Sea Club One of the Charms of Sharm...

Advantages: Location, weather, private jetty - snorkelling, seaview rooms.
Disadvantages: Food was basic, but good none the less! Wine isn't wonderful, but better after 2 glasses!

...After the bomb went off in Sharm-el-Sheikh (Summer 2005), we have to say that we were a little apprehensive about our planned holiday, but we needn't have worried. Security was present just about everywhere and we felt very safe. It didn't affect our holiday in the slightest, we had an awesome time, and our hotel was lovely. So what can I tell you about the Sea Club? Well it's about 20kms away from the centre of Sharm in an area called Nabq Bay. It's a huge complex with just about everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. It also has a sister hotel called "Sea Life", and all guests of both hotels can use all the facilities at either hotel. ...last time, (it was the First Choice Holiday Village and had it not been for the lovely weather I would have sworn we had gone to Butlins, as all these family villages are the same all over the world you have no idea what country you are in) so this time we wanted a more Egyptian hotel. SEA SPRAY FOR MERMAID HAIR

Advantages: non sticky, enhances curls, hair stays soft, good hold
Disadvantages: boring packaging, not a very exciting smell

Attraction of the clubland (Clubbed)

Disadvantages: Lacking something I just can't describe

I have since found out it is based on the international best selling book (Watch My Back) by writer Geoff Thompson, but as I have not read the book I cannot comment on any similarities. The plot is pretty straight forward with Mel Raido (Danny) deciding to try and get his confidence back after he is beaten up in front of his two kids. Seeing as he is already quite a lonely character, separated from his wife and in a dismal job he is enticed by a job as a club doorman but as he gets his confidence back he starts down the wrong path with a gangland boss. ...I received a box of Guylian Chocolate Sea shells for Christmas and I have to say I instantly fell in love! I had heard good things about these in the past and gathered they were rather popular, but had personally never tried them myself. Guylian Sea Shells are made from Belgian chocolate and contain a thick praline flavoured filling. The chocolates are in the shape of sea shells (hence the name!) and are each around 1" long x 0.5" wide. The chocolate coating is a mixture of milk and white chocolate, swirled together to make an attractive and appealing looking chocolate. This coating is quite thick and has a creamy taste to it. The chocolate doesn't taste like 'cheap' Belgian chocolate. This is a good quality chocolate and tastes fab. The praline centre is also rather thick and cream.
