...Hmmmmmm, not quite sure on how to do this but I would just like to write a review on using your local library services. I was a little surprised as to the area that it was in, but hey ho that is Ciao for you as they put it there supposedly! But anyway, back to the subject in mind. How do I use the library service? Well, you have to actually be a member in order to use pretty much any of the facilities that are on offer. It is usually free to join, but there are usually stipulations that you must agree to meet prior to joining: 1. That you are a permanent resident in the area that provides the service. If you live in Devon or Cornwall, then you can't use the service in Avon or Somerset. But even with that said, in Plymouth and Torbay now (both of these being in Devon) they are now separate authorities and so you are only as...

Let me introduce you to Dora the Bora

Advantages: Good looking, great fuel economy
Disadvantages: Cheaper similar cars available

...that because Boras are not as popular as Passats and Golfs we got alot more equipment for less money. Boras traditionally tend to be company cars so you know that they are good for motorway mileage, have been serviced regularly and anything that needed doing has been done straight away, also you are more likely to get extras included. Ours has a 6 disc CD player, alloy wheels, trip computer, full electric windows and mirrors and ari conditioning amongst other things. VW's have recently done quite poorly in JD Power surveys, but the Bora is actually further up than the Golf and Passat in the most recent one. Overall it is a alot of car for your money and being a VW know it is well built and will last years if looked after....

VW Bora - a drivers dream

Advantages: Reliable, excellent handling, cool gadgets and good fuel consumption
Disadvantages: Not as spacious as the Passat

...An excellent all rounder. We have been using it as a family car and although their are a few complaints regarding the shortage of space at the back, the car is virtually faultless. The best thing about the Bora, as any other Bora owner will tell you, is the smooth drive. Its like your on a plane. Anyone who has driven a smaller or older car will tell you that once they got into the Bora, it was like they were driving on a velvet carpet - well nearly. In terms of size and price, the Bora comes in between the VW Golf and the VW Passat and has the best of both worlds - the smoothness of the drive and the stature of the car. very rude customer service at cleckheaton store

...i always do my shopping at tesco but recently have found the customer service to be very rude and not helpful at all. infact they are downright nasty and i have been embarassed and made to feel very foolish for the 3rd time in a matter of a few months. if the staff (customer services) feel that it is a acceptable to treat customers this way then i can see customers going elsewhere to do their shopping. i for one will not be going to tesco again. 1st time i was made to feel a fool was going to buy tobacco at customer service (cleckheaton store) they have a rail for customers to go round on this occasion there was noone at the counter so i went straight there only to be told i had to go back and walk round the barrier (how stupid) 2nd time (cleckheaton store) i had purchased a toaster from batley store which when i got home and plugged...
