PG-M10S XGA LCD Projector
Review of Sharp Notevision PG-M10S by
mattboxsey
Advantages: Very small and Light / Excellent for mobile use
Disadvantages: Focus can be a bit tricky
...If you are looking for a good value LCD Projector to be used to give presentations a good model to look at would be the Sharp PG-M10S XGA LCD Projector.
The Unit runs at 800 ANSI lumens which makes the model very bright (as witj several models it is best to let the unit warm up for a minute or two to get the best brightness.)
It can be used with more than one input device Ie Video and Laptop, supports NTSC, PAL and SECAM, and has a very basic speaker built in to provide adquate but not great sound playback.
The unit also comes complete with PS2 lead to provide mouse control via the infrared remote control unit (supplied) which can be used as a full function mouse. The working of it takes a little getting used to but once mastered proves invaluable.
We payed £2000+VAT for the unit after shopping around (original price of £2700+VAT...

A great sharp, easy digital camera with 4M pixles!
Review of Concord Eye-Q 4060AF by
RAJIV1
Advantages: Great image quality
Disadvantages: Can't use re-chargeable battaries
...Ive only recently purchased the 4million pixle concord eye-q 4060af camera and i'am really really pleased with the products i have seen so far with the taken pictures.
I found installing the camera onto my computer very easy and there was no complications.
The zoom on the camera is very sharp with both the 4x and 6x.
Using the camera is very easy with the main on and off button on the top and next to it a round semi-circular button to captures the pictures.
When the camera is turned on a welcome screen appears on the LCD screen and then when pointed at something you can view it in the LCD screen.
The lcd screen is nice and clear with a memory button next to it with a menu for capture mode, quality setup, image size, scene selection and white balance, zoom level, time date on the centre bottom.
The battary level is also...

Sharp R959SLM
Review of Sharp R 959 SLM by
marko123
Advantages: Sharp Brand
Disadvantages: Thermostat
...After doing my research and after having the same Sharp microwave for around 25 years, since they first started appearing, I finally had to buy a new one after it stopped working, after serving me well for such a long time I decided to go for this machine. The Sharp R959SLM.
It does all the things you expect, convection oven, grill, microwave. Has a LCD display for the time and temperature selection with stop / cancel also included. There are guides for different food types also.
However, after baking a cake in it for the first time, it came out burnt on the inside, somehow?! So i researched what could be wrong.. my recipie or the microwave / convection oven. I took some temperature readings while the oven was on with a digital thermometer i have, and it did in fact read 10 degrees hotter that the temperature i set it at.
I phoned...

Never heard of it before!
Review of LaCie LCD120 by
thewhitewolf
Advantages: great screen, pictures, performance
Disadvantages: slow response time
...performance. Sharp text and vivid, bright and accurate colours gave superb picture clarity.
Dvd performance is fair considering its slow 16 millisecond response time. When it comes to gaming, fast screens do create some blurring with some noise - common to LCD screens.
One for the professional out there....

EYE cathcing, JAW Dropping, MUST have product.
Review of Toshiba 37X3030D by
Toffee-Crisp
Advantages: Sleek design, amazing picture quality, amazing sound quality with special DNR noise reduction feature.
Disadvantages: no side mount, 3 second time delay when switiching on TV.
...feeling with its glossy shine. Unlike other TV's that jus crowd up your living area and make your living room look small.
It is impressive with what Toshiba have come out with, for having put a Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 which makes the LCD TV so much more that gives mind blowing results. One minor drawback is that when switching on the TV, it has a 3 second delay wait, which in that time allows the TV to come in focus and after those 3 seconds you can see nothing but absolute pure perfection. As the colours on screen are not only real life like but astonishingly clear and sharp. And as the imagery was so real life like, even the dark scenes were amazingly clear and the sound quality was just mind-blowing.. However some Dark scenes with an ordinary set top box seem to be fuzzy at times, but this is hardrly noticeable.
In conclusion...

J' adore Samsung monitors!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 920NW by
thewhitewolf
Advantages: very efficient, space saving and a great performer
Disadvantages: none
...This is a very sharp and great to use LCD screen that i found on the web for a reasonable price of £113. The colours are great, it takes up little space on my desk and its great for playing games on, so i can't complain.
It has a superb resolution of 1440 by 900 which is brilliant for those games which just seem to spill over the edges of your screen (read Supreme Commander!), and its also a great aid in data inputting into spreadsheets for this same reason.
It is good or watching dvds on as well and the clear, sharp focus of the screen and fast transfer rate at 5 ms proves handy for all entertainment needs. The design of this LCD is stylish, functional and highly attractive in all, sitting on a sturdy base. Samsung include some weighting in the base of the stand to prevent it wobbling or tipping over
as some other monitors can...

Sharp as an AQUOS
Review of Sharp AQUOS LC-32X20E by
666Nemesis666
Advantages: Being gamer oriented ensures high end performance, surround sound, easy to set up.
Disadvantages: Prices are likely to drop quickly after buying - as with all electronic products.
...From the original creator of LCD technology comes another first - a 32" HD-ready 1080p LCD TV. The Sharp Aquos LC-32X20E was purposefully designed with gamers in mind. In addition to ordinarily providing unparalleled picture quality the LC-32X20E may also be optimised for gaming at the touch of a button. It allows for HD-sharpness and a faster response time needed by many gamers. As well as a beautiful, elegant, slim-line design and with exceptional picture and sound quality, the LC-32X20E comes with the easily recognizable piano lacquer-black finish of Sharp's products.
Most gamers who own a Play Station 3 or Xbox 360 often do not realise just how much of the processing power and high end graphics capabilities of their consoles are never being revealed. Using its HD-ready 1080p resolution, the 'game mode' of the LC-32X20E ensures...

Very, Very good LCD
Review of Samsung LE-32R88BD by
gangstersaab
Advantages: Connectivity / Picture through a HD source (PC/PS3/Xbox360) / Looks
Disadvantages: None, some people say sound, but i disagree, sound is good.
...which is future proof. 2 of the HDMI's are on the back as well as the component inputs, VGA (PC input as well as sound for it through 3.5mm jack), 2 scarts, optical out, Antenna in and l/r audio in and one for out. 1 HDMI input is on the side with the headphone port and the AV in and S video.
Picture:
SD - Pictures that are standard definition look average on this TV. They are not the worst nor are they the best. To start with they have a slight red tinge, however that can be fixed by changing the preset picture settings to Cool1 or Cool2 through the menu. When the R88 is set properly it truly shines. Freeview is also in this LCD which is a plus.
HD - Now this LCD is truly remarkable though HDMI. The PS3 looks amazing at 720p or 1080i (this LCD doesn't support 1080p). The lines are sharp and crisp and there is absolutely no ghosting...

SONY IS NUMBER ONE!! AWESOME LCD WEGA TV!!
Review of Sony KLV26HG2 by
fullertonlodge
Advantages: Excellent Picture Quality
Disadvantages: None
...This SONY 26' LCD WEGA HDTV is the wave of the future. It has everything that you need in an LCD TV. Sony does in fact make the very best looking products and QUALITY to. I have over 35 different types of Sony products and they keep working no matter if you drop them or how hard you use them.
Well this TV takes the cake. I just bought it yesterday and it is well worth the high price tag. I also bought the 23 inch that Sony makes and that is also very good. This 26 inch LCD TV sounds great with the WOW effect. It is so easy to use and hook up. The wire management system is the very best. Here are the PROS about this TV.
PROS:
Great quality and design.
Bright, Clean, Clear and Sharp picture.
There is no picture drag/trail with fast moving objects.
Viewing angle is a 170 degrees, you cant ask for anything more than that.
The WOW Sound...

Truly outstanding
Review of Nikon Coolpix 700 by
Bluecat
Advantages: Superb picture quality and colour
Disadvantages: Eats batteries
...When I decided I wanted to buy a digital camera, I was lucky enough to have an enthusiastic sales person to help me, because within the £400 price range there is a lot of rubbish. The Nikon Coolpix 700, however, has the quality of a camera twice its price. Although it doesn't have a zoom lens, the 2.1 megapixel images are so sharp you can crop your images with a good photo editor and the pictures remain beautifully clear. Its easy to use, and if you can get the camera shop to throw in a free cardport, image downloading is very quick (otherwise a bit slow through the serial port). The LCD display is smooth and doesn't 'break up' and the colour saturation is spot-on.
The only criticism I would have if that it eats batterries! You must use rechargables, because they will be dead after about 15 shots with the flash and the LCD display on...
