Bunn Leisure Selsey 2009 weekend break

Advantages: Good evening entertainment. Great leisure pool. Good customer service.
Disadvantages: Very busy at peak season. Need good weather to get the most from your holiday.

...This is our 3rd weekend break to Bunn Leisure, Selsey. We went twice last year. The site is made up of 4 areas. West Sands is the main part of the site with what looks like hundreds of caravans of varying ages placed over a large area with a small number close to the shingle beach. West Sand has the main entertainment building with the Embassy Club where all the evening entertainment takes place. When we were there, Bay City Rollers were playing on the Saturday night. Other nights other acts and entertainers were on from singers to comedians. They make a great effort to entertain the children through out the day. The main building also houses a great leisure pool, great for children with a rather fun ?lazy river? which sweeps you along in a sort of circle. Has anyone seen the bunny !!!!!

Advantages: Fun for all ages !!!!!
Disadvantages: It's built on marsh land.

...Every summer we always tend to go on the same holiday. W e get into our car with our holiday bags and head south toward's Chichester to a place called Selsey that is on the South coast. Here there is a really nice caravan site called Bunn Leisure. What we found great about this holiday is that it really does offer alot of choice for any age group. Bunn Leisure is Fantastic UK break

Advantages: facilities ,entertainment, accomodation,large pitches GREAT
Disadvantages: NONE

...this is a lovely place to spend your UK break , you can stay in caravans , we chose to pitch a tent which was welcomed there brilliantly , there are Shower and toilet blocks in each section on the site. with washing up facilities available and a little convinence shop with friendly staff. bunn leisure has its own part of the pebble beach .and offers fantastic entertainment during the day and evening, with swimming and a huge arcade the kids will find something to do ,play parks are around the site and restaurants and bars are here too, the town of selsey is charming and short drive to portmouth you can go visit the HMS victory ships or the Spinaker Tower. bunn lesure was surprisingly cheap for the quality holiday you get , our pitch cost £30 for 3 nights . *There is a on site bus to take you from one side of bunn leisure to...

Great British Holiday Bunn Leisure

Advantages: Lots to do for everyone lots of fun, great family holliday
Disadvantages: If you get the wrong part of the park can be slightly noisy at night

...Bunn leisure is a lovely little caravan park in Selsey near chichester. We absolutely love it at Bunn leisure we find that it offers so many different things to do for everyone. We have stayed there many times both caravaning and camping. There are 4 different parts to the park - White horse, West sands, Green lawns and warner farm. They all offer different things for everyones individual holiday tastes. West sands is on the sea front and offers a more busy astmosphere with plenty going on such as the fair ground and the embassy club with plenty of arcade amusements, also the oasis which is a brilliant indoor swimming complex with sauna and water slides, also the lazy river. Wave gets 105 out of 10!

Advantages: A radio station for everyone, listeners the most important ingredience, entertaining news, traffic and weather reports
Disadvantages: It does need to have commercials and only covers the South coast.

...Since moving from North Devon to West Sussex 5 years ago, I began looking for a decent local radio station, that would quickly make Selsey feel like home. I needn't have worried as I soon discovered Wave 105. It seemed to have all the correct ingredience, traffic, weather, local news and events, friendly presenters and above all great music. The radio station is an interactive station and by involving the listeners, we get up to the minute information of any traffic problem, you are encouraged to call in and report any holdups, speed cameras and traffic calming. I personally have not reported anything, but listen for any information that might help me whilst driving with my 4 children. Advantages: The best day of the year

...and not one of us remembered that we needed milk until back home with the kettle on. In the afternoon, surrounded by flowers, what was I supposed to do with them all? Irene, Geoprge and their son Stuart arrived. We had a welcome tea break, then they went off to Selsey where we were to meet them later for a night out. I had thought that everyone else would know more about wedding flowers than me and offer suggestions but they all just said, "You're doing wonderfully. They look beautiful", and left me to it. So there I stood, among all those flowers, poking bits here and there and hoping for the best. Everyone said they were lovely, so either we have a very polite family or I got it right. Worthing by the Sea

Advantages: Lots to do for young and old, Kids love it
Disadvantages: Traffic is bad in the summer and Bank holidays

A few miles down the road from Worthing is the harbour town of Shoreham. Here you'll find Sussex's main working port. Its also has Yacht club and a marina with the odd millionaire's boat. Advantages: Too many to mention
Disadvantages: too few to worry about

...or something. There aren’t. I book on a whim. I see something which appeals, or a friend wants to do something, or a ‘good deal’ drops into my lap. Whatever. I honestly make no distinction between this country and any other. They are all full of mysteries and wonders yet to be discovered. I might attach more “significance” to memories of Nepal or Cuba, because they are places I only half-dreamed of visiting ~ and they had significant impacts on my view of myself ~ but I have equally “treasured” memories of the Isle of Man, the Lake District, Selsey Bill, Seaton Carew. A UNIQUE CITY IN WHICH TO LIVE OR VISIT

Advantages: Cosmopolitan, full of things to do and see, all-year-round resort
Disadvantages: Parking (charges), traffic, no department store
