...Out shopping for a new external hard drive the Seagate FreeAgent Desktop caught my eye. It looked appealing with a massive 500GBs and 5 year limited warrenty as standard. I thought it was great value for money. The dimensions are (WxDxH) 4 cm x 16.2 cm x 19 cm and it is 0.9kg in weight. This product is black in colour with a yellow strip of light which is constantly on, though it isn't too bright so i had no problems there. It's Interface Type is Hi-Speed USB and has a Data Transfer Rate of 480 Mbps. Also has a Spindle Speed of 7200 rpm. These are also compatible with the following - OS Required Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Apple MacOS X 10.3.9 or later, Microsoft Windows Vista, Apple MacOS X 10.4.6 or later This all sounded promising. Fully compatible with Hi-Speed USB( USB 2.0) with speed of 480 Mbps. I was able to transfer 7.95 GB Blu-Ray movie in just 6 minutes. It also has 8MB Cache for fast data transfer A 7200 RPM Hard-disk is used and is completely noiseless. Front Light ( Long Bar shaped, Looks Nice :-) ) indicates read/write process. FreeAgent Go 120 GB

Advantages: Very fast, quiet and sleek design
Disadvantages: Could have a bigger capacity

The transfer speeds between a PC/laptop to the hard drive are very fast with speeds of 5400RPM, a fast speed for a hard drive of that capacity. Software There is little amount of software already installed onto the hard drive however the software that is installed is very useful enabling the user to enable passwords and safenotes using the AI RoboForm which can easily be downloaded from the ceedo program directory. Cost This product cost me £70 from Argos, but it can also be bought at many computer based stores including PC World. Something smalls that holds masses

Advantages: Small, has a huge storage capacity, great value for money
Disadvantages: The claim of 1 TB is a fallacy

...a massive 1.0TB storage capacity, but once I had the product linked up to my laptop I discovered that the amount of ?free? space was actually 930 GB. I had instantly ?lost? 70GB (which is a hefty amount on its own), and I was a bit disappointed but considering I still had such a massive amount of capacity left I wasn?t overly bothered about it. The pre-loaded drivers, manuals and the like use up some of the storage capacity, but there is no way that these items use 70GB so Seagate?s claim is a bit of a fallacy. ...Another great product by Seagate. When I read initial reviews I was extremely sceptical however decided to go with gut instinct and bought one. I am extremely happy with it, the transfer rate between computer and hard drive is fast and it runs extremely quietly. Despite several times where it has been dropped from a reasonable height (accidently) it stills works perfectly and there has been no loss of data at all. The only problem that I have is one which I bought the hard drive knowing about, this is the adapter that converts the American plug to a UK one. This is quite large and means that you could have trouble plugging it or may have to take up 2 plugs by plugging it in. Overall an excellent product and I would have no hesitation in buying one....

MAC False Lashes - A Must for Girls on the Go

Advantages: Long lasting, great design, flexibility, ease of application
Disadvantages: Quite expensive but worth it if you use them a lot.

...wear like I use them, they can really make your eyes dramatically stand out when you're out for that special occasion or night out with your friends. They look absolutely stunning for any occasion and I fully recommend them. I don't go anywhere without mine. The adhesive glue that MAC make is fantastic, the lashes stay securely in place from morning right until the next morning after that crazy night out. They're absolutely fantastic, you can shorten the length of the lashes if you think they're too long for everyday use and you can alter them in many ways to fit your eyes perfectly. For me, that's the great thing about them. Their flexibility and reliability. Truly fantastic product and I am extremely passionate about MAC products in general, they can be pricey but believe me they are so worth it. My MAC eyelashes have lasted me weeks...
