..."Dr. Beckmann Service-it" is a liquid washing machine cleaner that claims to "clean, freshen and maintain against breakdowns and malfunctions". The makers recommend that it be used every 3 months (or 40 washes) in order to rid your washing machine drum, pipes, seals, etc. of any build-up of detergent residue and grime. Also, by cleaning, to dispel any odours, and maintain efficiency by eliminating any build-up of limescale on the heating elements. ...We arrived at the independence in late Thursday night after a long trip and were pleased to welcomed so openly and efficiently by the staff at the hotel. We were greeted at the taxi by a bell hop despite it being 11pm and our bags were taken to our room. The lobby was immaculate and charming at the same time. ...service will take you over the Forth bridge which alone is well worth the journey. ~ Edinburgh to Bathgate a quick service here which runs very frequently and will take approx 30mins which is great considering it can take you 40 minutes by car at peak times. ~ Glasgow to Fort William one of the most amazing routes to take is this one, even though it will take you the best part of 4hrs. I am very sure that the 4hrs will go past so quick as you see the super scenery of Scotland. ~ Glasgow to Gourock one of the local routes for people that live in Glasgow. It will take a whole 41 minutes for this journey. This route runs from 05.55hrs until 23.50hrs daily which is super. Customer Service at it's best and worst!

Advantages: Get through to some good and you get excellent service. Good tarrifs and coverage.

Customer Service At It's Best

Advantages: Your shopping list is saved & Customer Service is 10/10
Disadvantages: There can often be simple items that were 'out of stock' when you're delivery arrives.

However once your shopping list is saved, consequent trips will be a doddle taking around 10 minutes or so. PRO'S: Excellent customer service. I once forgot that Tesco were coming to deliver and I went out. The driver had kept on coming back to my flat throughout the evening until I finally arrived home 3 hours after the delivery time. The drivers always carry the shopping up four flights of stairs and directly into my kitchen for me! You can save your shopping list and just add and remove certain items on each visit as necessary. You can also add comments to any item requested. Ie. I always add the comment 'slightly green' to my bananas and they always arrive slightly green. Customer service helpline is good too. They once forgot...

The service is totally free, you get unlimited email addresses which can be named "anything you like @your domain.com". You get a free 10mb of web space. Free logging and tracking(so you can see how many visitors and where they came from etc) There are no pop up ads or advertising on your website, you can choose any domain name you want for free, and all you have to do is have the f2s extension on the end of it. In the 3 months that I have been ising freedom to surf, I have never had any problems with the servers going down, or people being unable to visit your site due to a high volume of traffic as they allow...

...I travelled on the Birmingham England to Toronto route!. This was a great experience as it was the first time I'd ever been on board a plane!. The food was great, service was good and the on-board entertaiment was good too. The magazines were excellent and the choice to read a foreign newspaper for the first time ever was great too. The flight took almost 10 hours which was pretty boring but with the seat and space I weas given, I fell asleep in no-time. The only problem with this quote is that i was only 15 years old at the time so I was slightly smaller then!....

If you want good service, it's got to be the CoOp

Advantages: Fast, ethical, efficient, great Internet setup.
Disadvantages: Not as many branches as other larger banks but make up for it by treating YOU as a customer, not an account number

The people at the service centre are very polite and helpful and it makes you feel that you actually own part of the bank and these people work for you. Most of our bill payments are done via the Internet and this was quite easy to setup without any intervention from the bank. If you have other Co-Op accounts it is easy to transfer money from one to the other. Statements can be browsed and printed very quickly and any stationery can be ordered via the site. On one rare occassion that we were overdrawn for a day or two, we were not sent a threatening letter nor charged a penny. That has to be a first for any bank. ...Sky Plus is an amazing product that I could not do without. Being able to pause live tv while putting the kettle on, no longer the need to hold off until the adverts and also being able rewind if you missed something proves how much of a valuable service it provides. Not only that but you can fast forward the adverts on your return! You can also record hours upon hours of programmes so there is no need to worry with memory space. If you are addicted to a series the option to record the whole series with the click of one button is available. This product is well worth it. The one very small issue I have is that when the memory gets over 80% full the machine does like to freeze.
