Panasonic Lumix TZ6, Versatile compact with great image quality

Advantages: Fantastic little camera with 12 x zoom & 10.1MP (better than TZ5), but cheaper than TZ7
Disadvantages: No HD movie mode, not very cheap

Specification The TZ6 is compact camera with 10.1 MP, which is plenty of pixels for all but the larger prints and harshest crops. This means that in normal conditions there will never be pixelation, in fact too many megapixels squashed onto a sensor can actually reduce the image quality. Bottle on the Go!!!

Advantages: sooo handy when out and about

...of having a small cup to use it comes with a rather large plastic beaker that is just the right size to fit a feeding bottle in. It set me back a mere £10 with the added cost of £2.20p on postage and packaging but for what you are getting I think this price is really good. Not only can I use it now to take out for warming Jack's bottles but once he is not drinking milk anymore I could always use it for my own drinks to be kept hot! Avent Bottles

Advantages: Look like a bottle

...In my opinion Avent bottles look like a bottle should and have excellent wear and tear value. I prefer the look of the Avent bottle compare to the tommie tippie (closer to nature) bottles as the tommie tippie teats look too natural and I am sure thats the point but I like a bottle to look like a bottle. The Avent bottle wash well in the dishwasher, however you might not want to wash them with plates or saucepans that have just cooked Bolognese or curry as they do stain the color of the teats and lids. They can leak from time to time, so make sure before you set off that you check it first otherwise you might end up with milk all over the place. These bottle also work really well with the Avent pump. Just screw on and go. The teats also come in different sizes for thicker liquids or hungrier babies. These are not cheap at around £4...

Review of Avent Feeding Bottles

Miracle bottles

Advantages: No wind, no ear infections, no colic, teats don't collapse, doesn't contain Bisphenol A
Disadvantages: Bit of a hassle to clean, the price

...! The bottles consist of: a bottle cap, a teat, the bit the teat goes in, a travel cap, a green vacuumy thing, the tube that goes to the bottom of the bottle and the actual bottle. First job was to wash all these things in warm soapy water and sterlise them. Washing the bottles does take longer than normal bottles obviously as there are more parts but they are not difficult to do. They come with a tiny brush for cleaning the small tubing parts and I bought some special foam teat and bottle brushes too. As there are so many parts it can be hard to cram into your steriliser but I normally manage to fit all the parts of the four bottles I have in my 6 bottle microwave steriliser. This is what I usually do. I clean the cap and the teat with the little teat sponge I have and put these in the sterliser as I go along. I clean the bit the teat goes...

Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec

Advantages: A great car from all angles
Disadvantages: Not as many extras included as I would have liked

...I am now the proud owner of a ford focus 1.6 zetec and for the first time in many years I have actually found a car that pretty muc suits all my needs. I have spent many a time in cars that are too big, too small, not suitable, not comfortable etc but this is everything I could ask for. I own the three door version but the doors open widely and when the front seat is moved forward there is plenty of room to get anyone in the back, even my mother in law who is disabled. The back of this car is extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 3 large adults in. The boot size is deceiving in that it looks pretty small but is very spacious indeed. Perfect for all those shopping bags as well as a childs pushchair. The actual drive of this car is superb. Mine runs on unleaded and is very economical. I can get over 200 miles to £35...

Disadvantages: Overshadowed by the TZ7, Tries to do everything for you

The Fireworks scene allows the choice between 1/4 sec and 2 secs and the Starry Night scene gives three further options of 15, 30 and 60 seconds. ISO settings are Auto, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 (1600 - 6400 in High Sens scene) The Lumix TZ6 has an orientation sensor that can determine whether the image was takin in portrait or landscape orientation. This has been standard feature of SLRs for a while now and it is nice to see it appearing on compact cameras. Bottle Rocket

Advantages: Good dialogue, good acting, interesting story
Disadvantages: Is a bit of a slow moving story

...Seeing how I think I did ok reviewing another of Wes Andersons movies I figured I might as well have a go at reviewing the others I've seen as well, so I figured I'd start with Bottle Rocket, as thats the first film that Wes directed and its also the first film that Owen and Luke Wilson and Bob Musgrave starred in too, the start of good things to come! This movie I believe was written while Owen (and Luke(?)) and Wes were at university together in Texas in the 1990s and is now seen as a cult comedy hit. Bottle Rocket is all about three friends who team up to escape their boring lifes and pursuit a life of petty crime. I Don't be.....Overused phrase? Ok, One foot in a great box set.

Advantages: Absolutely brilliant at messing with your emotions, it has everything.
Disadvantages: Not a single one.
