The Best Headphones At Present.
Review of Sennheiser CX 300 by
silvercut
Advantages: Comfort, Stylish, Loud.
Disadvantages: Pricey
...The CX 300 offers everything a listener wants. Comfort and quality.
Although a bit pricey compared to other headphones the in ear Sennheiser offers a great music expierence which can only be heard from this head phone.
The length of the wires are perfect, not too long and not too short.
Also the in ear headphones allow a greater bass to pump through your ears and gives your ears exictement.
The comfort of the Sennheiser are amazing and are so soft. The CX 300 also come with 3 diffrent ear buds to suit your ears perfectly.
The sleek, stylish CX 300 shows a futurstic and advance look on headphones and will definatley inspire more headphone makers.
Overall, this is a must get but only if you have spare change.
5/5...

Sennheiser PX100 Review
Review of Sennheiser PX100 by
bowdeni
Advantages: Incredible sound, comfortable, case included
Disadvantages: Not as compact as earphones, not soundproof
...Sennheiser have a great reputation for making great benchmark headphones, and this reputation is added to with the PX100. Given 5 star and rated as best budget headphones by 'What hi-fi?', I strong urge you to consider buying new headphones.
As the portable audio product market has become more price competitive, and the quality of sound has increased I have seen that companies are reducing the cost spent on headphones when they should be increased to utilize the full performance of the unit.
I bought these Sennheiser PX100 6 months ago for my Apple ipod, 4th generation and have been delighted with them. The quality of earbuds that come with mp3 players for example, are adequate but you can improve your portable listening immensely with by purchasing this product. The quality of sound is signifcantly better than that supplied...

Sennheiser HD 25 SP Headphones
Review of Sennheiser HD 25 SP by
mark100jazz
Advantages: Superior Sound at any level
Disadvantages: Cable a bit too short; could be a little more comfortable
...I own a pair of Sennheiser headphone that a mate of mine bought off ebay three years ago and they are just amazing. The sound quality is second to none and especially when I'm listening to the latest DVD releases. Just check the bass on these things; it's just as though I'm in the cinema when played on my portable DVD player and the sound is just deafening with no distortion from mid range to high no matter how hard you push them.
Build quality is not flashy, but is durable and small and near impossible to break; just the cable is a bit short but you can get a cable extension lead to fit. IV'e tested these againgst other headphones and they come out tops and for the price, you would have to pay a lot, lot more. Highly recommended...

"SENNHEISER-PX-30-DISAPPOINTING"

...PX-30-DISAPPOINTING SENNHEISER
These sennheiser headphones has a good answer in in sounds of low and half frequency. Here the good thing ends: Your sound quality is disappointing. Your price in Spain is of 14 EUROS. Your sound is bad.The sounds of high frequency are metallic, unpleasant. The sound doesn't have transparency. This sennheiser model is bad.I don't recommend your purchase. !!Care!! your bigger brother PX-40 is identical, but with control of volume in the cable.I buy them, and you give them to my brother. Also the one wants to give them. The sony MDR-201 is better.Similar of price. Specifications: Frequency: 30-20.000Hz.Sensibilidad:115dB. Distortion: < 1%., On the paper, all well.In you practice it you are disappointing. I made the error of buying them.Without revisions. And I lost the money. For that reason I make...

Sennheiser PX100 - First choice everytime
Review of Sennheiser PX100 by
ladyboymondaytofriday
Advantages: well built, look good, great sound quality, comfy to wear
Disadvantages: cost
...Think of a name of a headphone manufacturer, any name and I can bet that Sennheiser will not be one that springs to mind immediately after all with so many variations out there on the market the more well known Sony, Plantronics, Creative that sell for less tend to be the headphone of choice when looking to pick up a budget set.
I decided to splash out somewhat on the Sennheiser PX100 for use with my cheap as chips MP3 player and paid £30 for them direct from Sennheiser.
With an adjustable strap to hold the headphones to your head the actual speakers are larger than the actual 'buds' that come with things like an i-Pod or Playstation Portable and instead of sitting in the ear fit snugly around the lobe. The unit folds down neatly and come in a solid case to make them more portable than the ancient 1980's headphones that would snap...

Sennheiser HD 495
Review of Sennheiser HD 495 by
Pacifica
Advantages: Affordable, comfortable
Disadvantages: Packaging
...The Sennheiser 495 is an open type headphone set manufactured from moulded plastic with black foam cushioning on the ear cups and headband. The headband is coloured black whilst the ear cups are a matt silver. A long removable lead is attached with gold plated terminals and an adaptable jack plug for standard and mini-jack. The headphones are adjustable and the ear cups incorporate a full range of movement which enables long periods of wearing with no discomfort.
The sound quality is excellent and provides a tight punchy bass without loss of treble detail. The stereo seperation is also very good and provides excellent crossover detail. I originally auditioned the cheaper Sennheiser 470 as it is a very neutral set and good for monitoring purposes, but the clarity of the bass on the 495 convinced me to re-think. The headphones...

Sennheiser PXC 250
Review of Sennheiser PXC 250 by
Steve_D_1
Advantages: Noise Reduction
Disadvantages: Battery compartment
...If you do a lot of travelling on the tube, trains, buses or planes these are the headphones for you. The "Noiseguard" feature is amazing it just cuts out all the background noise so you can hear the music much clearer and strangely at quieter volumes. It is even good to use if without music if say the baby down the carrage is starting to get a bit noisy.
If you want headphones for on the move you must try these. They are a bit more expensive than normal headphones but they are good.
The foldable design and case is useful for when you get to your destination and the different adaptors make it useable on planes where they try and rob you to buy special headphones to watch movies....

Superb
Review of Sennheiser HD 201 by
ro67
Advantages: Excellent sound. Great value for money
Disadvantages: None
...These headphones have powerful bass and a smooth treble. They are perfect for any kind of music. The 6.3mm adapter and 3 metre long wire make the headphones great for DJing (which is what I use them for). They are fully adjustable to fit your head plus they are light and comfy. The weight and padded earpads sometimes make you forget the fact that you are actually earing headphones. They also look stylish and classy. They are also very affordable making them superb value for money at around £15 a pair. The main disadvantage is that they are not fully able to block outside noise when compared to high end sennheiser and bose but still block out the majority. They still perform brilliantly. Overall these are a pair of truely outstanding headphones and definately top in their price range....

Sennheiser PX10-excellent portable headphones
Review of Sennheiser PX10 by
eggbanjo
Advantages: Excellent sound reproduction, lightweight and comfortable.
Disadvantages: None I can think of.
...I'd used Sennheiser headphones before and I've always been impressed with their sound reproduction and build quality. So when I needed a new pair for my Creative Zen Touch, I set about tracking down a suitable pair of Sennheisers. I've never liked the in-ear design that is so popular - they are always falling out of my ears and, if the volume is up too much, then everyone can hear me listening to Perry Como!
After reading a few reviews I decided on the PX10's. Whilst not the best that Sennheiser had to offer, they received favourable reviews and were within my very limited budget.
Features: (from Sennheiser website)
Dynamic, open stereo mini headphones
In-ear system
Ideal for portable players such as MP3 and CD
Ultra-light and flexible
Rugged design
Powerful stereo sound due to "2+4 rich bass" tubes
1 m cable
2-year...
