Advantages: Good price; comes with holder and PVC wallet, Great sound quality & in-line vol. control. Disadvantages: Slightly tacky finish, leaks sound, availability, only 1 set of felt pads, no bigger 3.5mm jack.
...-ear earphones got tangled and eventually broke, I stumbled across Sennheiser branded in ear earphones in the bargain bin at John Lewis department store.
As a brand, Sennheiser has always been an expensive brand to my mind and I jumped at the chance of these in-ear headphones, reduced from £14-95 to £12-95 - because as far as I'm concerned, finding Sennheiser products at reduced cost is like gold dust...
Advantages: Well made, durable, comfortable, safe, rich & warm sound, handy cord clip winder. Disadvantages: No in-line volume control, can't be folded for portability.
...? because if there is one set of Sennheiser headphones I have seen over the years in recording studios and music tech labs, it isn?t the more favoured silver cupped HD201 headset, but the more durable, slightly timeless HD 202 series; this product even got a five star rating from ?What Hifi? in 2011, and I can see why!
