Review of Where is the best sea view?

A trip ruined by the Waltons

Advantages: Great value for money, a full days entertainment, ideal for families
Disadvantages: Not deep sea, emphasis on crabbing rather than fishing, too "touristy", not for serious anglers

...Whilst looking at all the different tours advertised along the riverside of Dalyan I noticed there was a distinct lack of fishing trips, and of the few that were available all of them included hand-lining and crab fishing, both of which didn?t really appeal to me. Where are all of the deep sea fishing trips or big game fishing excursions that used rods, reels and line? Straying off the river and heading in to town I came across Kaunos Tours, and outside their HQ was a board advertising ?deep sea fishing trip?. This seemed to be just what I was looking for and the price of 35YTL (approx £15) for a full days fishing, with lunch, was very attractive and seemed a bit too good to be true so I went in and booked up. For those of you who do not know (where have you been?), TY Beanies are a collection of little teddies in all forms of animals and teddy bears. Once you start a collection they are quite addictive. You find you are always looking for new ones and cannot stop buying them - havoc for your wallet, heaven for your collection! One of the Beanies is a fish, who goes by the name of Coral. Most cheap fish fingers tend to be made from the mysterious 'Minced White Fish' which has the texture of mashed up cardboard and tastes like licking a sweaty armpit. You're probably thinking I'm exaggerating there, after all, nobody makes a habit of licking armpits . Well, I did once while a little under the influence - and it was much nicer than a cheap fish finger! I paid £1.69 for the box which contains 10 fish fingers made with 100% fish fillet (Alaska Pollock). I choose these particular ones as I wanted to give Jake the best quality I could buy in a supermarket. The Fish Fingers are really easy to cook, under the grill or in an oven for 12 ? 15 minutes, turning occasionally. The first time I tried them with Jake, I just cooked him one and four for me. While I was waiting for his fish finger to cool I made myself a fish finger buttie.
