Choice, Top 50 Products - quoted from the Sandisk website), It is surely a great choice of card for any enthusiast digital camera user or someone looking for a bit extra space on a card, for a low price....

Mighty memory
Review of Sandisk SDSDQ-2048-E10M Micro Secure Digita 2048 MB by
Rubeenio
Advantages: Cheap, great value
Disadvantages: non
...I just got the new Samsung U900, its an awesome phone and it takes Micro SD cards as an additional source of memory, since my phone didn't come with a card I decided to buy one to store all the music, pictures and films I will be taking on my phone.
I looked up the stats of the U900 and saw that it could take up to a 2GB card, so i decided to get this size as it would be more that big enough for me. I opted for the Sandisk card because Sandisk is a manufacturer that i trust and i have got things from before (My Sandisk Mp3 player)
The 2GB Sandisk Micro SD card cost me £15 from Ebay which i was very happy about and it was brand new. It it very small but it came with a handy carry case and also a SD card adaptor. Basically this is a larger SD card with a slot in the back that you can put the smaller Micro SD card into, this lets you put...

Sandisk 8GB micro SD card
Review of Sandisk Micro-SDHC Secure Digital 8192 MB by
yassarikhan786
Advantages: Large memory capacity, durable for its size, very reliable
Disadvantages: None really apart from it being quite small
...The Sandisk Micro-SDHC Secure Digital 8192 MB (8 GB) memory card is known as an SD micro card, basically because SD memory cards are the smallest you can currently purchase. It measures in at 15mm x 11mm and comes with an adapter when you purchase the card.
The Micro SD card format is used mainly for mobile phones, because of the sheer size and the cards ability to hold huge amounts of data. Although, mainly built for mobile phone use, SD micro cards like the Sandisk Micro SD 8 GB can be used in devices such as hand-held GPS devices, portable audio players, video game consoles and numerous other devices.
With the 8 GB of storage space, you can hold thousands of songs (approximately 2000), thousands of photos as well as hundreds of videos and other files. When you purchase the 8GB SD micro memory card you get an adapter with it, which...

Cheap alternative to today's iPod driven world?
Review of Sandisk Sansa E 250 2GB by
joshm12
Advantages: Good battery life, easy pc connection and uploading facilities, good sound quality
Disadvantages: not a great design, ugly looking interface
...The Sansa is an excellent little player. Sleek, feels quite solid, simple to use and cheaper than the equivalent nano.
Pros -
Good battery life
Removable battery (unlike the iPod)
Drag and drop file transfers
Excellent sound (through good headphones, I've not tried the supplied earbuds)
Expandable storage. You can add a 2Gb MicroSD card to take the storage to 6Gb for just £6. Music only on the expansion.
Cons -
No wall charger. USB only. The proprietary Sandisk connector means you can't use a standard miniUSB charger.
Video conversion loses sound sync.
Buttons are a little fiddly.
Note to new users. The Sansa needs a flash update to cure some instability. I had a lock up which required the battery to be removed to force a reset. Flashing the firmware has solved this and I've had no problems since....

Great performer.
Review of Sandisk Secure Digit SD 512 Ultra II 512 MB by
johnsto
Advantages: Fast, durable
Disadvantages: It's red.
...clean. And, it does what it's meant to do. Not bad for a little piece of some plastic and metal.
(The Sandisk Ultra II series is designed to be the fastest SD card in the Sandisk line, but with the standard Sandisk quality and recognition. The 1GB, 2GB and 256MB models 'should' perform just like this one.)...

Sandisk 2 GB Sansa C250 MP3 player
Review of SanDisk Sansa C250 2 GB by
Nigdef
Advantages: sound quality, colour screen, multi play options
Disadvantages: rubbish headphones, poor hardware integration, rubbish software
...i got this as a swap for a guitar and it was mainly for a back-up mp3 player i previously used a creative stone, but this sandisk blew it out of the water.the thing that impressed me most was the user defined 6 band eq an excellent addition and it turned an average player into a stunning player.but throw away the supplied headphones they are utter rubbish.i replaced them with sony MDRE818LP in ear phones well worth it. don't use the supplied software though to load it up it will mess with your system instead put the hold on and hold down rewind before you plug in the usb then you can just drag and drop your music as your p.c will then read it as another drive. i highly recommend this as a good mp3 player and the sound quality is awesome.also you can uprade the memory using Mini SD cards...

Fast Access SD Card
Review of Sandisk Extreme III SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by
Surj1
Advantages: 4GB, ESP Technology, RescuePRO
Disadvantages: None
...The Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is ideal for digital camera's and camcorders. I needed some extra memory for my digital camera so bought this.
Sandisk have a good reputation in developing flash memory cards so I thought I would go for this. With my digital camera I had a supplied 1GB card which to be honest isn't much when taking high resolution photos, it fill up pretty quick.
The Sandisk SD card is a good size at 4GB storage. It also has ESP technology which basically allows data on the card to be accessed quicker. This is great for fast loading especially when taking photos with a digital camera, as the last thing you want is to wait 1 min to just see the photos you just shot. This simply makes everything that little bit quicker. It can actually access your data at an incredible speed of 20MB per second!
The SD card...

Sandisk 512Mb memory card
Review of Sandisk Securedigital SD 512 512 MB by
01zesty01
Advantages: Small, reliable
Disadvantages: The lock feature is delicate
...So the SanDisk SD flash memory card 512MB.
Well as a start like most memory cards these days , its nice and small ( perfect for getting lost if your not careful). Despite its size its nice and long lasting ( well mines still alive anyway..or it was the last time i used it) you get a ncie handy case, you know incase you like accidently sit on it or something.
So 512MB , its a pretty good amount of memory for camera use , but if you really do like to get out there and basicly film your entire life, you\'d probably be better off with more memory, i recomend the 1gb or 2gb sandisk memory card.
So what a lovely shade of blue, hmm, yes its a bit boring compared to other memory cards, but what do you expect, half the time you cant see it anyway because its inside a device.
I found that the card can be read and written really fast , which...
