I was a little surprised as to the area that it was in, but hey ho that is Ciao for you as they put it there supposedly! But anyway, back to the subject in mind. How do I use the library service? Well, you have to actually be a member in order to use pretty much any of the facilities that are on offer. It is usually free to join, but there are usually stipulations that you must agree to meet prior to joining: 1. That you are a permanent resident in the area that provides the service. If you live in Devon or Cornwall, then you can't use the service in Avon or Somerset. ...i always do my shopping at tesco but recently have found the customer service to be very rude and not helpful at all. infact they are downright nasty and i have been embarassed and made to feel very foolish for the 3rd time in a matter of a few months. if the staff (customer services) feel that it is a acceptable to treat customers this way then i can see customers going elsewhere to do their shopping. i for one will not be going to tesco again. 1st time i was made to feel a fool was going to buy tobacco at customer service (cleckheaton store) they have a rail for customers to go round on this occasion there was noone at the counter so i went straight there only to be told i had to go back and walk round the barrier (how stupid) 2nd time (cleckheaton store) i had purchased a toaster from batley store which when i got home and plugged...

Having read so many good reviews about this one, I decided to buy it & see if it lived up to the claims. This puzzled me somewhat - there's no writing on the actual pot or beside the display in the shop, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There was also a choice of lip service and lip service light, & I have no idea what that difference was either! Lush.co.uk answered my questions for me. Lip service contains amongst other things cocoa butter, shea butter, apricot oil and olive oil. Sounds like a strange combination! It also contains tangerine oil as a flavouring. The lip service light doesn't have cocoa butter, due to people having a cocoa butter allergy and contains shea butter, beeswax and apricot...

...to call PC Service Call, the company that works on behalf of Mastercare. After about an hour on the phone to them they were unable to solve the problem and suggested I contacted Compaq. Obviously due to the fact I had no PC access at this point everything had to be done over the phone. As usual with these help lines the numbers are not cheap to call. The only good thing with Compaq was that the number I had to call was a 0870 so was charged at 0.79p per minute so this was not too bad and would hopefully be able to solve my problems. I tried to call them but to my disappointment I could not get through they had closed for the evening as they closed at 6pm weekdays so it was going to have to wait another day. ...It was lashing down with rain when we pulled in at these services en route to Cambridge with a hungry 3 year old in tow. So I will give the cleaners the benefit of the doubt, as the entrance to the place was filthy - muddy footprints, and hazardous wet floors. Anyway we headed straight for the "restaurant" and breakfast. £7.99 for a plate of wilting toast, a couple of greasy sausages, an egg, some beans and some bacon wasn't the worst part! On top of that, tea or coffee starts at almost 2 quid, so for two people (we decided the little one would have to share ours!), you're talking nearly £20 before you've even touched the petrol pumps. There was a display of supposedly healthy options for kids, but to be honest, they were all overpriced. And I've often wondered exactly what chemicals are used to keep apple slices white in the packet...
