Sansa's small mp3 player makes a big splash

Advantages: Big detailed sound, lots of features, lots of volume, the price
Disadvantages: Only to be bought as a present for someone else if you have a better one

This is a bargain and with a storage capacity of 8gb will allow you to fit on thousands of your mp3 players. The process of deleting and transferring more songs via a usb cable, is very smooth and efficient. Sansa Fuze - An Excellent Player for under £60

Great MP3 Player - Simplicity and Elegance

Advantages: Looks great, airtight integration with iTunes

I had a Sony walkman before and sound quality between the two is quite noticable. iPod nano lacks bass. There are EQ settings but not user-configurable ones. Apple's main advertising with this player is CoverFlow. This is when you can browse your music collection by flicking thro' album artwork. However, often it time a few seconds for the images to load, so is not as pretty as appears on adverts. Also it will take you AGES to go thro' your iTunes library and get all the album artwork. I tried it with a FM transmitter (generic) and it worked fine. Overall an excellent MP3 player that boasts airtight integration with iTunes and looks very attractive. However often feels too small. Ipod Touch 8gb must buy

Advantages: looks great, great battery life, huge memory for your favorite tracks

...Ive had the ipod touch 8gb since christmas and i got it for £200 and i think that it was worth every penny but now the price has dropped slightly to £179.99 which makes this product even better ive had 3 ipods before (nano 1st,2nd and shuffle) and this is the best by far!!! it has a great 3.5" touch screen and the 8gb internal memory is more than enough to store your favorite music and a few music videos or a couple of movies but if you want a mp3 player to watch movies the ipod touch is the product for you but i would go for the 16gb model as 8gb realy isnt big enough for movies and your favorite music. i would highly reccomend this product to anyone who is lookin for a new mp3/mp4 player . i think this ipod is so good that what ever mp3 you own im sure you would realy enjoy the ipod touches features and great look. and the battery life...

I have to say that Ipod touch is simply something I've fallen in love with and find myself addicted to. I saw it in the Apple store before Christmas and I said to myself that this would be my next purchase. After pestering my parents, I got it for Xmas and they bought one for my sister as well (she is not into electronics) - she loved it almost as much as me and I've never seen her use her old MP3 player anywhere near as much as this. It is quite like the Iphone with the touch screen and you can do that pinch and zoom thing as well which i really like. The memory of 8gb is sooo big that I can store all my pictures and music and films on it and still have enough room to browse the web - YES you can search...

It is great to put on a film to watch at a time when you are bored such as on a train or on your lunch break at work! Technical bits (explained!) As I mentioned above in the storage section, this particular iPod Touch is the 8GB one, it is currently only available in black but I am sure they will soon come out with more colours as they have done with previous iPods. The wireless works at 802.11 b/g (meaning that it works at a nice speedy pace!) The colour display screen is 3.5 inch (diagonal) and is 320 by 480 pixels (nice clear, good quality screen).
