Shelf life of a DJ

Advantages: Boring as hell
Disadvantages: Boring as hell!!!

...It has been brought to my attention after listening to Chris Moyles on Radio 1 that he is coming tothe end of his shelf life. He is no longer the funny shock jock he once was. Now he is the annoying fat bloke on my way home from work. Sound familiar??? Well it should!!! The ginger shock jock of Radio 1 that got too big for his boots went the same way!!! Chris Evans got boring and left long after he annoyed me every morning. These "personalities" as they are called get boring after doing the same routine day in day out for over a year. Real DJs that play MUSIC and dont do stupid gags go on forever. Example? How long has Pete Tong Been at Radio 1???? Because he plays HIS music and not have a collection of half wits that laugh in a sycophantic way in the background at everything the idiot on air is saying. Dont you all agree???...

Not The Zest Scrub On The Shelf

Advantages: nice smell, not sore
Disadvantages: doesn't scrub up enough

...I am someone who loves to try and test beauty products and see what is out there. I am always looking for the best possible products, and I do love scented things. On my previous review on the Garnier Summerbody, I did mention that before using the cream I had to have a full scrub to get rid of all dead skin so that the tan would apply evenly with no streakiness or patchy marks. I am quite fussy with products and will pay that bit more for something that is a brand that is well known or for a nicer smell etc. While in my local Tesco I came across Original Source, who I love and have used before. Their scrubs had two scents but I chose Bitter Orange and Crushed Sweet Almond as it seemed like a smell which I liked best and looked like a product which would be good. When on the shelf it did stand out to me, it comes in a squeezy tube but...

...I am afraid this is a bit of a moan and a warning not to go into your local Woolworths and reserve something to later pick up. Our local Woolworths has just swapped stores with Marks and Spencers and finally the toys are on the lower level, I have never understood why the toys are upstairs when a lot of parents have young children and pushchairs etc, we have left the pushchair stage behind (thank goodness) but it is still better to have the toys on the ground floor, anyway back to what I am supposed to be moaning about. Big Brain Shelf life??

Advantages: MiniGames that anyone can play, Good 2+ mode which saves the same, Fun presentation
Disadvantages: Limited excitement, needs more to entertain, annoying sequences in-between games with headteacher!

One major criticism is the time it sometimes take to cycle through from game to game. Because the Headteacher keeps talking all the time! This can be very annoying. What saves this game is the fact that you can play on your own but even better there is a versus and co-op multiplayer modes that people of any age or education level to play together. This makes it great to play amongst friends, even if they have never played with a Wii before. There a 3 group games, some allow you to go head to head and other make you work together to see how many puzzles you can complete in a row. In Summary ? It's an easy-to-access software suite containing: The largest and heaviest English dictionary, a passable thesaurus, a rather pointless excuse for an encyclopaedia, and ermm? "that annoying quote-dictionary-thing". All I have to do is double click on a word - or if I've set the shelf to sleep mode, highlight a word and press Ctr-F11 and a wealth of information comes up at the top of my screen explaining that word to me. To get the system requirements out the way from the onset... It's all nice low stuff. We start with a 166mhz processor. That's a joke! Trust me, you'd know it if you didn't have that... My favourite hifi rack

Advantages: Nice looking, additional shelves available
Disadvantages: Not the cheapest

...of the feet you have to screw in spikes. On the bottom unit these grip the carpet, for each additional shelf unit they allow the shelves to be stacked. This means you can build the unit to have as many shelves as you want. Additional shelves come in two different heights 180mm and 130mm. This is great since it prevents massive gaps around smaller units. Once built the unit is the most sturdy one I have come across, it seriosuly does not move around and keeps out all vibrations etc. For really high end hifi you probably will get some improvement out of this rack. If you are worried about using the carpet spikes on a wooden floor then you can purchase 'spike shoes' for the base unit which will prevent any holes / marks. This is the nicest hifi rack I think you can buy. Its not the cheapest, but is the best looking, allows add on shelves...
