...Pro Plus - each tablet contains 50mg of caffeine. It is reccomended that no more than 400mg of caffeine is taken daily So 8 pro plus tablets, however usually less because you need to take into account other caffeine providers. They are used by people to increase alertness and to keep them awake. They cost around £1.99 for a pack of 24. Its addictive. Dont be fooled about the quick fix for occaisional use. I started off on one or two pro plus a day to help combat my tiredness as i wasnt sleeping well. And it worked. Id feel more alert, more awake. But after a week or so 2 wouldnt quite do the trick so id take 3, and then 4, and then 5, and then 6 at a time. I carryed on taking more till i was taking approximatly 10 tablets a day. ...How many times have you heard someone saying drinking too much coffee will keep you awake at night, when I was young I thought this only related to coffee what I didn't know back then that is was the caffeine that people were talking about. I try not to have coffee too late in the evening for that reason. ...Just lately I have been finding that in the afternoons at work I am getting tired and not being able to concentrate on my work, I happened to mention this to a colleague and she suggested that I try Pro Plus I wasn't really sure if I wanted to try them or not but I gave in and bought a packet. So in Tesco I found them on the shelf the box is a small box aprox 3.5" x 2.5" and is mainly white in colour with the words Pro Plus written in large red letters on the front with a blue tick running through the lettering. The box also has the words relieves tiredness and feel more awake written in white lettering with blue backgrounds at the top and bottom of the packet. Babyliss Pro Spirall - Effective & excellent!!

Advantages: Heats up quickly, looks nice, effective, many heat settings
Disadvantages: Fiddly at first as the spiral guides are close together.

...at first as there the cool tip is quite slippery - Spiral guides are ever so slightly too close together for my personal liking IN CONCLUSION... I found this product very effective and the advantages weighed out the disadvantages, however, as I have only recently got this product I will probably test it a little more and may need to update this review. I do however, recommend this product but the RRP (about £30) may be a bit much for most people. Have a look around and see :) UPDATE 15/1108: I've given up on using the cool tip completely now - it isn't entirely necessary, plus I can't get used to using it without burning my fingers. ...of the rather wide range I tried (which also included Rockstar, Monster, Relentless, Red Rooster and Boost), but seemed rather slow to kick in. When you're already knocking on the door to unconscious town you want a slap in the face immediately, and instant revival. So with plenty of hope I bought Pro Plus (easily the most famous brand of the pills in the UK). I managed to get 24 pills for £1.49 (which is a bargain compared to what they can cost at time) so tried some at work when I last felt unsteady and heady on the verge of collapsing into a sleeping heap. The pills are small and white, similar to a small Smartie in size and shape, apparently they are covered in Sorbitol (a type of sugar) so the instructions advice you to take that into consideration if you're on a sugar regulated diet.
