Fast Search lives up to it's name

Advantages: Very fast and varied results

...This is my second favourite search engine. It prides itself on it's search speed, hence the name. The URL is www.alltheweb.com, although I doubt this an accurate description of their services. However, they do appear to be fairly accurate with the search results they provide, and it is always a good idea to try this search engine while trying others as it comes up with mostly different results to the majority of the other engines. The interface is simple, with access to a few specialised searches (Mp3, etc.), and the speed is certainly useful if you're working to a time limit. Unfortunately, the engine does occasionally suffer from that bane of search engines - entry spam (or so I call it). Some sites can have pages of entries, one entry for each page of their site, which is not only pointless, but extremely annoying to the casual surfer...

...Im going to say that google is definatley the best search engine there could ever be! I used to use ask.com but would get so frustrated by the complex layout and the difficulty in getting even the simpliest information! Now though I just google it and it seems everyone around me does this to. Whats so good about google is the fact it is so simple. All you need to do is type in the seach box what you want to look for click search and voila! It brings up loads of websites all containg information you actually want. It even puts it in order from the closest matching websites right at the top! Now whenever I need information I have it at my fingertips within a few minutes! With google you can even search within your results to weed out the exact information you want so that you dont have to go through hundreds of websites...
