Siemens M55 - Total Disappointment

Advantages: can be used as a data modem
Disadvantages: bad buttons, can't change the case, short battery life, small memory, slow processing

...I have been using a Siemens M55 mobile phone for over 3 years. It was my first cell phone but I can easily say I was not able to get what I expected from it. You can never know the disadvantages of a product if you don't use another and compare. After using another phone I saw that Siemens M55 has many disadvantages and doesn't worth the money you would pay for it. It doesn't have any free communication options such as bluetooth or infrared. You can't send or recieve any data (like photos, music or anything else) to your friends without using MMS or GPRS and it costs extra money. The buttons on the panel are not satisfying because they make noises as you push. If you are keen on sending SMS messages, then this product is NOT a good idea for you. Additionally, you can't change the colors of it as it doesn't have the option to change...

My Wishy Washy Siemens SE25M275GB Dishwasher

Advantages: cleans even greasy dishes, makes stuff super dry
Disadvantages: plates piping hot when cycle finished, not really big enough for 8

...Left for us, ok well we had to give them £350 for it, by our old housemates whom inhabited our lovely little terranced house last year. This like brand new siemens dishwasher has been a pleasure to use and a total life saver. We have 8 people living in our house and 5 are international students, so we have a vast range of cultery, chopsticks, woks, pans, huge plates, weird shaped bowls, tea pourers and all sorts. Really the range is massive. And also with that comes a mixture of dishes that are cooked which means the washing up soon mounts and also the type of dirt produced from making such dishes is incrediably diverse too. Much of which tends to be greasy american food, or hard baked on oriental dishes. But this makes reviewing our dishwasher fun, and also quite useful as I can comment on how good it is over tackling a broad spectrum...

How good is the Siemens M35

Advantages: Looks, size, WAP, shock, dust and water resistance.
Disadvantages: Version 5, and inserting the SIM.

...I brought the M35i last summer, almost as soon as it had been made available on Virgin Mobile. I was upgrading my then Philips Savvy to something a little newer. The first thing that appealed to me, was it's looks. The M35i is a gorgeous little phone. It is apparently shock and water and dust resistant. Making claims like that is fine, cos it's not as if anyone is going to test them! Seriously though, I go to a boarding school and it's survived 2 terms of relatively major day-to-day abuse. Although all my mates phones have to be honest, except a Nokia 8210... It certainly feels the part - heavy, 'rubberised', and it has a solid feel unlike some relatively small phones. The M35i allows you to program in your own ring tune, although only one user created tune can be stored at anyone time. Programming these is rather time consuming...

Small Siemens Phone

...This is not my mobile phone as I have a Nokia 3310. This is my dad's mobile, so thought I would write about it. He did not want a really expensive phone, so decided to look around and see what he could find. He saw the Siemens M35i for £69.99, so he dicided to buy that. It's a small, grey phone and not at all bulky. It has a built in arial so the signal is really good on it. You can get this phone in other colours too like yellow, but he prefered the grey one. It is waterproof and shock proof, so if you dropped it by accident, it would not break. There is an address book to store up to 100 people's name and telephone number. You can also play games too. There are 4 to choose from. These are:- Wayout Minesweeper Reversi Qyattropolli I can not see what these games are though as I said it is not my phone so not played...

Siemens M35I - Value for money

Advantages: Nice Size, Light, WAP Functions
Disadvantages: Some Functions take some getting used to

...I came late to the world of mobile phones - I always felt contract phones were too expensive for the limited use I would have for them, and it was only when I got a free phone from a credit card company that I found their uses. That phone was a basic SAGEM phone, which I replaced just over a year ago with the WAP enabled Siemens M35i I must admit I havent used the phones full functionality, even now - the WAP system takes a little getting used to, and without free WAP minutes from the service provider, puts you off exploring and understanding WAP. ...The Siemens M50 in my opinion is a modern mobile phone. Its small (110mm long, 45mm wide), lightweight (90g with battery) and sleek looking. However it only comes in two colours ? blue or orange (the blue looks more sophisticated, the orange stands out) The buttons on the phone can take some getting used to ? especially if you are like me and went from a Nokia 3310 to the Siemens M50. The power off / hang up button is also small. However, the mobile has ?magic buttons? so that you can access games, for example, fast and easily with just one press of a button. The M50 has a very good diary and reminder function. I often use this function to remind me of birthdays or anniversaries or even business meetings. The alarm clock is also a good function if you use it regularly. You can select what days you want the alarm to be activated...
