Advantages: Silly but funny, a perfect watch-while-doing-the-ironing movie
Disadvantages: Not serious or sensible in any way, shape or form.

Great entry level dslr at a great price

It has inbuilt anti shake so it helps to keep your photos crisp and sharp even when shooting handheld with slower shutter speeds. It comes with double anti dust which means every time you switch the camera off it gently shakes the sensors to dislodge any dust. You can set the camera to full automatic, semi automatic or manual depending on your needs. It also has its own inbuilt pop up flash and also has a hot shoe for detachable flash guns to be fitted too. The pictures i get with this camera are exceptional. You really do notice the difference in the sharpness of the photos. This is a great camera for learning how to use and master a DSLR. Even at a high ISA setting the noise or speckles...

The best camera of them all

Advantages: takes great quality pictures, well made, durable
Disadvantages: more complex to use than modern fully automatic. No longer made

...It may be a few years old now but if you can get your hands on the Canon AE1 Program you will have one of the best all time cameras ever made. It quite simply takes the perfect picture. I recently took mine into a photographers for a service and clean up, the proprietor commented on the excellence of the camera and offered to buy it off me there and then, even an offer of £350 could not persuade me to part with this camera. It is an SLR type 35mm semi-automatic camera over which you have full control of appeture, shutter speed, film speed, flash etc, you are in total control, unlike todays modern fully automatic jobs. Interchangeable lenses make this a superb professional camera, even my brother has offered to buy it from me (he's a professional photographer by trade), but I simply won't be parted from it. Review of Canon AE1 Program Compact Camera

Good city car, poor on motorway.

Advantages: Cheap tax, cheap insurance, excellent mpg.
Disadvantages: Poor Gearbox, uncomfortable on long journeys.

...After owning the car for nearly 3 years have had a mixed experience with my Toyota Aygo, first the good, its cheap to run being insurance group 1 and very cheap tax (£35 a year) and also does about 63mpg which is excellent, the sport model comes with 14" alloy wheels, spot lights, tachometer and has a 5 speed semi automatic gearbox. Around town this car is excellent, very nippy and easy to get into the tightest of parking spaces, it handles well, if your looking for a relatively cheap car to buzz around town i would definitely consider the Aygo. Now for the bad, first of all the gearbox is not great, it has been juddering pretty much from day one and is very slow in gear change in the economic/auto mode. Also this car is not great if you plan on doing a lot of motorway miles, the engine just does not have the power and its not the most...

Advantages: Budget Cost but Brilliant Photographs
Disadvantages: No "Live View" on Screen

...for the semi-automatic user, professional looking photograph's are surely attainable with a practiced attititude. Some of the camera's best features include :- *Super Steady Shot *High ISO capability for shots in low light *On board Bionz processor for quick, clear, bright & colourful images * Camera dust cleaning technology built in The only real downside is that this camere has to be used while looking through the viewfinder. Whereas It's elder brother the A350 has a liveview feature which enables photo's can be taken with a live image taken by looking at the subject on the camera's screen giving slightly more freedom. At 10 Megapixels, the A200 has a generous allowance for vivid images. However if the Live View is important feature for you, it is worth considering the A350 as this also provides an addition 3 Megapixels...

...I have owned my cooker for 2 years. It has a number of features that I really like and a few things that I would change. The thing I found most impressive was that despite being a gas cooker it has both semi automatic and automatic cooking mode. The semi auto allows you to set an end time for the main oven. This is a feature that my old cooker had but it also has the additional bonus of being able to set both the start and finish time whch I did not realise could be done with gas. The setup instructions are a little complex though. I rarely use the top oven as it takes quite a while to get to temperature. It's main function for me is the grill which has varying heights but you cannot vary the heat. The design fault on the grill for me is that you cannot use it with the door shut. As a great Halo 3 fan I was slightly pensieve about another Halo game as I believed that nothing could or should top the smash hit we all know and love. Halo 3: ODST has dellivered on all levels in my view, being able to be the ideal prequel to an iconic game. Set at street level of the Halo war, players are thrown in to a desolate landscape, ravaged by fighting. On first impressions, I loved the more desparate feel that is gained by travelling through the brilliantly designed setting in order to rendez-vous with other ODST troopers that survived the bumpy landing. A little car with a big heart

Advantages: Fun, fun, fun
Disadvantages: Impracticle, but who cares!

...I have owned my Smart Roadster for over 2 years now and I have to say it is simply FANTASTIC! Yes, it is completely impracticle. Yes, the gears are jerky. Yes, they are proned to leaking (touch wood, not mine). However none of this matters when you have the roof off in the sunshine and you are throwing it around some twisty b-roads. To be perfectly honest, if you are looking for a practice car, then a 2-seater convertible sportscar probably isn't the car you should be looking at. That said, with a bit of creative thinking I have managed to cram in a 4 berth tent and all associated equipment and a weekend bag (being a female, that wasn't particularly small). Sadly there wasn't room for a passenger though. I very rarely drive my car in its automatic mode, and in semi-automatic its far more bareable. I can forgive the bumpy...
