...This top gear boxset contains three seperate DVDs, Back in the fast lane (best of series 1 and 2), revved up (best of series 3 and 4), and The winter olympic special. I am a big fan of top gear and watch it every week, enjoying the humour and excitement that Clarkson, Hammond and May, bring to the world of cars. I have to say I prefer watching the more miscellaneos sequences (the races, challenges etc), to just watching one of the presenters thrash a supercar around the test track. This makes this DVD great for me, but not so much for those who are looking for a more serious motoring show. Back in the Fast Lane (best of series 1 and 2) This DVD contains some of the best sequences from the first two series's of Top Gear. In the night garden ninky nonk train set

Advantages: strong, versatile, compact, nice bright colours, fun to play with
Disadvantages: none so far

...I decided to buy the in the night garden ninky nonk train set from Amazon as my young daughter is a big fan of in the night garden and whenever it comes on TV she gets really excited. So as my daughter already had some of the other characters from the show I wanted her to have the whole set and since buying it the train set the ninky nonk train set has become one of her favourite toys to play with on a daily basis. The train set can come apart and be attached on many different ways and my daughter enjoys looking at the nice bright colours and putting some of the other in the night garden characters onto the train set even though it keeps falling of now and again it keeps her busy and sometimes I hear her in fits of giggles. The train set is very cute and versatile and its great as children such as mine can have hours of fun with it...

...i bought this set today mainly due to the fact that my top gun has been played to death. I got luck and managed to fall upon it for a mere £2.50 I had not seen ferris buller's day off, so i sat and watched it. Its not a bad film, about a boy who pulls a sickie from school, and goes on an adventure to the city with his best mate and girlfriend who they get out of school by faking a death in her family. The headmaster is determined to catch him out and the whole school worships him. and top gun one of my alltime favourite movies, tom cruise as a top gun fighter pilot. I'm sure that almost everyone has seen this movie. Although its more of a movie for the ladies to drool over tom than a bloke film. 3 in 1 - Top notch John Grisham box set

Advantages: excellent if you are a john grisham fan
Disadvantages: not an advisable purchase if you don't like legal thrillers.

...of actors again, like the firm draw your attention immediately and whilst it will never make my top ten of all time best films it is has an appeal about it that is quite fresh. Samuel L Jackson is a terrific actor and he delivers another powerhouse performance, taking on a role somewhat different from his recent roles as an average bloke. As the audience his characher is introduced as a man not without his troubles mainly of his alcoholism leading to his divorce and loss of his children. I was impressed though as although you sympathise with his character you are not expected to pity him as he is seen as coming out of his torubles and fighting for his children. Advantages: Fun, easy to pick up, Multiplayer

A great set of rollers!

Advantages: shiny, full of volume curls!
Disadvantages: Still time consuming!

...I used these a few weeks ago at my friend's house and I was really impressed! When I go out to a wedding or a big occasion I like to spend some time getting ready and making my hair look nice. I have tried using curling tongs and GHDs to curl my hair but i'm always getting it uneven or burning myself or I get half way throguh and decide i'm fed up!! I went to my friend's house and used her roller set and I was really impressed with them! They heated up very quickly and were really easy to use. The box contains 20 rollers which are ceramic. They are in 3 different sizes which is dfferent to what I've used before as they only had two sizes. ...Top Gear???? Top Gear is a motoring show that is broadcast n BBC2 on Sunday evenings at 8 o clock and repeated again during the week. There are three main presenters on the show and they are Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. Each of these presenters has their own quirkiness and their own very individual opinions relating to cars. The show lasts for an hour and you feel you are getting a lot packed into one show when watching it. There is usually a few new cars that are featured on the show and test driven by one or other of the presenters. There is also "The Stig" who is a racing driver dressed in all white driving suit with a blacked out visor on his helmet. The identity of "The Stig" is unknown and there is always a lot of speculation as to who really is in that driving suit (any ideas let me know...

Inside the envelope was a subscription to one of my favourite magazines "TOP SANTE.Top Sante is, in my eyes classed as a "Special Magazine" and so I was pleased to recieve this gift as it meant I wouldn't have to splash out every month. The name Top Sante, comes from the french word "health". This indicates before you even read the magazine, that the contents will mainly be health related. My mum has been buying these magazines for 4 or 5 years and had saved up most of them. So you can imagine my delight when I came across a huge pile of them in one of my mum's drawers! Advantages: Very fun to watch, great chemistry, informative

The new series boasted new features that are still going today, such as "Star in a Reasonably-Priced Car", where each week a celebrity sets the fastest lap time they can on the top gear track using a normal car. There are also the power laps, where whatever car the guys test at the track that week is taken around by the stig in order to see which is fastest. Currently the fastest time was set by the Gumpert Apollo. There are also a lot of challenges, such as buying a cheap car and seeing which presenter bought the best by issuing a number of tests. They have also bought trucks, vans, cheap supercars, motor homes and cheap Porsches as part of different challenges.
