...My Savvy died on me beep beep it went and waved goodbye with it’s little pixilated hand, it’s enough to bring a tear to my eye…. I was a first time user of Siemens phone when I first bought this, so I was taking a risk. Siemens have made claims that the SF65 model is 100% camera, as well as 100% phone... I decided to buy this mainly because of the rather unique design - it can rotate 180 degrees to turn into a camera. The polar white finish on the cover has a modern minimalistic effect which was received by compliments from other people. He did not want a really expensive phone, so decided to look around and see what he could find. He saw the Siemens M35i for £69.99, so he dicided to buy that. It's a small, grey phone and not at all bulky. It has a built in arial so the signal is really good on it. You can get this phone in other colours too like yellow, but he prefered the grey one. It is waterproof and shock proof, so if you dropped it by accident, it would not break. There is an address book to store up to 100 people's name and telephone number. You can also play games too. ...Pity the poor shop assistant who gets to serve me an electrical goods store, I know exactly what I want and exactly how much I want to pay for it, and if you don't try to sweeten the offer then I walk. Anyway down to phones about 18 months ago my old Phillips brick that cost me a tenner died horribly and unexpectedly. Good taste prevents me from disclosing the full details surrounding its death, but the end result was I needed a new phone. Battery Life (as claimed by Siemens): 12 Days Standby 360 mins of Talktime These figures will vary WILDLY. Camera: Attachable and at a cost of ~£50 if not included with the phone already. Takes decent pictures at a resolution of 640*480 or small ones at a resolution of 160*120. The pictures will look horrendous on the phone but will look reasonable on a PC. The little shots can be used to indicate who's phoning you by flashing up their mugshot when they call. Options for high or low quality setting is included. There is no on screen viewfinder so you have to rely on the optical viewfinder on the actual add-on camera which i've noticed can be off a little sometimes. Also the camera has a flash which is a first for mobile phones...

You get your usual adapter that comnes with all phones, and the battery, plus about 5 different manuals in 5 languages. in addition these usualls you also earphones that are also the handsfree, a USB cable to link your SX1 with your computer, and a CD ROM with extra games, polyphonic tunes, pictures, screen savers and software for moving files to and from the phone. the conection for the adapter and handsfree are all the same as recent siemens phones which i have used on the M55, and i know that the S55 SL55, also have the same conection.
