...I'm a big fan of the Bed Head range by TIGI, and the self-absorbed shampoo (and conditioner) is not exception. This set is for dry and damaged hair, boasting of 'mega nutrients' to energise hair. I have found that this leaves my slightly dry, coloured hair much softer and feeling hydrated. It leaves it with a silky shine and feeling much more manageable. It also reduces the appearance of those unsightly split ends The shampoo itself is a light orange colour and has a really fruity smell, which lingers in your hair to give that just washed feel all day. Available in smaller bottles of 250ml (approx £6-7) and larger bottles of 750ml (£12-£15) it is really great as a present or just a treat for yourself. ...I recently experienced some breast pain and after a trip to the doctors to rule out anything sinister we came to the conclusion that my pain was caused by muscle and ligament strain linked to increasing my exercise. During an aerobics class wearing a normal bra my breasts would be jiggling around wildly and it not only made me feel self conscious but the fact that I was experiencing discomfort made me realise that I needed to invest in a good sports bra. SHOCK VALUE - SHOCKINGLY GOOD?

Advantages: some great tracks to dance to, an eclectic mix of styles and collaborators
Disadvantages: a couple of dull 'uns

Songs he has written and/or produced include such hits as "Pony" by Ginuwine, "Cry Me A River" by JT and Aaliyah's "We Need A Resolution" THE ALBUM The recent smash "Give It To Me" featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake is one of the standout tracks on "Shock Value" and I reckon this is a good representation of the album as a whole, therefore if you like that track, you'll probably like the album in general. I think the style of that song alone is hard to define - sort of a mix of hip-hop, disjointed beats, r & b and dance. This indefinable style is probably the type of music that Timbaland excels in, and is the reason why he is so popular as a producer. Shocking Pink - How Important is Loyalty to you?

Advantages: easy reading, good crime fiction novel
Disadvantages: language use is very basic for a book with so many explicit refrences

...My copy of Shocking Pink is a paperback book by Erica Spindler. I remember reading this book in my first year of college and over the years I seem to have misplaced it from moving too many times! The artwork of the book is the same as the one advertised that I'm writing now - a black figure, most likely to be male, looking through a window with their hands pressed up against the glass. The cover I had before was a dark room with a chair in the middle and the moonlight highlighting the chair at night. Both covers are effective, in my opinion, as they both make you feel a little uneasy. Please also be aware this book contains explicit sexual and sexual domination references as well as aspxyiation. Bioshock was an amazing shock

Advantages: Great songs! A must for Eels fans

...Electro-Shock Blues is the second album recorded by Eels, in 1998. The album is a strange but brilliant one for me, the songs are often a mix of tounge-in-cheek, sadness, happiness, looking on the bright side and sometimes all of those at once. This album is very reflective to E's negative life experiences, mainly dealing with the death's of his sister (suicide), mother (lung cancer) and father (heart attack), the first two incidents being fairly recent in terms of the album being recorded, the latter in the early eighties when Mr. E was nineteen years of age, he also discovered the deceased body of his father.
