Siemens good to me again
Review of Siemens C35i by coop

Advantages: weight
Disadvantages: data transfer rate

...The Siemens c35 is a mobile intenet Wap compatible phone, aesthetically it is quite pleasing with a simple button layout and an imposing silhouette. The two most useful buttons are the top navigation buttons, they allow many hours of useful internet surfing which are possible with the battery talktime of 500 minutes, this compares very favourably to the Mitsubishi Trium Geo which has only three hours of talktime. It is also one of the lightest W A P phones available at only 110g, the call quality is always excellent which is a bonus.... Read review

super siemen
Review of Siemens C35i by shak_y2k

Advantages: easy to use and cheap
Disadvantages: small screen

...i bought this fone after i thought the fone was a bit of alright!it looks good nad i thought if i dont like it i have got two weeks to give it back in! the fone is really easy to use and and dead good fun! the wap function is great and easy to use however the screen is a bit small and so be careful on what site you connect to! the fone is strong and survives the out of pocket fall! however the ringtones are rubbish and could do with the change! this fone is cheap and so if you want a cheap wap easy to use fone get this however the siemens s35i is much better fone so try that and remember that siemens fones have a tendency to fail stopworking after the year warranty so but insurance with the fone! all in all a good fone!... Siemens S35i best of the bunch
Review of Siemens C35i by Mikew79

Advantages: Stylish
Disadvantages: None

...I have just upgraded my old Ericsson handset to a Siemens S35i and am very pleased with my purchase. The Siemens is much lighter, includes a Wap browser, a vibrate alert and voice dial facility. I find that the text messaging facility is easy to use and that you can link the display graphics to incoming calls so that a different picture comes up on screen for each caller. The phone comes with a long battery life and offers 200-300 minutes talktime. It also has a phonebook, an organiser and a voice memo with an alarm. I have maintained my connection to BT Cellnet although I believe that this particular phone also comes with Vodafone, Virgin or One 2 One.... Read review

Its not a Nokia - but don't worry
Review of Siemens C35i by winprizes2000

Advantages: fun and practical
Disadvantages: less accesories than a Nokia

...If Nokia are the bowler hat of the mobile market then Siemens are probably the baseball cap - just as relaible and well made but a little more youthful and risk taking. Compared to the the solid but staid Nokias that are the choice of so many, the Siemens C35i has a more fun approach to mobile communications, for example when you switch off choose from a animated lighthouse or bounding dog. All the functionality you could need is not present in this £20 model including WAP access, alarm clock, stopwatch, countdown timer, calculator and calendar. The menus are easy to use and the talk time and battery life don't disappoint either. So I recommended you take a break from the norm, if you choose your own mobile why not give this Siemens a try.... Read review

Siemens KG32U143GB
Review of Siemens KG32U143/193 by fancyabrew

Advantages: Good looks, lots of room
Disadvantages: none

...This Freezer seems to be the only one around in a very smart charcoal colour, lots of whites and an increasing amount of stainless steels around, but this one goes very nicely with our kitchens slate floor. Errrmmm there’s not much you can say about fridge freezers but I’ll have a go. This freezer has most things you’d expect from a high-end brand such as Siemens. It has Agion anti bacterial interior, a built in flip up bottle rack and an informative LED display that shows the temperature of both the freezer and the Fridge. You can set the temperature of both compartments the freezer will go from -16 to -26 and the fridge from 11 to 2. You can get the freezer down even further by using the fast freeze function for home freezing of large quantities of food. The freezer has a built in alarm that will sound if the temperature becomes... Read review

Do NOT Buy
Review of Fujitsu Siemens AMILO M1437G - Pentium M 740 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by DAVERUTH

Advantages: Do NOT Buy
Disadvantages: Lagging Issue

...I am glad that I no longer have this laptop. I eventually got my money back after I had numerous brand new replacements that all were immediately returned for serious manufacturer defects (very poor build quality). I also experienced the poor customer service, terrible repair attempts and more besides. In addition to all the problems I got with each brand new delivery, there is a more serious and underlying major hardware problem for Fujitsu-Siemens that has been uncovered. This could potentially be as bad as the great Fujitsu hard drive product recall of 2002!! Known as "the Lagging Issue", the problem lies in the communication between the motherboard and the hard disk drive(s) in Fujitsu-Siemens laptops. The problem is a defect in communication between the motherboard and the hard drive that causes stuttering so bad that CDs cannot... Read review

Amazing print quality
Review of HP PhotoSmart P1000 by h4rp1c

Advantages:
Disadvantages:

...This printer is really aimed at the home user and those people with a digital camera. the HP PhotoSmart P1000 allows you to photo print directly from a digital camera without using a PC, which is an exellent feature. It also features fast downloading of camera memory to a PC and HP's PhotoREt III Precision technology to bring print quality up to the standards of traditional photographs. This is another brilliant feature and the quality is amazing. Witha resolution of 2400 x 1200dpi, the printer pronts 11 pages per minute mono and 8.5 pages per minute in colour. It features a low ink indicator, which alerts you when the ink is running low. You can either buy a USB or parralell conector. I would recommend this printer to anyone with a digital cameram because the quality is amazing.... Read review

A good value machine
Review of Fujitsu Siemens T Bird by GarethAvery

Advantages: Good value, high spec
Disadvantages: Two faults, both fixed reasonably

...I bought my T Bird in November 1999 from Sainbury's and since then it has worked very well apart from two faults. The hard disk failed within a month (due to a bad batch apparently) and also within the warranty period the DVD drive stopped reading DVDs (but continued to work with CDs) On both occasions the service was completed reasonably and as these two products were not specifically Fujitsu I put them both down to 'another company' I would certainly buy from Fujitsu again and notice that the same model (but with faster processor and larger HD) is being sold through newspaper adverts by a company called Under a Grand. Have a look at: www.underagrand.co.uk... Read review

Siemens A55 - a good bog-standard PAYG
Review of Siemens A55 by Honeylube

Advantages: Small, nice and cheap, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Just a basic phone.

...The Siemens A55 is small, reliable, sturdy and cheap. It's easy to use and cheap to run, with good battery life of approx 60 hours continuous. If you're just looking for a bog-standard, no frills PAYG phone then this could be the one for you. It has space for 40 text messages, 100 phone numbers, and all the usual stuff, calculator, alarm clock, call records (including missed call feature and free missed call alert) games, voicemail, and a good selection of ring tones. It's not the top of the range, but then that's reflected in the very reasonable price of £35 (when I bought mine back in Nov 2003). Mine's still going strong despite being dropped about 15 times. Also comes in a rather funky metallic orange colour : )... Read review

Good basic phone
Review of Siemens C25 by holty

Advantages: size
Disadvantages: unable to send logos etc

...I have had a Siemens C25 for just over a year now, it was bought as a Christmas present. Overall the phone is fairly good, it's fairly small and has some good "extras", although looking at some of the new phones on the market it may not age too well. The gimmick of being able to program your own ring tones now seems a chore when a Nokia can have tunes sent to it directly from the internet. The Siemens C25 isn't as 'cool' as some of the phones now available on the market - you are unable to change the cover, and it isn't as slim as it could be. I am unsure of the current price but if given the option of choosing a new phone I would probably go for something a little more stylish.... Read review
