Sharing my experience of the Sheraton Roma

Advantages: Comfortable hotel - handy for the metro
Disadvantages: Characterless - can be expensive

...This year, we mostly went to Italy. We had booked a hotel a little to the south of Rome for a few nights as we wanted to visit places outwith the city but changed our plans for the Saturday night and tried to book a hotel in Rome itself. Not an easy task (at least not on my budget). Oh sure, you can stay in a pit close to Termini station, but not being suicidal, or wishing to part company with my belongings, and always leaving myself the option of swinging a cat should the chance arise, I'm afraid that's not for me. Long story short...after several near things (literally) we ended up booking the Sheraton. The Sheraton isn't in central Rome, it's in the EUR district. This presented no significant problem however. Super Stay at Sea Shore Sheraton

Advantages: Good location, Friendly staff, Great room, Ocean view was wonderful
Disadvantages: Expensive!

...a central, convenient location - that said, we still had a budget that we needed to stick to if we wanted to be able to afford such trifles as food when we got there. Our choice, after a good deal of consideration, was the Sheraton Waikiki. Why? Well, the information we had showed it to be a "superior 4 star" hotel (which ticked the "good enough for honeymoon" box) positioned in the heart of Waikiki between the main avenue and the ocean (putting it in an excellent location), and it was within our budget (so we could still afford to eat). Better still, I had stayed in a Sheraton hotel previously and found it to be a very positive experience and the generally good reviews we found on a selection of websites confirmed that this seemed a good choice. Relax at the Sheraton in the Midst of the Disney Madness

Advantages: Huge apartments, great pool and perfect location.
Disadvantages: Not cheap!

...We have been lucky enough to visit Orlando several times and by far and away the best place we have found to stay is Sheraton Vistana Villages. Location This hotel is situated on the Southern end of International Drive. It is a set south of the attractions and restaurants which make International drive very busy so it is much quieter than many hotels. I-drive is easily accesible in about 5-8 minutes by car, there is also a stop for the I-drive trolley bus outside the hotel. Seaworld is about 5 minutes dive away, Universal studios area is about 20 minutes north and Disneyland entrance is less than 10 minutes south. The roads are easy and there are no tolls. There is a Publix supermarket about 3 mins drive away. The journey from the International airport takes about 25 minutes and the property is easy to find. Rooms...

Love the Sheraton Centre!

Advantages: Location, Room, Staff, Price!
Disadvantages: Car Parking

...My partner and I have been to Toronto twice now, both within the last 24 months. Both times, we have booked up through Canadian Affair and got the fantastic price of £28 a night per person! (Must book flights with them to do this, but apparantly there's another website - priceline where you can book the rooms w/o the flights for reasonable prices.) Obviously, we loved the Sheraton the first time round otherwise we would not have returned! The rooms are spacious and have the comfiest beds known to mankind :-) The room service was thorough and efficient daily. Staff at reception were polite and efficent, and the staff at the Toronto Tours desk were fantastic. We organised numerous outings with them the first time and, although we weren't going on any tours this time round, we asked them for advice on resaurants etc. which they gladly...

Good days with Karachi sheraton Hotel

Advantages: Good facilities with execellent services
Disadvantages: A bit expensive comparing to other hotels in Karachi and No clubbing and Pud :(

Advantages: great location and service.
Disadvantages: not suitable for honeymooners

...we booked this hotel through my husbands employees only travel agency in june 2004. we got a very good deal 7 day deal on a flights and hotel package - (king size room on B&B basis). the package cost £700, which is quite good during peak time. normally a room per night would cost about £70 for a king size. (check sheraton website for more details). best thing to always do is shop around of course ! We were transferred from the airport to the hotel by the hotel appointed transfer vehicle. Cost 70 TD, which works out to roughly £35, and took about 40 minutes. Advantages: A superb hotel for a bargain price via Priceline

Sheraton Warsaw Hotel and Towers, Warsaw

Advantages: very welcoming hotel
Disadvantages: maybe little costly

...Visiting Warsaw, Poland is just the best part in your life when you visiting the first time. The name sounds as the place. In my 5days visit to this incredible city, i lodged in the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel and Towers, Warsaw. The hotel is just what you can expect of a paradise on earth. Its big, with about 352 rooms and is close to the city center. The Hotel has a good restaurant, good staffs who are very welcoming and the customer service there is just so good. The first thing that came to my mind upon booking was whether i will cope there with the language but to my greatest surprise, it was the reverse. The customer service can handle you well with the language and you will never regret it. The prices range from £39.50 to £154.00 and i know it will be welcoming to anyone who want a peaceful and safe days in a foreign land. I recommend...

Royal Orchid Sheraton - Affordable Luxury

Advantages: Location
Disadvantages: Pricey food

...On three of my four visits to Bangkok I've stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton and it didn't break the bank. At a surprisingly low price of around £30 per person per night in a double/twin room in August 98 it was an outstanding bargain. This was booked through Kuoni, but although masquerading as a package tour, you can modify their holidays to choose which resorts you visit, which hotels you stay in, which days and flights you use for travel and so effectively they are arranging flights transfers and accommodation to your specification but charging you package holiday rates. Whether you can get those rates booking directly is another story but not one that I am familliar with. We got upgraded free to a deluxe room on each occasion by booking through Kuoni and the facilities were superb. There's a mini-bar that costs the earth...
