Love the Sheraton Centre!

Advantages: Location, Room, Staff, Price!
Disadvantages: Car Parking

...My partner and I have been to Toronto twice now, both within the last 24 months. Both times, we have booked up through Canadian Affair and got the fantastic price of £28 a night per person! (Must book flights with them to do this, but apparantly there's another website - priceline where you can book the rooms w/o the flights for reasonable prices.) Obviously, we loved the Sheraton the first time round otherwise we would not have returned! The rooms are spacious and have the comfiest beds known to mankind :-) The room service was thorough and efficient daily. Staff at reception were polite and efficent, and the staff at the Toronto Tours desk were fantastic. We organised numerous outings with them the first time and, although we weren't going on any tours this time round, we asked them for advice on resaurants etc. which they gladly...

The hotel that takes up a whole block

Advantages: Very professional, clean and comfy
Disadvantages: Expensive

...was there when we went to bed late on the Saturday, and first thing on the Sunday he was there again, answering what must be the same old questions. I hope he gets paid well! There are a few entrances to the hotel. It is well located quite centrally at 123 Queen St West, and within about 10 minutes' walk to the CN Tower, or the Eaton Shopping Centre. There is a big taxi rank outside, and transport to the airport is likely to cost you the same whichever way you get it if you are in a small family, so we got someone in the hotel to organise a taxi for us, which was an executive limo (not stretch, though!) and a very comfy ride indeed. Super Stay at Sea Shore Sheraton

Advantages: Good location, Friendly staff, Great room, Ocean view was wonderful

...of the local sea water that the pool could be filled with heated brine without the need for chlorine, and if the generously sized pool, water slide and hot tubs get too boring for you then you can always relax on one of the sun loungers or walk the few feet to the beach and take a dip in the ocean itself. The pool was open 9am to 5pm daily, with snacks, soft drinks, beers and cocktails served from 11am. There were also other facilities offered by the hotel that we didn't use, such as the concierge, currency exchange, spa, laundry service, fitness centre, hula lessons and crèche. Sharing my experience of the Sheraton Roma

Advantages: Comfortable hotel - handy for the metro

We had booked a hotel a little to the south of Rome for a few nights as we wanted to visit places outwith the city but changed our plans for the Saturday night and tried to book a hotel in Rome itself. Relax at the Sheraton in the Midst of the Disney Madness

Advantages: Huge apartments, great pool and perfect location.
Disadvantages: Not cheap!

...We have been lucky enough to visit Orlando several times and by far and away the best place we have found to stay is Sheraton Vistana Villages. Location This hotel is situated on the Southern end of International Drive. It is a set south of the attractions and restaurants which make International drive very busy so it is much quieter than many hotels. I-drive is easily accesible in about 5-8 minutes by car, there is also a stop for the I-drive trolley bus outside the hotel. Seaworld is about 5 minutes dive away, Universal studios area is about 20 minutes north and Disneyland entrance is less than 10 minutes south. The roads are easy and there are no tolls. There is a Publix supermarket about 3 mins drive away. The journey from the International airport takes about 25 minutes and the property is easy to find. Rooms...

I expected better

...I am Canadian. As such, I go back annually to visit my family. At the same time, my partner and I try to have some holiday time away from my family as well and generally spend a few days in Toronto as that is where we fly into. We aren't loaded, but as we save money on accomodation when staying with my parents, we always try to treat ourselves to a nice hotel somewhere for one or two nights. Last October I managed to get a fabulour deal through CanadianAffair.com for two nights at the Sheraton Centre on Queen Street in Toronto. As I had booked our flights and car hire through Canadian Affair I got a great rate of £28 per person per night with no charge for our son who was 18 months at the time. ***This price was not relective of Sheraton Hotel prices!*** Unfortunately, the wonderful deal turned out to not be so great afterall...

A decent option in the heart of Toronto

It is right in the heart of the city, in walking distance from everything a tourist may want to do: The Eaton Centre, Queen Street West, Yonge Street, CN Tower. ***Arrival*** Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk person who was well aware that we had booked this hotel at a bargain price via Priceline. ...This Review is for the Centre M.K which is a huge shopping centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The shopping centre is managed in two parts, the first being the Centre MK and the second a place named Midsummer Place. The actual opening date for the shopping centre was September 25th 1979 and has over 260 stores inside. This might have changed quite a lot since the current recession and stores shutting down. This will be an insight to what the centre has to offer and what you can find there. ...Nottingham has two large shopping centres, the Broadmarsh Centre and the Victoria Centre, situated at opposite ends of the city centre .The Victoria Centre is the bigger of the two, containing 120 shops (not counting all the various stalls in the market area.) Getting there is easy - if you drive, there's parking for over 2700 cars . If you don't drive, don't worry - almost all the Nottingham City Transport buses stop either directly outside the Victoria Centre, or within a few minutes walk of it . Other bus companies from slightly further afield, such as Trent Barton , terminate at the local coach station within the centre . If you're walking, the centre is signposted from various points in the city centre, and at the end of the day when you're weighed down with shopping, there are 2 taxi ranks directly outside the main entrance...
