The funky looking handy shower radio:)

Advantages: Very Loud, Clear Speaker, Long battery Life
Disadvantages: Annoying Tuning

...and I recon Homer could take a few bumps on the head with no trouble at all!!:) The radio is very loud. The volume control and on off switch are combined. Homers Left eye infact!! Yup you have to twist his eyeballs haha, Just twist the left eye ball to the right and on comes your radio:) The sound quality of this radio really is great, its not a tinny sounding radio like some shower radios. Sounds like a little boombox. The radio is powered on two AA batteries which are included in the box. I have had mine in use for 2 months and the batteries are still going so it must be very efficient. To tune the radio is is slightly harder than it could be, this radio does not have a dial showing the radio station so you have to guess where to stop. Makes it very tricky. To tune the radio jsut Turn Homers right eyeball! Haha great feature...

What a Shower Radio

A shower radio seemed the perfect solution. I thought it'd be nice to relax to some classic FM whilst indulging in my weekly bubble bath soak. Although this is a shower radio, it does just as well as a bath-side speaker and I can rest assused that if it falls into the tub I won't be frazzled to nothinglessness! Size: It's a small square white rectangle. Measures about 7cm and is fairly light. It's the perfect size for sitting on your shower shelf amongst all the shampoos, moisturisers, bath gels and body washes. Sound Quality: Quite tinny actually, but then what would you expect for something you picked up at the supermarket...

...Mrs B is a busy old bee right now that we have Baby B who seems to take up all of our time. It's not very often that she is able to find the time to have a luxurious bath and relax and she can't justify spending a fortune on luxrious bath products either but this doesn't mean that she doesn't want to actually have a spot of luxury now that she is so busy. Showering with Limes

Advantages: Good consistency and lather, easy to rinse off, didn't dry my skin out, smells nice, economical

...Original Source makes a wide range of toiletry and bath products and state that they use essential oils in their products as opposed to synthetic fragrances. Their shower gels promise a shower experience that you 'have never experienced before'. The shower gels in the range include Lemon and Tea Tree, Lavender and Tea Tree, Mint and Tea Tree, Almond and Coconut, Dragonfruit and Capsicum, Winter (Vanilla Milk and Cocoa) and the Lime one I am reviewing. I also bought the Tea Tree and Mint one for colds but I haven't had the need to use it yet. The Original Source brand is now owned by Cussons PZ who also makes Imperial Leather products. I bought the Original Source Lime shower gel when it was on offer in my local Superdrug towards the end of last year. It cost me 99p if I remember correctly, I tend to make my purchasing choices...

.... . I have just had to go check which version mine is, there is no number, it is just called the Triton Aqua Sensation. The age of mine? Well, it must be about ten years old now, so I think that qualifies as standing the test of time. Triton have a very good name in shower circles, or should that be cubicles? and these models can be fitted slightly off the wall so it can be easily tiled after it has been fitted. Mine is actually a power shower, although in "non power mode" it seems as good as any other make of shower.The thermostat seems to keep the temperature just right, you just "dial up" the temp you want, and the whole thing is easy to keep clean. I have heard that showers can be noisy, but not in this case, the only place there is any real noise is in the shower itself, and you are only in there for a matter...

The subtle shower experiance.

Advantages: A good quality produt, that doesn't irritate already sore skin.

...Last year on my birthday I received a lot of different shower gels ? Dave loves to find me lots of variations that I haven?t tried before. My bathroom cupboard sometimes looks like a small branch of Boots! Three of those that I received last year were the three new Radox Daily Elements ones and I have started with the one called Deeply Cleansing. These look slightly different from the usual Radox shower gels. To start with this one comes in a pale blue plastic container as opposed to the usual clear one but it is opaque so you can still see the level of the liquid inside. The 250ml container is the same in design as all the other Radox shower gels. It has a hook set into the top of the container which unclips and turns through 180 degrees so that you can hang your shower gel on the shower tap. The labeling looks different...

...Hugo Boss ~ Energise ~ Shower Gel I bought my husband a Hugo Boss Energise gift set for his Christmas, he has a few Hugo Boss fragrances and he likes the smell of them as do I. Inside the gift set there was a bottle of Energise Eau De Toilette, a tube of shower gel and shaving balm. The gift set wasn't that expensive and only cost me £30 for all three items; when I'm buying perfumes I tend to always buy gift sets because they are better value for money. The Hugo Boss Energise shower gel can also be bought on its own from most department stores if you don't want to buy a gift set.
