...I love design of the new shuffle, perfect for on the go. Great for use when excercising but I wouldn't use it as a full time mp3 player due to it only having 1GB. Only holding 240 songs isn't really perfect for somebody who enjoys having a large variation of music on their iPod but is perfect as a present for a youngster. The price is perfect for somebody who is on a tight buget and for someone who isn't attached to their mp3 twenty four seven. I find the ipod headphones break really easily, if buying any ipod please be careful with the head phones because they are a bugger to get new ones. Personally I wouldn't buy. The blue colour of this ipod shuffle is very easy on the eye but could be seen as tacky....

Ipod shuffle.

Advantages: The clip feature and sound quality.
Disadvantages: Not many features

...I love my ipod shuffle. I do have an ipod nano as well, but I find that i'm using the shuffle more and more over the nano. Firstly I find that the size and design of the shuffle (clip feature) is far more useful than the nano, it means you don't have to worry about having a pocket to put it in and is particularly useful for situations like the gym. You also don't have to worry about the screen getting scratched as obviously there isn't one! The battery life is great lasting a good 10 hours before it needs recharging. I paid £22 for mine off bigpockets when they were selling all the old models off cheaper which is no doubt an absolute bargain. Shuffle Shuffle

Advantages: Small, discreet, great to use when jogging etc.
Disadvantages: Buttons can be fiddly, easy to lose, feels delicate!

...forward (right,) and volume control on it. This is easily understandable although I found the buttons a bit fiddly to use, especially if you've got big fingers. There's also a shuffle switch so you can listen to your music in a random order, or you can leave it in normal play, which plays them in alphabetical order. I found this product easy to use, and simple to understand although getting the hang of ITunes the first time took a while. It doesn't have any special features like in the bigger varieties of IPod, but for an MP3 player, it does it's job well. Sound quality is excellent, it looks stylish, what more could you want??...

Ipod Shuffle

...I recently received an Ipod shuffle as a gift. I am very happy with the product. It is easy to use and comes with a nice little stand charger. Also it's not bulky, so you can actually take it places without feeling hindered by the mass. What's unique about this model is that it has both a shuffle and a continuous stream button. This means that if you record lectures on it, they won't be automatically shuffled, you can always scan for the subject you are looking for and stream continuously. On a full charge the shuffle lasts over 10 hours. I personally love that i can hold it in the palm of my hands and have an assured source of entertainment on a plain or during commuting times. ...I brought a blue ipod shuffle a little while back and i love it! The shuffle is good for those people who do not need a screen on their mp3 player. By not having a screen you are not constantly looking for a favourite song, the player will choose one for you and if you don't like it you are able to skip to the next one in line. 1GB capacity allows up to 240 songs to be stored and carried around with you where ever you go. ipod shuffle

Advantages: small hold lots of songs
Disadvantages: low battery life can't see song names

...i really dont like this mp3 player. yes it holds alot of songs and its small but you can't see what song your playing you have to skip through them untill you find it. the earphones that apple supply with the shuffle break easily i had mine for about 4 months before they stopped working and that was due to normal use. the battery life isn't that good either if your just letting it play through without skipping then it isn't bad but the more you skip or pause the quicker your battery runs out and that is the downfall of no batteries as you have to wait untill you are at a computer before you can charge it. itunes also automatically updates your ipod so if there is a song that has been deleted from itunes but you want it on your ipod its tough it gets deleted anyway....
