...I have been using a previous Oregon Scientific projection clock for the past couple of years, and I have been very pleased with it. I decided to get this model because one of the main points is that the projection is strong enough to be seen in daylight. Even on a really bright day, it is still possible to see the time on the ceiling or wall, unlike previous models. As with previous models, it has the radio controlled time feature, meaning that it is always up to date, and requires no manual changes. Although it is possible to turn the radio signal receiver off, and do it manually. This may have to be done if you are using it in an area of weak or no signal. We Love You America!

...As a child who loved all things soft and cuddly, I was a huge fan of the TY beanie babies. My friends and I were obsessed, always buying them with our pocket money. Between us I think we would have had every single one! There are all sorts of animals to collect in the TY range, and quite a selection of Beanie Baby Bears. Needless to say, these are a wide variety of bears of all sorts. Not the grizzly or polar type, but the teddy bear type! One of these bears I had was America the bear. He was the bear that, well, represented America! There were various country bears and this was one of my favourites. Sitting down, he looks quite cute. He is a sky blue colour, with the american flag on the right of his chest. Around his next he has a little bow the colours of the American flag: blue, red, white. His little face is so adorable...

Angels in America-a gay fantasia?

Advantages: Fabulous acting and beautiful cinematography
Disadvantages: possibly length

Whilst Angels in America is compelling in dealing with the relationships of the main characters and the subtlities involved in human interaction, it also has a whole other level when Prior possibly sinks into insanity and believes he is visited by the 'Angel of America' and is given a mission to halt human progress which has driven God away from earth leaving only the angels. It is left to the viewer to decide whether the fantastical element is real or imagined but regardless each time the angel appears it adds to the understanding of the characters and raises important questions about the difficulties they are experiencing. America's Sickly Sweetness

Disadvantages: Very weak script and plot

...America's Sweethearts is a 'satire' on the overhyped 'Hollywood machine' and the emptiness, egotism and selfishness of its stars. The cast is led by Catherine Zeta Jones, John Cusack, Julia Roberts and Billy Crystal. It's a brilliant premise with a top-notch cast, but sadly it's a great disappointment. The plot: Zeta Jones and Cusack are a separated couple who have made a string of highly successful films together. Since their split at the end of making the movie, Cusack has been in a Buddhist/Yogic/New Age clinic trying to come to terms with losing her, while she's been shacked up with a muscled but empty-headed Spanish wannabe. Elysees Opera/America Opera Hotel - Paris, France.

I would also like to state that on Ciao, this hotel is listed as a 1 star hotel, whereas in fact the Elysees Opera is a 3 star hotel. The hotel is named America Opera and Elysees Opera, i stayed in the Elysees Opera. I'm not sure as to why there are 2 names? Location The road of Rue de Turin was very easy to find. We got the Metro to the nearest stop, Rome, and we were provided with a small map illustrating the location. So we found the road and walked down it, only passing one hotel on the way down. ...My Experience? I've had the Oregon Scientific digital camera for around 2 years now, and overall I have been disappointed. However I have a little relief in the fact that I paid very little for it through a TV bidding channel, Bid-up TV, I recall that it was about £100 along with an array of free image editing and gallery software. Ever since I received the camera it has gone down hill consistently. I know others have had good experiences with this camera, so it would appear to be on an individual basis, but do take heed. Also as other owners have reported the camera will often freeze on random occasions. To resolve, remove the batteries and replace them, this usually makes the camera work again.
