fantastic earphones
Advantages: they dont just fall out of your ear
Disadvantages: none
...well looking across the market for earphones there are many companys and many different earphones and by far i have found these to be thebest i have came across so far.
first of all the sound quality the sound quality of these earphones is excellent and drowns out the sound of the surrounding world on the long way to work these earphones lure you into a world of you own where it feels like no matter what band or group or singer your listeneing to you they are playing it just for you.
the comfort of these earphones is also by far the best i have come across as many of us get annoyed by earphones tht simply drop out of your ears whilst walking along a street is simplyu annoying sennheiser have simply iradicated this as these earphones seem to be like a plug and fit snugly and comfortably within the ear and never fall out just because...

Mattygroves and Her Unexpectedly Good Earphones
Advantages: Superb sound, comfortable fit, volume control on the cord
Disadvantages: Some earbuds were missing, slighly pricy for in-ear earphones
...), and have found them wanting. So I purchased, a few months ago, a pair of Sennheiser CX500 high quality noise isolating ear-canal headphones with volume control - black (to give it its full name). And so far, I am very, very happy.
The Sennheiser CX500 are 'noise isolating' not by using white noise (like the Bose), but rather by fitting snugly in the ear. To this end, a number of ear buds are provided - three sizes of 'normal' round(ish) buds, and supposedly three sizes of 'enhanced' (with an extra ridge) buds, though the package I received seemed to contain one enhanced ear bud of each size (less than useful). (I did send an email to Sennheiser, but heard nothing.) Whilst the noise isolation is not as good as the ruinously expensive Bose Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones (and that ilk), it is effective, so long as the earbuds fit well (fully...

Sennheiser CX300 - a great upgrade earphone
Advantages: Great sound clarity, very comfortable
Disadvantages: Higher frequencies not as refined as other earphones
...Listening to music... a great British pastime, and something I enjoy every day. It comes as no surprise, mainly because it has been said many times before, that the earphones bundled with the iPod, or any MP3 player, are not brilliant. The iPod earphones are better then most, but for a small investment you can get a lot more music for your money.
Sennheiser are well known for their high quality offerings, but this needn't break the bank. Their CX300 earphones weigh in at under £20 and are available in either black, white or silver. They come supplied nicely packaged with small, medium and large ring adaptors for a comfortable fit. Of the three colours I really like the black, which are accented with silver rings.
Being the in-ear type of headphone, comfort is very important. Out of all the earphones I have tried, these win...

Sennheiser CX300 in-ear headphones.
Advantages: Cancel out background noise, comfortable to wear, enhances listening experience
Disadvantages: None
...I'd just recently bought a new mp3 player and after shelling out quite a lot of money for it, I didn't want to be let down to poor sound quality of the packaged headphones.
After doing some research online, I decided to get a pair of Sennheiser CX300's. I have to say they are fantastic. They come with 3 sets of earbuds in different sizes, experiment and find out which are most comfortable in your ears.
They are very easy to wear- I forget I'm wearing them half the time! And the sound....well the sound is amazing. I can hear tracks on my mp3 player far more clearly and defined. They cancel out a lot of backround noise too- the early morning commutes on a packed bus have never been so peaceful.
All in all I love them. Definately worth the £20 or so price tag. I let my brother borrow them one day and he ended up buying...

Sennheiser PX200 Stereo Bass Boost headphones
Advantages: Excellent sound reproduction, Lightweight
Disadvantages: Case a bit flimsy
...These sennheiser PX200 headphones are a pair of stereo headphnes with added bass boost. They give excellent sound reproduction, particularly with the bass frequencies, and no distorion of sound at high volumes. The gold plated stereo jack improves sound conductivity.
The headphones come complete with carry case for easy storage. The headphones fold into the case and when closed, the case can be carried easily in a pocket or elsewhere.
Getting the headphones working is easy, just pull them out of the case, unfold the sides and the earpieces and you're away. The earpads are cushioned bi-aural ones with a semi-bare centre, allowing sound waves to travel around the ear giving a surround-sound effect. The headphones are extremely light on the head and do not dig into your scalp or ears like many others do.
To put away...

Sennheiser RS 140 Headphones
Advantages: Great build quality, nice sound output
Disadvantages: Noticeable drop-off in sound quality if you leave the room
...After angling for a pair of these for my birthday, my luck was in on the day when I unwrapped my wife's present to find these staring back at me!
As you'd expect with Sennheiser, the build quality is good. The base unit is well-designed and sturdy, with a couple of switches discreetly positioned at the bottom. The headphones are also well-built and comfortable, resting elegantly on the base unit's cradle to receive their charge. (The unit comes with a pair of rechargeable batteries as standard.)
Using the headphones themselves is extremely simple: plug the base unit into a "sound source", click the "tuning" button on the headphones and wait until it finds the signal. However, if you're in a house with a lot of other wireless signals, you'll most likely need to choose a different "channel" using the switch on the front of the base...

Noise Cancelling Headphones from Sennheiser
Advantages: Lightweight, Good Sound Quality, Respected Name
Disadvantages: Large Battery Housing
...I waited to post this review until I had a chance to test the headphones on a trip to the Canary Islands,
First off, let me say that I am not a seasoned traveller, however I was keen to get a new set of headphones and thought that a noise cancelling set would provide a opportunity when travelling to take advanatage of this releatively new technology.
I have always liked Sennheiser products, I suppose German engineers rank amongst the best (after the British of course) in the world and they pride themselves in making good quality products.
The first choice I had to make was, did I want a set of in-ear headphones a'la IPOD or decide to have over the ear versions. I am not keen on sticking things in my ears (although I suppose they do tend to plug any ambiant noise better) so it was an external set for me, next was the price, I...

A Nightmare on Elm Street 2 - for viewers included
Advantages: A few good scenes
Disadvantages: Lost the plot - skip this sequel
...***Why watched A Nightmare on Elm Street 2***
I originally first watched this A Nightmare in Elm Street 1, and like many other people out there I thoroughly enjoyed the film.
After the ambiguous ending in the first film I was unsure where the story would continue in the second film. Luckily for me I watched I pretty much was able to watch the films consecutively.
This film was introduced in 1985 (1 year after the first), but I probably watched both of them in the late 80's.
***The cast***
Mark Patton as Jesse Walsh
Kim Myers as Lisa Webber
Clu Gulager as Ken Walsh
Hope Lange as Cheryl Walsh
Robert Englund as Freddie Krueger
***The plot***
The story kicks of 5 years after the first film, Nancy and her family have moved away and the Jesse and his family move into their old home.
By chance Jesse moves into Nancy's old room...

CX300 Headphones from Sennheiser - Theyre good
Advantages: Noise cancelling, good quality sound, deep bass,
Disadvantages: Would be better if cord entered from end of earpiece.
...I did a lot of research before plumping for the CX300's and I have not been disappointed with my choice. The sound quality is excellent both at the high and low ends, and I have not heard such a deep bass from such tiny headphones before in my life.
You need to push the CX300's to almost painful listening limits to get any audible distortion from them and on the whole they reproduce a good quality sound.
I have found that you need to use a bit of trial and error get them sealed in your ears into the best position for a quality sound. They need a little twisting and turning for you to get that deep bass in all its glory.
One gripe that I have is the cord entry position. It may just be the odd shape of my ears that are the problem, but I have found that it would be better if the cord entered from the end rather from the side. These...

Sennheiser PX100 good open back headphones
Advantages: Sound quality, open back, fold quite small, comfortable
Disadvantages: Do not fold as small as in ears.
...I own a Sony Minidisc portable with supplied in ear head phones, however I mislayed them - I also did not like them.
So I had to find some new head phones, now I knew in the price range Sennheiser were among the best. So I had a look in my local HiFi dealer.
They had a reasonably selection of Sennheiser and in both black and white. The white pairs were £5 more than the black pairs for some mad reason or other.
Anyway I bought a pair of black Sennheiser PX100s.
They come in a nice case and fold up pretty small, the ear sections fold flat.
They are black with black foam, silver speaker backs and a spring steel - well spring.
The PX100s are open back so you can here what is happening around you.
They are comfortable to wear, even for a couple of hours. No pain compared to in ears!!!!
The sound quality is very good...
